水资源可再生能力综合评价的遗传加权物元模型

为了科学地计算水资源可再生能力评价指标的权重 ,使评价方法具有可操作性 ,采用主、客观相结合的赋权基点法 ,以全局收敛的格雷码加速遗传算法为工具来确定权重 ,并结合物元分析理论 ,建立了一种新的评价模型——遗传加权物元模型 .文中给出了该模型实施的详细步骤 ,对黄河流域 9个行政分区的水资源可再生能力进行了综合评价 ,取得了较好的效果 .     

投射模的局部化特征

本文给出了对任何Ｐ，Ｑ∈Ｐ（Ｒ），Ｐｑ≌Ｑｑ，Ｖｑ∈ＳｐｅｃＲ当且发Ｐ≌Ｑ的充要条件，研究了半局部环，零维环等常见及其多项式环，幂级数环上投射模的局部化特征。     

A Characterization of Quasitriangular Hopf Algebras

In this paper,we show that if H is a finite dimensional Hopf algebra then H is quasitri-angular if and only if H is coquasi-triangular. As a consequentility ,we obtain a generalized result of Sauchenburg.     

激光合作目标用玻璃微珠的研制

本文研究了玻璃及成珠工艺对激光合作目标特性的影响，并设计了特殊设备和工艺规程，在此基础上研制出高性能激光合作目标用的玻璃微珠     

不良导体导热系数的测量与探讨

根据利用物体散热速率求传热速率的实验思想,给出了橡胶盘导热系数的实验结果。并对散热速率做了分析,给出了一个修正方案。     

Mobile Rayleigh Doppler wind lidar based on double-edge technique

<正>We describe a mobile molecular Doppler wind lidar(DWL) based on double-edge technique for wind measurement of altitudes ranging from 10 to 40 km.A triple Fabry-Perot etalon is employed as a frequency discriminator to determine the Doppler shift proportional to the wind velocity.The lidar operates at 355 nm with a 45-cm-aperture telescope and a matching azimuth-over-elevation scanner that provides full hemispherical pointing.To guarantee wind accuracy,a single servo loop is used to monitor the outgoing laser frequency to remove inaccuracies due to the frequency drift of the laser or the etalon.The standard deviation of the outgoing laser frequency drift is 6.18 MHz and the corresponding velocity error is 1.11 m/s.The wind profiles measured by the DWL are in good agreement with the results of the wind profile radar(WPR).Evaluation is achieved by comparing at altitudes from 2 to 8 km.The relative error of horizontal wind speed is from 0.8 to 1.8 m/s in the compared ranges.The wind accuracy is less than 6 m/s at 40 km and 3 m/s at 10 km.     

Characteristics of Flow around an Impulsively Rotating Square Cylinder via LB-DF/FD Method

Flow around an impulsively rotating square cylinder in a viscous fluid in range of 1 ≤ Re ≤ 300 is numerically investigated by the previously developed LB-DF/FD method, which combines the lattilce Boltzmann method （LBM） and direct-forcing fictitious domain （DF/FD） scheme. Results show that in total three kinds of transient characteristics depending on Re are observed： 1 ≤ Re ≤ 20, four vortices arising from the corners of the square cylinder separate from the surfaces and gradually become stable without vortex integration or shedding; 20 ≤ Re 〈 100, vortices integration is observed when they grow long enough, then separated from each other; Re ≥ 100, vortex shedding takes place in this regime. The shedding vortex joins the downstream vortex to form a new one. It is also found that vortex shedding happens more than one time when Re ≥ 160. Furthermore, each vortex shedding induces a fluctuation in the torque exerted on the cylinder.     

旋转体系中湍流的LBM模拟

采用基于多松弛时间因子的格子Boltzmann方法对旋转体系中的湍流进行数值研究,考察Rossby数和Ekman数对湍流的影响,包括湍流能量及其耗散率、速度、涡结构及湍流的耗散尺度即Kolmorogov尺度和积分尺度等.研究表明,系统的旋转延缓了湍流能量的衰减速率,逐步破坏初始涡结构的均匀性,与旋转方向相反的涡逐步被抑制,并最终形成若干与旋转同向的涡柱.结果还表明,系统旋转越快,湍流的耗散尺度越小而积分尺度越大.
