In this work, a new type of hydrophobic stationary phase that provide electrostatic interactions with analytes was developed by bonding β-phenylethylamine as a functional ligand to silica. This stationary phase can separate proteins with similar hydrophobicity that traditional hydrophobic resins cannot. Hen egg white was separated to examine the selectivity. The results show that the introduced electrostatic interactions are an important factor for the resolution enhancement and the new resin could have important applications in separation and purification of biological macromolecules.  相似文献

The reactions of AgNO3 with combinations of 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane(bpa)/4,4′-bipyridine (bpy), 4,4′-stilbenedicarboxylic acid (H2sda)/2,2′-diphenylaminedicarboxylic acid (H2dpadc)/2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid (H2ndc) in aqueous alcohol/ammonia at room temperature produce block-like crystals of [Ag2(bpa)1.5(sda)0.5](sda)0.5·7H2O, [Ag2(bpa)2(H2O)3](dpadc), [Ag2(bpy)2](ndc)·4H2O. All three complexes consist of 1D infinite silver–ligand cationic chains, interspersed with organic carboxylate anions that provide charge compensation in the crystal structures. The lattice water molecules are situated among the framework of the crystal structure and show rich hydrogen-bonding interactions, which help to orientate the organic carboxylate anions in the crystal packing, and the presence of Ag···N and Ag···Ag contacts contributes to strengthen the frameworks. The luminescent properties and thermogravimetric analyses of the three complexes are also presented.  相似文献

Polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) films with the size gradient of the LC droplets were prepared based on the epoxy/acrylate hybrid polymer matrix. The ultraviolet (UV) intensity gradient was induced by the UV-absorbing dye over the thickness of the samples. Taking advantage of the difference between the epoxy monomers and acrylate monomers in polymerisation rates and the UV intensity gradient, the gradient distribution of the LC droplet size was formed in PDLC films. The effect of the size gradient of the LC droplets on the electro-optical and the light-scattering properties of PDLC films was investigated. The results showed that due to the size gradient distribution of the LC droplets, PDLC films could exhibit the strong light scattering in the UV-visible-near infrared (VIS-NIR) region. Consequently, it provides a potential approach for modulating NIR light transmittance.  相似文献

Characterized by long-range atomic ordering, well-defined stoichiometry, and controlled crystal structure, intermetallics have attracted increasing attention in the area of chemical synthesis and catalytic applications. Liquid-phase synthesis of intermetallics has arisen as the promising methodology due to its precise control over size, shape, and resistance toward sintering compared with the traditional metallurgy. This short review tends to provide perspectives on the liquid-phase synthesis of intermetallics in terms of both thermodynamics and methodology, as well as its applications in various catalytic reactions. Specifically, basic thermodynamics and kinetics in the synthesis of intermetallics will be first discussed, followed by discussing the main factors that will affect the formation of intermetallics during synthesis. The application of intermetallics in electrocatalysis will be demonstrated case by case at last. We conclude the review with perspectives on the future developments with respect to both synthesis and catalytic applications.  相似文献

A simple and efficient liquid chromatography‐mass spectrometry (LC‐MS) method was developed and validated for simultaneous quantitation of catalpol and harpagide in normal and diabetic rat plasma. Protein precipitation extraction with acetonitrile was carried out using salidroside as the internal standard (IS). The LC separation was performed on an Elite C18 column (150 × 4.6 mm, 5 µm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and water within a runtime of 12.0 min. The analytes were detected without endogenous interference in the selected ion monitoring mode with positive electrospray ionization. Calibration curves offered satisfactory linearity (r > 0.99) at linear range of 0.05–50.0 µg/mL for catalpol and 0.025–5.0 µg/mL for harpagide with the lower limits of quantitation of 0.05 and 0.025 µg/mL, respectively. Intra‐ and inter‐day precisions (RSD) were <9.4%, and accuracy (RE) was in the ?6.6 to 4.9% range. The extraction efficiencies of catalpol, harpagide and IS were all >76.5% and the matrix effects of the analytes ranged from 86.5 to 106.0%. The method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of catalpol and harpagide after oral administration of Zeng‐Ye‐Decoction to normal and diabetic rats, respectively. A new metal complex[MnL2](NO32·CH3CN(1) was synthesized by reaction of 4’-4-(l,2,4-triazol-l-yl)phenyl -2,2’:6’,2"-terpyridine(L) with manganese nitrate.The structure of the complex was determined by X-ray crystallography.The results of UV-vis studies showed that the complex exhibits colorimetric sensing ability for Fe3+,which can be observed by naked eye.  相似文献
