在分析具有大的梯度问题中,将具有紧支集的小波基函数引入到传统的有限元插值函数的构造中,对传统的插值方法进行修正。对新的插值模式进行了数值稳定性(解的唯一存在性)分析并通过分片分析讨论了解的收敛性,新的插值模式所引入的附加自由度通过静力凝聚法来消除,最后得到了基于变分原理的小波有限元列式。 相似文献

Photoacoustic agents have been of vital importance for improving the imaging contrast and reliability against self-interference from endogenous substances. Herein, we synthesized a series of thiadiazoloquinoxaline (TQ)-based semiconducting polymers (SPs) with a broad absorption covering from NIR-I to NIR-II regions. Among them, the excited s-BDT-TQE, a repeating unit of SPs, shows a large dihedral angle and narrow adiabatic energy as well as low radiative decay, attributing to its strongly electron-deficient ester-substituted TQ-segment. In addition, its more vigorous molecular motions trigger a higher reorganization energy that further yields an efficient photoinduced nonradiative decay, which has been carefully examined and understood by theoretical calculation. Thus, BDT-TQE SP-cored nanoparticles with twisted intramolecular charge transfer (TICT) feature exhibit a high NIR-II photothermal conversion efficiency (61.6 %) and preferable PA tracking of in situ hepatic tumor growth for more than 20 days. This study highlights a unique strategy for constructing efficient NIR-II photoacoustic agents via TICT-enhanced PNRD effect, advancing their applications for in vivo bioimaging. 相似文献

The adult pancreatic ductal system was suggested to harbor facultative beta-cell progenitors similar to the embryonic pancreas, and the appearance of insulin-positive duct cells has been used as evidence for natural duct-to-beta-cell reprogramming. Nevertheless, the phenotype and fate of these insulin-positive cells in ducts have not been determined. Here, we used a cell-tagging dye, CFDA-SE, to permanently label pancreatic duct cells through an intraductal infusion technique. Representing a time when significant increases in beta-cell mass occur, pregnancy was later induced in these CFDA-SE-treated mice to assess the phenotype and fate of the insulin-positive cells in ducts. We found that a small portion of CFDA-SE-labeled duct cells became insulin-positive, but they were not fully functional beta-cells based on the in vitro glucose response and the expression levels of key beta-cell genes. Moreover, these insulin-positive cells in ducts expressed significantly lower levels of genes associated with extracellular matrix degradation and cell migration, which may thus prevent their budding and migration into preexisting islets. A similar conclusion was reached through analysis of the Gene Expression Omnibus database for both mice and humans. 本文采用分子束外延技术在具有6°斜切角的c面蓝宝石衬底上外延β-Ga2O3薄膜,系统研究了生长气压对薄膜特性的影响。X射线衍射谱和表面形貌分析表明,不同生长气压下所外延的薄膜表面平整,均具有(201)择优取向。并且,其结晶质量和生长速率均随生长气压增大而逐渐提高。通过X射线光电子能谱分析发现,生长气压增大使得氧空位的浓度大幅下降,高价态Ga比例增大,最终使得O/Ga原子数之比接近理想Ga2O3材料的化学计量比值。利用Tauc公式和乌尔巴赫带尾模型进行计算,结果表明随着生长气压的增大,样品的光学带隙由4.94 eV增加到5.00 eV,乌尔巴赫能量由0.47 eV下降到0.32 eV,证明了生长气压的增大有利于降低薄膜中的缺陷密度,提高薄膜晶体质量。 相似文献

用密度泛函理论杂化密度泛函B3LYP方法研究了E24-,[CoE4]+和[P4CoE4]-(E=N,P,As,Sb,Bi)几何结构、键能及芳香性.结果表明,E42-,[CoE4]+和[P4CoE4]-的基态结构分别具有D4h,C4v和C4v(交错型)对称性.三明治配合物中,金属与配体间存在σ,π和δ三种成键方式,P4与E4间相互影响较小.E4对P4中的P—P键长影响随着N,P,As,Sb,Bi顺序逐渐变长,中心Co离子与E4间的键合能随N,P,As,Bi,Sb的顺序增大.N42-的环外具有弱芳香性,其它E42-环中心及环外均为反芳香性.除[CoN4]+外,其它[CoE4]+中的E4环均具有较强的中心和内芳香性及弱的外反芳香性.[P4CoE4]-中的P4和E4均具有较大的中心、内和外芳香性,且P4环芳香性随N,P,As,Sb,Bi顺序逐渐递增. 相似文献

Residues related to organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) may be hazardous to food and environmental safety. Isocarbophos (ICP) is one of the most highly toxic OPs that had been banned in China and strictly limited in many other countries for use on vegetables and fruits. However, illegal use often occurs in agricultural production due to its good control effect. Developing a sensitive method is an urgent need to determine trace ICP. Herein, an electrochemical aptasensor was fabricated for ICP detection, which combines the advantages of the high affinity of aptamer with photo-triggered azobenzene to realize the sensor's regeneration. In this work, the aptamer was labeled with ferrocene group (Fc) at the 3′-end and modified on the surface of the electrode as a recognition element for specific detection of ICP. Two azobenzene groups were inserted at the 5′-end of the aptamer. Upon ultraviolet light irradiation, the configuration of azobenzene altered from trans-to-cis, and two units of ICP dissociated with aptamer by the unfolding of its hairpin structure to achieve the sensor's regeneration. Based on this strategy, the current response recorded of the aptasensor increases with the increasing of ICP concentration. The differential pulse voltammogram (DPV) signals are linear with the logarithm of ICP concentration in a range from 10 pM to 10 μM. The limit of detection is 3 pM (S/N=3). After 6 times of regeneration, the signal intensity for ICP could keep over 95 % to the first time of detection. The aptasensor was also successfully applied to the ICP analysis in tomato to validate stability and applicability, with an average recovery rate of 76.2 %–119.3 % and a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.8 %–10.7 %.
