Spin-dependent transport induced by magnetization in zigzag graphene nanoribbons coupled to one-dimensional leads

We study spin transport in a zigzag graphene nanoribbon sample with two ferromagnetic strips deposited on the two sides of the ribbon.A tight-binding Hamiltonian was adopted to describe the sample connected to two onedimensional leads.Our theoretical study shows that the resonance peaks of conductance for the spin-up and spin-down electrons are separated for the parallel configuration of the ferromagnetic strips,while they are not separated for the case of antiparallel configuration.This means that giant magnetoresistance can be produced at particular energies by altering the configurations of the ferromagnetic strips,and the device can be designed as a spin filter.     

N-邻羟苄基氨基酸的合成、表征及抑菌活性

将水杨醛、溴代水杨醛及二溴代水杨醛分别与4种L-α-氨基酸进行缩合反应生成相应席夫碱,不经分离直接加硼氢化钠将其还原制得N-邻羟苄基氨基酸类化合物(3)。 化合物的结构经IR、¹H NMR和元素分析测试技术表征确认。 测得化合物3在质量分数为0.05%时,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为100％,对白色念珠菌有较强的抑菌活性,对大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌活性。 氨基酸的碳链R的结构是影响化合物抑菌活性的关键因素,不同烷基R对白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌抑菌活性增强的顺序为CH(CH₃)₂＞CH₃,CH₂CH(CH₃)₂＞H,苯环上引入溴原子对目标化合物的抑菌活性影响不明显。     

壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇/三聚磷酸钠三元复合微球的制备及表征

由壳聚糖（ＣＳ）、聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡ）和三聚磷酸钠（ＴＰＰ）制备了壳聚糖／聚乙烯醇／三聚磷酸钠三元复 合微球,探讨了体系中壳聚糖含量对复合微球的影响,以及离子种类及浓度和ｐＨ值对复合微球溶胀度的影 响。采用ＸＲＤ、ＦＴＩＲ和ＳＥＭ等测试技术对微球的组分、结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,ＣＳ和ＰＶＡ具有良好的相容性,随着ＣＳ含量的增加,ＰＶＡ的结晶性逐渐降低,复合微球的粒径约为４００～９５０ μｍ,表面较为粗糙;随着ＣＳ添加量的增加,凝胶平衡溶胀度先增大再减小,ＣＳ／ＰＶＡ／ＴＰＰ复合微球在ｐＨ值为３～8的溶胀度最大,且在同一种溶液中,随着离子浓度的增加,其溶胀度明显降低;复合微球具有溶胀 收缩可逆性,显示ＣＳ／ＰＶＡ／ＴＰＰ复合微球是ｐＨ／离子敏感型凝胶,可为药物缓释系统提供实验和理论依据。

Thermal annealing behaviour of Al/Ni/Au multilayer on n-GaN Schottky contacts

Recently GaN-based high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) have revealed the superior properties of a high breakdown field and high electron saturation velocity. Reduction of the gate leakage current is one of the key issues to be solved for their further improvement. This paper reports that an Al layer as thin as 3 nm was inserted between the conventional Ni/Au Schottky contact and n-GaN epilayers, and the Schottky behaviour of Al/Ni/Au contact was investigated under various annealing conditions by current--voltage (I--V) measurements. A non-linear fitting method was used to extract the contact parameters from the I--V characteristic curves. Experimental results indicate that reduction of the gate leakage current by as much as four orders of magnitude was successfully recorded by thermal annealing. And high quality Schottky contact with a barrier height of 0.875 eV and the lowest reverse-bias leakage current, respectively, can be obtained under 12 min annealing at 450°C in N₂ ambience.     

单核子在具有八极形变的平均势场中的混沌运动(Ⅱ)初始相干态空时演化中正则变量的期望值和测不准度的特征

研究了二维不对称谐振子的相干态在附加八极形变势作用下传播时,量子正则变量的期望值和测不准度的变化,发现量子混沌与相应的经典混沌完全对应地表现了多种性质.量子混沌的特征也与势能面的几何对称性,即势能面上负曲率的存在及负曲率的大小有关系.     

可积系统棗求迹公式和h逆谱分析

研究了二维无关联四次振子系统,有理环面上积分Hamiltonian运动方程给出了系统一系列周期轨道和经典物理量,使用半经典近似下的Berry-Tabor求迹公式,得到了半经典的态密度．应用Fourier变换分析了每条周期轨道对态密度的贡献,并与量子态密度的Fourier变换结果比较证实了半经典求迹公式的有效性．     

争光霉素A6对小鼠腹水肝癌细胞膜选择性作用的ESR波谱的研究

争光霉素A₆是争光霉素的组分之一。它能够选择性影响小鼠腹水肝癌细胞膜的流动性,而对正常小鼠的肝和骨髓细胞膜没有影响。A₆可使癌变细胞膜类脂由液晶态到液态的相变点降低2℃。当A₆结合持续过热时,可产生协同作用,使癌变细胞膜流动性的速率发生明显的改变。

单核子在具有八极以上形变的平均势场中发现有混沌运动.通过研究系统非定态波函数的时间演化特征,而使研究量子混沌与研究经典混沌的思路更趋一致,特别是能体现量子状态对初始条件的敏感性.给出了当初态选为二维不对称谐振子动力学对称条件下的、满足坐标动量最小测不准关系的相干态时,八极形变耦合作用下量子状态正则变量的期望值及测不准度随时间演化的理论表示.
