C60-地塞米松的激光激发

利用激光光解装置检测了C60-地塞米松(C60-DE)的苯溶液在355 nm激光照射下产生的激发三重态, 3C60-DE*出现四个吸收峰, 分别位于700、440、350 和310 nm. 在330 nm处观察到了它的漂白吸收最大值, 这与其基态吸收最大值相对应. 3C60-DE*能够将能量转移给O2分子而淬灭. 与3C60*相比, 3C60-DE*的三重态鄄三重态(T-T)淬灭速率常数减小(3C60*为(5.03±1.31)×109 L·mol-1·s-1, 3C60-DE*为(3.53±0.87)×109 L·mol-1·s-1), 而寿命增加了(3C60*为(12.0±2.6) μs, 3C60-DE*为(18.0±3.3) μs), 这可能是C60分子上连接了地塞米松分子后减小了C60球之间碰撞的几率所致.     

Synthesis, crystal structure and magnetic property of the novel dinuclear nickel(II) complex with 4-(p-methoxyphenyl)-3,5-bis(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole

A novel dinuclear nickel(II) complex, [Ni₂(MOBPT)₂Cl₂(H₂O)₂]Cl₂ · 7H₂O (MOBPT = 4-(p-methoxyphenyl) −3,5-bis(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The crystal structure determination shows that the dinuclear Ni₂N₈ unit is almost planer in which each Ni^II ion is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from MOBPT equatorially and a water molecule and a chloride ion axially in a distorted octahedral geometry. Magnetic measurements reveal a relatively weak antiferromagnetic exchange in the complex.     

{[Cu4(nip)4(4，4′-bipy)4(DMF)4]·CH3OH}n配合物的合成与晶体结构

A coordination polymer, {[Cu₄(nip)₄(4，4′-bipy)₄(DMF)₄]·CH₃OH}_n, have been synthesized by the layer method using 5-nitroisophthalic acid (H₂nip), Cu(CH₃COOH)₂ and 4,4′-bipyridine(4,4′-bipy) with three solutions in a marrow tube and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. The results indicated that the nip ligand has a μ₂ mono-atomic bridging-monodentate coordination mode and the structure is a two-dimensional network. CCDC: 623420.     

介孔分子筛的制备与苯加氢反应的催化性能

1992年美国Mobil公司的研究人员首次报道合成出具有规则孔结构的M41S系列介孔分子筛材料.由于介孔材料独特的性质,引起了人们极大的兴趣,在其合成与性能等方面进行了大量的研究,合成出了多种系列不同性能的介孔分子筛,并研究了介孔分子筛作为催化剂或催化剂载体在各类催化反应中的催化性能.     

非完全汽化气相色谱法测定溶剂型涂料中的微量苯、甲苯、二甲苯

用乙酸乙酯稀释溶剂型涂料样品，在较低的汽化温度下直接进样，溶剂型涂料中未汽化的组分留在汽化室里，而苯、甲苯和二甲苯汽化后进入毛细管，用气相色谱法氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测，与国家标准分析方法进行比较，该法具有操作简单、精密度高等优点。     

含吗啉基片段的水杨醛席夫碱类化合物的合成及其淬灭1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基性能

通过3-氟-4-吗啉基苯胺和取代水杨醛缩合反应,合成了14个含吗啉基片段水杨醛席夫碱类化合物(Ⅰa-Ⅰn)。通过核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、液相色谱-质谱联用仪(LC-MS)和元素分析等技术手段研究了产物的结构和淬灭1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的活性。 结果表明,在0.02~0.10 g/L,所有化合物均表现出一定的淬灭DPPH自由基活性。 其中,化合物Ⅰd和Ⅰf表现出较为优异的性能,化合物Ⅰd的活性在30%~55%,化合物Ⅰf的活性则大于50%。 随着化合物Ⅰd、Ⅰh、Ⅰj和Ⅰn质量浓度的增大,其淬灭DPPH自由基的活性均呈现增强趋势。     

1-烷（苯）氧基-3-（3，4-亚甲基二氧）苯基-2-丙醇的合成与生物活性研究

黄樟素氧化物与烷氧基钠和苯氧基钠反应，区域选择性地开环加成，生成1-烷 （苯）氧基-3-（3，4-亚甲基二氧）苯基-2-丙醇。该系列化合物具有诱导细胞凋 亡与分化的生物活性。     

POLYMER-SUPPORTED RARE EARTH CATALYSTS FOR STYRENE POLYMERIZATION

The neodymium complex supported on styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA·Nd) has been prepared for the first time and found to be a highly effective catalyst for the polymerization of styrene. The SMA·Nd polymeric complex is characterized by IR and its catalytic activity, and the polymerization features have been investigated in comparison with that of the conventional Ziegler-Natta catalysts. When [Nd]=1×10~(-3) mol/L, [M]=5mol/L, Al/Nd=170(mol ratio) and CCl_4/Nd=50(mol ratio), the polymerization conversion of styrene gets to 51.6% in six hours, and the catalytic activity reaches 1852 gPS/gNd, which is much higher than that of conventional rare earth catalysts. The polymerization reaction has an induction period and shows some characteristics of chain polymerization. The polymerization rate is the first order with respect to the concentration of styrene monomer. Addition of FeCl_3 does not suppress the polymerization.     

The Synthesis of Gracillin and Dioscin：TWO Typical Representatives of Spirostanol Glycosides

Two spirostanol saponins(gracillin and dioscin)which have the typical sugar moieties were synthesized facilely by a general approach.     

Triterpenoids from Rhaponticum Uniflorum

The isolation and identification of twenty‐one components (including four new triterpenoid saponins and one new triterpenoid acid) from the root of Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.) DC. (Compositae) are described. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical trans formation. The new compounds were identified as 3‐O‐α‐L‐arabinopyranosyl‐urs‐12,18(19)‐dien‐28‐oic acid β‐D‐glucopyranosyl ester, 3β‐ hydroxyurs‐12,18(19)‐dien‐28‐oic acid β‐D‐glucopyranosyl ester, 3β‐hydroxyurs‐12,19(29)‐dien‐28‐oic acid β‐D‐glucopyranosylester, 3‐O‐α‐L‐arabinopyranosyl‐urs‐9(11),12‐dien‐28‐oic acid β‐D‐glucopyranosyl ester and 2 α,3 α, 19α,25‐tetrahydroxyurs‐12‐en‐23,28‐dioic acid.
