The relation between the phase shift and the mean optical power(MOP) output from a delay-line interferometer (DLI) port applied for phase-shift keying(PSK) signal demodulation is proven of a cosine law irrelevant to signal modulation condition.The variation amplitude of the MOP is proportional to the transition duration of the modulation pulses.This phenomenon is interpreted as the result of the statistical and waveform characteristics of the PSK.The conclusions verified by simulation and experiment are generalized to other modulation formats and then applied to phase detuning monitoring,delay time judgment of DLI,and independence of modulation data assessment. 相似文献

A 6-hydroxyindole-based BODIPY, named BODIPY-OH, with distinct spectroscopic characteristics is reported. Through a systematic study of the spectroscopic characteristics of BODIPY-OH and BODIPY-O(-) in various solvents containing an organic base, we found that the light-color of the fluorophore can be tuned over a wide range by changing the polarity of solvent/base combinations. The absorption color of the solution can be tuned over a range of 100 nm and the emission color within a wide range from 571 to 681 nm by simply converting the phenol form of BODIPY-OH to the phenolate form. Fluorescence of BODIPY-O(-) with high quantum yield shows relatively large Stokes shift in solvent/base combinations, which are ascribed to the excited state deprotonation from (BODIPY-OH)* to (BODIPY-O(-))*, followed by emission from the ion form. 相似文献

A novel fluorescent probe is designed and synthesized for the determination of cysteine in biological samples by incorporating 2,4-dinitrobenzenesulfonyl (DBS) group as a quencher into the BODIPY skeleton. The BODIPY-based probe itself shows weak fluorescence due to the strong intramolecular charge transfer process. Upon reaction with cysteine, however, the probe produces a rapid and large fluorescence enhancement through the removal of the DBS unit by nucleophilic aromatic substitution. This valuable property leads to the development of a new and simple method for cysteine assay. Under the optimized conditions, the fluorescence enhancement value is directly proportional to the concentration of cysteine in the range 2-12 μM, with a detection limit of 30 nM (S/N = 3). The applicability of the developed method has been successfully demonstrated on the determination of non-protein cysteine in human serum. Compared to most of the existing fluorescent probes proposed for cysteine, the BODIPY-based one exhibits an excellent overall performance in terms of selectivity, sensitivity and simplicity. 相似文献

This article described the synthesis of cyclic poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL) via ring‐closing metathesis (RCM), ring closing enyne metathesis (RCEM), and “click” reaction of different difunctional linear PCL. Linear PCL precursors were prepared by ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐caprolactone in bulk using 10‐undecen‐1‐ol or propargyl alcohol as the initiator, followed by reacting with corresponding acyl chloride containing vinyl or azido end group. The subsequent end‐to‐end intramolecular coupling reactions were performed under high dilution conditions. The successful transformation of linear PCL precursor to cyclic PCL was confirmed by Gel permeation chromatography, 1H NMR, and Fourier transform infrared measurements. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Based on the consideration of easy achievement in modern sensors, this paper further exploits the possibility of the recovery of high-speed video (HSV) by a single flutter shutter camera. Taking into account different degrees of smoothness along the spatial and temporal dimensions of HSV, this paper proposes to use a three-dimensional hyperbolic wavelet basis based on Kronecker product to jointly model the spatial and temporal redundancy of HSV. Besides, we incorporate the total variation of temporal correlations in HSV as a prior knowledge to further enhance our reconstruction quality. We recover the underlying HSV frames from the observed low-speed coded video by solving a convex minimization problem. The experimental results on simulated and real-world videos both demonstrate the validity of the proposed method. 相似文献
