Generation of 131 fs mode-locked pulses from 2.8μm Er:ZBLAN fiber laser

We demonstrated a femtosecond mode-locked Er:Zr F4-Ba F2-La F3-Al F3-Na F(Er:ZBLAN)fiber laser at 2.8μm based on the nonlinear polarization rotation technique.The laser generated an average output power of 317 m W with a repetition rate of 107 MHz and pulse duration as short as 131 fs.To the best of our knowledge,this is the shortest pulse generated directly from a mid-infrared mode-locked Er:ZBLAN fiber laser to date.Numerical simulation and experimental results confirm that reducing the gain fiber length is an effective way to shorten the mode-locked pulse duration in the Er:ZBLAN fiber laser.The work takes an important step towards sub-100-fs mid-infrared pulse generation from mode-locked Er:ZBLAN fiber lasers.     

An improved semi-empirical relationship for cluster radioactivity

An improved semi-empirical relationship for cluster radioactivity half-lives is proposed by introducing an accurate charge radius formula and an analytic expression of the preformation probability.Moreover,the cluster radioactivity half-lives for the daughter nuclei around ²⁰⁸Pb or its neighbors and the ¹²C radioactivity half-life of114Ba are calculated within the improved semi-empirical relationship.It is shown that the accuracy of the new relationship is improved significantly compared to its predecessor.In addition,the cluster radioactivity half-lives that are experimentally unavailable for the trans-lead and trans-tin nuclei are predicted by the new semi-empirical formula.These predictions might be useful for searching for the new cluster emitters of the two islands in future experiments.

详细研究了不同温度下着色ＫＣｌ晶体Ｒ２心和７５６．６ｎｍ零子声线以及着色ＫＢｒ晶体Ｒ２心零声子线的产生。利用恰当的热处理，可产生和增强零声子线，并给出了相应的物理解释。     

盾构作业区域湿热环境的研究

通过对掘进中的盾构及隧道内的温度和湿度的实地测量,本文针对盾构施工过程中在其作业区域存在的高温高湿等恶劣的工作环境问题,就其形成的原因和热湿传递的特性进行了分析,还对其中的流场进行了初步的数值模拟,提出了改善盾构作业区域内工作环境的措施。

AlGaN/GaN异质结构中极化与势垒层掺杂对二维电子气的影响

从Ⅲ族氮化物中压电极化对应变弛豫度的依赖关系出发，通过自洽求解薛定谔方程和泊松方程,分别研究了自发极化、压电极化和AlGaN势垒层掺杂对AlxGa1-xN/GaN异质结构二维电子气的浓度、分布、面密度以及子带分布等性质的影响.结果表明：二维电子气性质强烈依赖于极化效应,不考虑AlGaN势垒层掺杂，当Al组分为0.3时，由极化导致的二维电子气浓度达1.6×10--13cm-2,其中压电极化对二维电子气贡献为0.7×10-13cm-2，略小于自发极化的贡献(0.9×10-13cm-2)，但为同一数量级，因而通过控制AlGaN层应变而改变极化对于提高二维电子气浓度至关重要. AlGaN势垒层掺杂对二维电子气的影响较弱, 当掺杂浓度从1×10-17增加到1×10-18cm-3时，二维电子气面密度增加0.2×10-13cm-2. 关键词： AlxGa1-xN/GaN 异质结构 二维电子气 自发极化 压电极化

双烷基及双（β－烷氧羰乙基）锡聚胺的合成及性质的研究

表面增强电输运:研究C60-金属相互作用的一个新尝试

通过在超薄金属层上蒸镀C_(68)时的电阻原位测量,发现在平均厚度约一个C_(68)单层范围内样品电阻有明显可观测的变化,主要表现为电导增强,电阻变化的程度与金属层厚度有关,最多近一个数量级。这一新的现象揭示出有可能利用宏观物理性质测量来间接研究C_(68)-金属界面相互作用,从而对常规喇曼谱和各种电子谱测量的结果给出旁证和补充。 关键词：
