| 摘 要： | 利用线性啁啾散射光谱测量法，研究了背压对团簇尺寸的影响以及团簇形成过程中尺寸的变化过程. 同时发现低密度大尺寸团簇的形成，可以作为相关实验需要的干净且重要的团簇靶.

| Abstract: | The laser-cluster interaction has been an important research field for decades, which would play an important role in understanding the laser-matter interaction. In order to generate satisfactory cluster sources, all factors that would affect the generation of the clusters should be understood. In this paper, linearly chirped spectral scattering is employed to study the size of the clusters during the process. And also, low density and large sized clusters is observed, which could be important clean targets in future experiments. |
