本文应用加压原位核磁共振波谱技术, 在反应温度50-70℃、反应压力1.0-2.0MPa, 氘代苯为溶剂, 偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂的条件下, 考察了磷化氢与环烯烃1, 5-环辛二烯、双环戊二烯、1, 3-环己二烯、1, 4-环己二烯及1, 5, 9-环十二三烯的反应。实验结果表明, 磷化氢与1, 5-环辛二烯反应主要生成双环膦杂环壬烷; 与其它环烯烃均不生成膦杂环化合物, 仅为一取代伯膦或二取代仲膦产物。磷化氢与环烯烃反应仍为串行机理。  相似文献

A new zirconia-based stationary phase (DPZ) was prepared by modifying zirconia with dodecylamine-N,N-dimethylenephosphonic acid (DDPA). DDPA was adsorbed on zirconia with only one phosphonic group, with the other being free. Besides the hydrophobic interaction provided by nonpolar dodecyl, DPZ also has dipolar interaction, ion-exchange or electrostatic repellent interaction provided by the free phosphonic group and amino group at different conditions. Separation of bases on this stationary phase was achieved with satisfaction owing to the various retention mechanisms. In this study, adsorption of methylene blue onto clay was investigated. The effect of adsorption time and temperature on the adsorption process was studied. To reveal the adsorptive characteristics of the clay studied, porosity and BET surface area measurements were made. It was observed that the adsorption capacity decreases with increasing temperature, and adsorption equilibrium was attained within 1 h. It was found that the data fit well to Langmuir, Halsey, Henderson, and Harkins-Jura models but experimental data deviate significantly from BET and Freundlich models at especially high concentrations. Furthermore, isosteric adsorption enthalpy and entropy are calculated as -7.99 kJ mol(-1) and 25.41 JK(-1)mol(-1), respectively.  相似文献

4-Hydroxy-5,5-dimethylimidazolines tethered at N-1 to an aryl sulfide undergo an unprecedented acid-catalysed domino reaction, involving double methyl transposition, heterocyclisation, isomerisation of thiazetidinium ion and, finally, pi-cyclisation. In this way a one-pot synthesis of original tricyclic N,S-acetals was developed. The same triheterocyclic products can be prepared also starting from the corresponding 5-hydroxy isomers (in this case the cascade of reactions does not involve methyl transposition).  相似文献

Current methods for single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis are time-consuming and complicated. We aimed at development of one-step real-time fluorescence mutant-allele-specific amplification (MASA) method for rapid SNP analysis. The method is a marriage of two technologies: MASA primers for target DNA and a double-stranded DNA-selective fluorescent dye, SYBR Green I. Genotypes are separated according to the different threshold cycles of the wild-type and mutant primers. K-rar oncogene was used as a target to validate the feasibility of the method. The experimental results showed that the different genotypes can be clearly discriminated by the assay. The real-time fluorescence MASA method will have an enormous potential for fast and reliable SNP analysis due to its simplicity and low cost.  相似文献

Cell lysis was demonstrated on a microfluidic CD (Compact Disc) platform. In this purely mechanical lysis method, spherical particles (beads) in a lysis chamber microfabricated in a CD, cause disruption of mammalian (CHO-K1), bacterial (Escherichia coli), and yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) cells. Interactions between beads and cells are generated in the rimming flow established inside a partially filled annular chamber in the CD rotating around a horizontal axis. To maximize bead-cell interactions in the lysis chamber, the CD was spun forward and backwards around this axis, using high acceleration for 5 to 7 min. Investigation on inter-particle forces (friction and collision) identified the following parameters; bead density, angular velocity, acceleration rate, and solid volume fraction as having the most significant contribution to cell lysis. Cell disruption efficiency was verified either through direct microscopic viewing or measurement of the DNA concentration after cell lysing. Lysis efficiency relative to a conventional lysis protocol was approximately 65%. In the long term, this work is geared towards CD based sample-to-answer nucleic acid analysis which will include cell lysis, DNA purification, DNA amplification, and DNA hybridization detection.  相似文献

Two new compounds,8(14),15-isopimaradiene-2α,3α,19-triol(1),and 6α,7β-dihydroxy-17(20)-cis-5α-pregna-16-one(2),together with four known copounds,a oxygenated rare phyllocladane,phyllocladan-16α,19-diol(3),kaempferol-3-0-β-D-galactopyranosied,kaempferol-3-0-α-L-rhamnopyranoside and scopoletin, were isolated from the leaves of Ailanthus tripysa.Structures of 1-3 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data as compared with related compounds.  相似文献

Two types of small iron clusters supported on γ-Al2O3-RT(dehydroxylated at room temperature) and γ-Al2O3-800 (dehydroxylated at 800 ℃) were prepared by solvated metal atom impregnation (SMAI) techniques. The iron atom precursor complex, bis(toluene)iron(0) formed in the metal atom reactor, was impregnated into γ-Al2O3 having different concentrations of surface hydroxyl groups to study the effect of surface hydroxylation on the crucial stage of iron cluster formation. Catalysts prepared in this way were characterized by TEM, M(o)ssbauer, and chemisorption measurements, and the results show that higher concentration of surface hydroxyl groups of γ-Al2O3-RT favors the formation of more positively charged supported iron cluster Fen/γ-Al2O3-RT, and the lower concentration of surface hydroxyl groups of γ-Al2O3-800 favors the formation of basically neutral supported iron cluster Fen/γ-Al2O3-800. The measured results also indicate that the higher concentration of surface hydroxyl groups causes the rapid decomposition of precursor complex, bis(toluene)iron(0), and favors the formation of relatively large iron cluster. Consequently, these two types of catalysts show different catalytic properties in Fischer-Tropsch reaction. The catalytic pattern of Fen/γ-Al2O3-RT in F-T reaction is similar to that of the unreduced α-Fe2O3 and that of Fen/γ-Al2O3-800 is similar to that of the reduced α-Fe2O3.  相似文献
