Volume Effect of Bound States in Quark-Gluon Plasma

Bound states, such as qq and q(q), may exist in quark-gluon plasma. As the system is at high density,the volume of the bound states may evoke a reduction in the phase space. We introduce an extended bag model to investigate qualitatively the volume effect on the properties of the system. We find a limit temperature where the bound states start to be completely melted.

Developing a hybrid emulsion polymerization system to synthesize Fe3O4/polystyrene latexes with narrow size distribution and high magnetite content

A hybrid emulsion polymerization was formulated for synthesizing Fe₃O₄/polystyrene composite latex. This system, containing binary droplets that are magnetic (Mag)‐droplets with a diameter of 100–200 nm and styrene (St)‐droplets with a diameter of 3–4 μm, was obtained by mixing Mag‐miniemulsion and St‐macroemulsion. With extremely low surfactants concentration (?critical micelle concentration, CMC), the nucleated loci are selectively controlled in the Mag‐droplets, as the result of smaller droplet size and larger surface ratio. Both water‐soluble potassium persulfate (KPS) and oil‐soluble 2,2′‐azobis(2‐isobutyronitrile) was adopted to initiate the polymerization. In the presence of KPS, magnetic polystyrene latices with particles size of 60–200 nm, narrow size distribution, and high magnetite content (86 wt % measured by TGA) were attained successfully. The synthesized magnetic Fe₃O_4/polystyrene latices assembled into well‐ordered hexagonal structure in the surface of a carbon supported copper grid. The influence of various parameters on various aspects of the as‐synthesized Fe₃O₄/polystyrene was investigated in detail: type of initiator on composite morphology, feed ratio of Mag‐miniemulsion and St‐macroemulsion on magnetite content, and hydrophobic agent or amount of surfactant on size and size distribution. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 中物院远红外自由电子激光实验研究

中国工程物理研究院基于射频直线加速器技术的远红外自由电子激光(FIR-FEL)实验取得阶段性进展,于2005年3月24晚8时30分首次出光, 并多次重复. 中心波长115μm, 谱宽1%.介绍了实验系统的主要组成部分和主要实验结果.     

介质的非均匀性对高次谐波影响的研究

讨论了气体介质的非均匀性对飞秒激光高次谐波产生过程的可能影响.计算结果表明,采用喷阀技术所提供的气体介质的密度梯度和气体原子运动速度的影响很小,不会产生实验上可观测的效果.这一结果支持了喷气靶在高次谐波产生中的广泛应用 关键词： 高次谐波 气体介质 各向异性 飞秒激光     

Study on the Baryon State X Produced in the Process J／ψ→p＋X,X→p＋P

The decay process J/ψ→p X X→p P，where p,p and P are the proton,antiproton and pseudoscalar states,respectively,has been studied in terms of the angular distribution and the generalized moment analysis methods.The result shows that we can identify the spin,but cannot determine the parity of the baryon resonance state X produced in the process J/ψ→p X X→p P.     

p+209Bi核反应微观数据的理论计算

利用光学模型、激光模型、蒸发模型及扭曲波玻恩近似理论,对入射能量从阈能到300MeV,p+²⁰⁹Bi的中子反应截面、剩余核截面、出射粒子的多重数进行了理论计算及分析,并将计算结果与实验数据进行了比较.同时得到一组能量到50?0MeV与实验数据符合很好的光学势参数.     

Si衬底上ZnSe外延膜的低压MOCVD生长

以硒化氢（H2Se）和二甲基锌为源材料，生长温度是300℃时，用低压金属有机化学气相沉积（LP－MOCVD）系统在Si(111)衬底上外延生长了ZnSe薄膜。通过X射线衍射（XRD）、扫描电子显微镜的能量色散（EDS）以及光致发光（PL）实验验证ZnSe外延膜的质量，在X射线衍射谱中只有一个强的ZnSe(111)面衍射峰，这说明外延膜是（111）取向的单晶薄膜，在能量色散谱中除了Si,Zn和Se原子外，没有观测到其他原子，说明ZnSe外延膜中杂质含量较少。ZnSe外延膜中Zn/Se原子比接近1，有较好的化学配比。在ZnSe外延膜的77K光致发光谱中没有观测到与深中心发射相关的发光峰，表明ZnSe外延膜的晶格缺陷密度较小。77K时的近带边发射峰447nm在室温时移至465nm附近。     

抽运激光在光靶中的局域及其对X射线激光特性的影响

新型X射线靶设计为:由SiO2和TiO2组成具有12个周期的一维光子晶体,在它的中间嵌入光靶材料层作为缺陷层,SiO2,TiO2和光靶层的光学厚度分别为λ4、λ4和λ2,λ为抽运激光波长.与普通平板光靶相比,当抽运光垂直照射到这种光靶时,靶层内部的光强将提高2个数量级,所以抽运激光的阈值强度将降低2个数量级,这有利于X射线激光的小型化.在同样的抽运激光照射下,X射线激光的强度将提高4个数量级,转换效率也将提高约4个数量级.由于平均电离度随抽运激光强度的提高而提高,所以采用这种光靶有利于使X射线激光向短波长推进. 关键词： X射线激光 光子晶体 光波局域     

液晶显示器用衬垫料的扫描电镜图像

论述了液晶显示器 (LCD)用衬垫料的作用和性能要求。给出了液晶显示器用衬垫料的扫描电镜图像。该图像对观测衬垫料的粒径分布和控制液晶显示器的盒厚均匀程度 ,消除液晶显示器的底色差异具有一定的意义。实验所得图像为从事液晶显示器的工程技术人员提供了清晰的衬垫料图像 ,为排除衬垫料的不均匀因素所造成的液晶屏的质量问题提供了依据。
