SNAP-tag蛋白标签技术与荧光分析法在蛋白原位分析中的联合应用

为将生物体内微观的蛋白行为可视化并以宏观信号呈现出来对蛋白进行实时、动态分析，借助SNAP-tag蛋白标签技术与有机小分子荧光染料，构建了一系列用于活细胞内实时监测目标蛋白的免洗荧光探针。标签蛋白SNAP-tag能够特异性识别探针中的苄基鸟嘌呤，从而使目标蛋白共价连接上荧光团（萘酰亚胺），携带上荧光信使。此外，由于萘酰亚胺从水环境中被牵引至SNAP-tag蛋白的疏水空腔，其荧光信号呈现出2~13倍的增强。通过SNAP-tag标签蛋白与目标蛋白的融合，该荧光探针实现了对活细胞内线粒体蛋白CoX8A及核内蛋白H2B特异性识别，在免洗条件下完成了对目标蛋白的实时追踪及原位分析。     

Electrochemical Characteristics of Mg0.9Ti0.1-xZrxNi （x=0.02, 0.04, 0.06） Alloys

Mg-based hydrogen storage alloys Mg0.9Ti0.1-xZrxNi (x=0.02, 0.04, 0.06) were successfully prepared by means of mechanical alloying (MA). The effects of Zr addition on the discharge capacity and the cycle performance of the Mg-based electrodes were also studied. It was found that the discharge capacities were improved with addition of a small amount of Zr and the cycle performances of the alloy were stabilized with the addition of Ti. The effects of surface modification or coating on the properties of Mg0.9Ti0.06Zr0.04Ni were also studied. The results indicated that coating with graphite improved both the discharge capacity and cycle life of the amorphous Mg0.9Ti0.06Zr0.04Ni electrode.

本文通过XRD、SEM、EDS研究了Ti_0.4Zr_0.1V_1.1Mn_0.5Cr_0.1Ni_x(x=0，0.2，0.4，0.6，0.8)合金的相结构和电化学性能。该合金系由BCC结构的V基固溶体主相和六方结构的C14 Laves第二相组成，Ni能够促进第二相的生成，Ni含量的增加导致了各相中的化学组成和晶格参数的变化，并通过电化学方法研究了Ni含量对_0.4Zr_0.1V_1.1Mn_0.5Cr_0.1合金电极的最大放电容量、自放电性能、高倍率放电性能、循环稳定性能等的影响。

基于闫春更等建立的二维度四指标教材难度微观评价模型，重点对中国、美国、新加坡、澳大利亚、日本、英国的高中化学教材中"烃类化合物"内容的整合广度、表征深度进行测评和比较。研究发现6国教材内容的整合广度整体上差异不大，但其表征深度差异明显；美国教材注重学生认识物质的思路和方法的渗透，日本教材注重基本知识与技能的掌握，中国教材将概念诠释与样例分析相融合；英国、新加坡、美国教材注重情境推理或比较等信息处理策略的运用，对学习者学习的引导性较强。

Vibrational Spectroscopic Study on Ion Solvation and Association of Lithium Perchlorate in 4-Methoxymethyl-ethylene Carbonate

Solvation interaction and ion association in solutions of lithium perchlorate/4-methoxymethyl-ethylene carbonate （MEC） have been studied by using Infrared and Raman spectra as a function of concentration of lithium perchlorate. The splitting of ring deformation band and ring ether asymmetric stretching band, and the change of carbonyl stretching band suggest that there should be a strong interaction between Li^＋ and the solvent molecules, and the site of solvation should be the oxygen atom of carbonyl group. The apparent solvation number of Li^＋ was calculated by using band fitting technique. The solvation number was decreased from 3.3 to 1.1 with increasing the concentration of LiClO4/MEC solutions. On the other hand, the band fitting for the ClO4^- band revealed the presence of contact ion pair, and free ClO4^- anion in the concentrated solutions.     

斯蒂芬酸氢铷的制备，晶体结构和热分解机理

A new compound,[RbHTNR]_∞[HTNR:C_6H(NO_2)_3(OH)O],was synthesized by the reaction of rubidium ni-trate and styphnic acid.The molecular structure was characterized using X-ray diffraction analysis,elementalanalysis and FTIR spectroscopy.The crystalline is monoclinic with space group P2_1/n and the empirical formulaC_6H_2N_3O_8Rb.The unit cell parameters are:a=0.4525 nm,b=1.0777 nm,c=1.9834 nm,β=90.47(2)°,V=0.96725 nm~3,Z=4,D_c=2.263 g/cm~3,Mr=329.58,F(000)=640,μ(Mo Kα)=5.165 mm~(-1).The thermal decompo-sition mechanism of the complex was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetry-derivative thermogravimetry(TG-DTG)and FTIR techniques.At the linear rate of 10 ℃/min,the thermaldecomposition of the complex showed three mass reducing processes between 60 and 500 ℃,and finally evolvedRbCN and some gaseous products.     

ErCl3-CdCl2-HCl-H2O的相平衡(25 ℃)及其固相化合物*

测定了四元体系ErCl3-CdCl2-HCl-H2O(298.15K)的相平衡溶度数据, 绘制了相应的溶度图. 该四元体系是由4 个固相区CdCl2·H2O(原始盐)、9CdCl2·2ErCl3·29H2O、CdCl2·7ErCl3·42H2O、ErCl3·6H2O(原始盐)组成的复杂 体系. 对两个新物相化合物9CdCl2·2ErCl3·29H2O 和CdCl2·7ErCl3·42H2O 进行了XRD、TG-DTG 和荧光光谱研究.结果表明, 两个新物相化合物均具有荧光和上转换发光性能; 化合物9CdCl2·2ErCl3·29H2O通过3 步失去其结晶水, CdCl2·7ErCl3·42H2O 则1 步失去其结晶水.     

热致型液晶聚合物的近晶相结构研究

本文借助于不同热处理样品的WAXD研究和变温FTIR分析,从液晶态与结晶态面间距的变化,晶态、液晶态和各向同性液态下结构构象的差异出发,研究了聚合物液晶态下的近晶相结构模型。
