A New Furostanol Saponin from the Water-extract of Dioscorea nipponica Mak., the Raw Material of the Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine Wei Ao Xin

26-O-β-D-Glucopyranosyl-furost-5(6),20(22)-dien-3β,26-diol 1, a new furostanol saponin, was isolated from the water-extract of Dioscorea nipponica Mak., the raw material of a traditional Chinese herbal medicine Wei Ao Xin. The structure of 1 was determined on the basis of its spectral data especially by NMR spectroscopy. The result provides the first example of naturally occurring furostanol saponins with a single saccharide chain at the C-26 position.     

测定叶绿素a浓度,漫散射衰减系数和离水辐亮度的海洋激光雷达

研制了一台多参数的主被动船载蓝绿光海洋激光雷达系统（ＢＬＯＬ），它可用于我国东海海域的海色遥感印证。该海洋激光雷达系统能被动地测量离水辐亮度Ｌｗ，主动测量漫散射衰减系数ｋ和叶绿素ａ浓度Ｃ。雷达系统安装在青岛海洋大学的调查船上（约２５００吨位），曾在２１个站位进行了实验。实验的区域从上海东开始到冲绳岛附近。用该海洋激光雷达系统测量的结果与用传统的方法测量的结果符合的很好。     

肉类中氯霉素(CAP)的高效液相色谱测定法

本文叙述用高效液相色谱法对注入猪体中的氯霉素进行测定的方法。此法检出下限为0.002mg/kg;对于含量为0.01mg/kg量级的回收率为75%。     

Electrochemical Studies of the Recognition Interaction of Rhodamine B with DNA

The recognition interaction of rhodamine B (RB) with DNA was studied in pH 7.5 Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution by electrochemical techniques. An irreversible oxidation peak at glassy carbon electrode was obtained at 0.92V (vs. SCE). After the addition of DNA into the RB solution, the peak current of RB decreased apparently without the shift of peak potential. The electrochemical parameters such as the charge transfer coefficient α and the electrode reaction standard rate constant ks of RB in the absence and presence of DNA were determined, which did not change, indicating that a non-electroactive complex was formed, so the concentration of RB in the solution decreased and the peak current decreased correspondingly.     

碳酸盐碳,氧稳定同位素微量测试方法的研究

本文简要叙述了微量碳酸盐样品碳，氧稳定同位素测试对于古海洋学研究的重要性，着重介绍了该方法的原理，制样过程以及质谱测量，同时还介绍了微量测试几个方面的试验工作，并对影响微量测试的几种因素进行了探讨。     

石墨炉原子吸收法连续测定气溶胶中重金属

提出了用石墨炉原子吸收法连续测定气溶胶中六种重金属的方法.气溶胶样品经处理后,直接用石墨炉原子吸收法测定其中的铜、钴、镍、镐、铅和铬.其检出限在 1.9×10~(-12)～1.6×10~(-10)g,仪器的精密度(RSD)<6.1%,标准加入回收率为90.4%～106.5%,已用于大批气溶胶样品的测定,结果令人满意.     

λ-卡拉胶有限水解物在蛋白质置换层析分离中的应用研究

λ－卡拉胶经过有限酸水解得到不同平均分子量的组分，选用平均分子量为21kDa的组分，作为蛋白质置换层析的置换制，用于纤维素酶的分离纯化。经过置换层析，使黑色葡萄状穗霉S607发酵液中难以通过常规的分子筛和离子交换层析分离的一个内切酶组分（EGⅢ）和一个β－葡萄糖苷酶组分得到较好的分离。

Simple, Mild and Convenient Synthesis of Two Novel N-Dichloro-acetyl Oxazolidines and their Biological Activities

Two N-dichloroacetyl oxazolidines were synthesized with a simple, mild and convenient method. All the compounds were characterized by IR, ^1HNMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological test showed that the compounds protected maize against injury by some herbicides to some extent.     

An improved and scalable process for 3,8-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]-octane analogues

An improved and scalable process for substituted 3,8-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane was developed.N-Benzyl-2,5-dicarbethoxy-pyrrolidine 2 was reduced to N-benzyl-2.5-dihydroxymethylpyrrolidine 9 and subsequently debenzylated to afford N-Boc-2,5- dihydroxymethylpyrrolidine 10.After mesylation of the diol 10 and cyclization with benzylamine,a diversity of scaffold,3,8- diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane analogue 12 was obtained in a total yield of 42%in five steps.
