CO_2 Adducts of the Amino and Imino Groups Studied by ~1HNMR and ~(13)CNMR

When isolating 1,4-dideoxy-1,4-imino-D-arabinitol using Dowex 1(2 (OH- form) or CM-Sephadex C-25 (NH4+ form), we found another compound always accompanied with it. It was apparent that the two compounds had similar structures from their 1HNMR and 13CNMR in D2O (Fig. 1). At first, we guessed the two compounds were isomerides. Synthesis and Crystal Structure of （R）-4-Hydroxymethyl-2-thioxo Thiazolidine and Its Asymmetric Catalysis

(R)-4-Hydroxymethyl-2-thioxo thiazolidine as a new chiral catalyst in the asymmetric addition of diethyl-zinc to benzaldehyde was synthesized from (R)-4-hydroxymethyl-2-thioxo thiazolidine carboxylic acid and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The compound was crystallized in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with unit cell dimensions a=0.67253(12) nm; b=0.89164(17) rim; c=1.06146(19) nm, volume 0.6365(2) nm3; Z=4, calculated denisity 1.557 Mg/m3; absorption coefficient 0.733 mm-1; F(000)=312. The X-ray crystal structure analysis reveals that the compound has a thione group.

Counting the number of indecomposable representations and a q-analogue of the Weyl-Kac denominator identity of type _n

By using Frobenius maps and F-stable representations,we count the number of isomor- phism classes of indecomposable representations with the fixed dimension vector of a species of type _n over a finite field,first,and then,as an application,give a q-analogue of the Weyl-Kac denominator identity of type _n.     

季铵型阳离子蔗渣纤维素对甘蔗清汁的澄清研究

利用新型的季铵型阳离子蔗渣纤维素作为澄清剂,对甘蔗清汁进行吸附脱色研究.本实验在单因素试验结果的基础上,分别选取纯度提高率和色值降低率作为考查指标,利用SPSS软件进行正交试验的设计和数据分析.通过最佳工艺参数的优化试验,得出如下结论:反应温度为80℃、蔗汁中阳离子蔗渣纤维素复合物的加入量为0.4g/100mL甘蔗清汁、接触时间为40min、pH值8.

Designing adjuvants that can induce strong cytotoxic T cell responses is largely required for preparing DNA vaccines. Microwave-assisted one-pot synthesis of 3-substituted-3,4-dihydrocoumarins via tendem Konevenagel and Hantzsch reactions

A convenient route for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydrocoumarin derivates from salicylaldehyde derivates and 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds under solvent-free microwave irradiation conditions was described. In this way, a range of compounds was obtained in moderate to good yields in a short reaction time.     

Two new eudesmane derivatives from Verbesina virginica

<正>Two new eudesmane derivatives were isolated from the leaves and flowers of Verbesina virginica,along with the known 6-O-β-E -p-coumaroyl-4α-hydroxyeudesmane(1).Their structures were determined as 6-O-β-Z-p-coumaroyl-4α-hydroxyeudesmane(2) and 6-O-α-E-p-coumaroyl-1β-4α-dihydroxyeudesmane(3) by spectroscopic methods.
