加速溶剂萃取技术在中药有效成分分析中的应用

以两种药材为研究实例,对加速溶剂萃取法（ASE）在中药材有效成分提取研究中的应用进行了简要介绍。采用正交试验法考察了提取丹参中丹酚酸B的提取条件（萃取温度、静态萃取时间、萃取溶剂以及料液比）,确定了较好的实验条件。比较了ASE、水蒸气蒸馏法、超声波提取法及索氏提取法对木香挥发油的提取效果,结果表明ASE对木香挥发油的提取效果最好。     

Anomalous spectral behaviour of diffracted chirped Gaussian pulses in the near field

By using the Fourier transform method, analytical expressions for the axial power spectrum and near-field intensity in the spacetime domain of chirped Gaussian pulses diffracted at an aperture are derived, which permit us to study changes in spectral and temporal profiles of the chirped Gaussian pulses both analytically and numerically. Detailed numerical results and physical analysis show that spectral anomalies take place in the neighbourhood of certain critical distances, and the shifting of maximum and splitting of temporal intensity profiles appear. In particular, for ultrashort chirped pulses, there exists also spectral switch. Besides the truncation parameter, the chirp parameter and pulse duration affect the behaviour of spectral switches.     

Pt掺杂Ni/NiAlOx催化菲加氢饱和反应性能研究

本研究选取菲为模型化合物,以强化芳烃吸附为目标,采用等体积浸渍法制备了系列Pt-Ni/NiAlO_x催化剂,系统考察了Pt掺杂量对催化剂结构和菲加氢饱和性能的影响。结果表明,当反应温度300℃、氢气压力5 MPa、重时空速52 h^-1时,相比Ni/NiAlO_x催化剂,掺杂0.5%Pt的0.5Pt-Ni/NiAlO_x催化剂上全氢菲选择性在反应8 h后由40%提升至67%,且表观反应速率和转化频率分别由1.53×10^-3 mol·kg^-1·s^-1和14.64×10^-3s^-1提升至1.81×10^-3mol·kg^-1·s^-1和22.16×10^-3s^-1。这主要归因于金属Pt适宜的掺杂量提高了金属Ni缺电子结构的稳定性,促进芳烃吸附,提升了菲加氢饱和性能。     

药物剂量水平的识别及其渐近分布

本文在独立响应情况下考虑不会导致风险显著增加的最高剂量的估计问题,基于AIC(Akaike Inform ation Criterion)的思想提出了一个新的估计方法,给出了该估计的渐近分布。

通过三(邻甲苯基)氢化锡与1-乙炔基环己醇和1-乙炔基环戊醇发生加成反应,得到两个加成物:(Z)-1-[2-(三-邻甲苯基锡基)乙烯基]环戊醇(1)和(Z)-1-[2-(三-邻甲苯基锡基)乙烯基]环己醇(2).通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱等手段对其结构进行了表征.用X射线单晶衍射测定了加成物1和2的晶体结构.二者均为具有分子内O→Sn弱配位的扭曲四面体结构.1属于单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,晶胞参数:a=1.0496(2)nm,b=1.7658(4)nm,c=1.3193(3)nm,β=90.60(3)°,V=2.4451(8)nm3,Z=4,R=0.0317,wR=0.0820.2属于三斜晶系,空间群P1,晶胞参数:a=O.85592(17)nm,b=0.93016(19)nm,c=1.6368(3)nm;α=83.76(3)°,β=82.69(3)°,γ=78.05(3)°;V=12600(4)nm3,Z=2,R=0.0377,wR=O.1030.
