We present the experimental and numerical results of two-dimensional x-ray imaging due to fast electron transport in a solid target. A 40-μm-thick copper film target is irradiated by a lOOm J, 50rs normal incident laser pulse. The full width at half maximum of the x-ray photon dose is 25 μm, and the divergence angle of fast electrons is 25°-30°, which is detected by the pin-hole x-ray imaging technique. The target surface plasma layer is compressed by a ponderomotive force into a depth of 0.2λ. The plasma wave accompanied by fast electrons transporting into the target is studied by dividing the plasma into layers in a radial direction. A narrow fast electron channel, which is approximately 8 μm-10 μm in width, mainly contributes to the x-ray dose. 相似文献

以三聚氯氰和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,经取代反应制得2-氯-4,6-二(3-三乙氧基硅烷-1-丙氨基)-1,3,5-三嗪(3); 3与二乙烯三胺(4)反应合成了一种新型的无卤高含硅量的成炭剂(5),其结构和性能经1H NMR, FT-IR和TGA表征。考察了物料比、缚酸剂、反应时间、反应溶剂和反应温度对5收率的影响。实验结果表明:最佳反应条件为:甲苯为溶剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂, n(3): n(4)= 3.3 : 1,于100 ℃反应11 h,收率62.7%; 5的初始分解温度为197 ℃, 700 ℃时残炭为36.7%。 相似文献

采用无氟金属有机物沉积方法(MOD)在单品基底SiTrO3(100)上制备GdBa2Cu3O7-x(GdBCO)薄膜.所用的无氟MOD方法制备GdBCO薄膜具有前驱溶液稳定、薄膜致密性好以及相比于TFA-MOD方法在热处理过程中无HF气体的产生等优点.经过一系列热处理工艺后,对薄膜进行X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电镜(SEM)分析以及超导性能的测试.通过熔融外延生长,得到c轴织构良好、表面平整致密、临界超导转变温度为90 K的GdBCO薄膜,77K自场下的临界电流密度约为0.6 MA/cm2. 相似文献

K-shell X-ray emission from a Cu nanowire target irradiated by an ultraintense femtosecond laser pulse is studied using an elliptically bent quartz crystal and imaging plate. The designed bent crystal spectrometer has better spectral resolution, which is higher than 1 000. The absolute Kα radiation photon yields are obtained from the experimental results and the Monte-Carlo model. The conversion efficiency of the Cu Kα line is estimated to be 0.019% from the interaction of 4 J, 50-fs laser pulse irradiated on a Cu nanowire target. The high yield of K shell X-ray has important applications in X-ray emission source. 相似文献

基于B网扰动和约束优化方法,对n次C-Bézier曲线控制多边形顶点进行扰动,并找到其退化为n-1次次C-Bézier曲线的条件.在满足退化条件的约束下,使n次C-Bézier曲线控制多边形顶点扰动量最小,由此找到降阶为n-1次的C-Bézier曲线,同时也研究了在C~0,C~1连续条件下对n次C-Bézier曲线降阶的B网扰动和约束优化方法.给出了扰动显示格式计算方法和降阶逼近的误差估计式. 相似文献
