An unusual formal [1+4] annulation of α‐dicarbonyl compounds with 1,1‐dicyano‐1,3‐dienes has been realized, leading to facile syntheses of cyclopentenimines and cyclopentenones in a unique manner. Mechanistic investigation implies that this reaction takes place through a P(NMe2)3‐mediated cyclopropanation followed by a base‐catalyzed cyclopropane rearrangement. It therefore represents an unprecedented [1+4] annulation mode involving Kukhtin–Ramirez adducts. 相似文献

Hierarchical TiO(2) nanostructures would be desirable for preparing dye-sensitized solar cells because of their large amount of dye adsorption and superior light harvesting efficiency, as well as efficient charge separation and transport properties. In this study, rutile TiO(2) nano-branched arrays grown directly on transparent conductive glass (FTO) were prepared by a facile two-step wet chemical synthesis process, using a simple aqueous chemical growth method involving immersing the TiO(2) nanorod arrays in an aqueous TiCl(4) solution as seeds, which were prepared by a hydrothermal method. The dye-sensitized solar cells based on the TiO(2) nano-branched arrays which were only about 3 μm in length show a short-circuit current intensity of 10.05 mA cm(-2) and a light-to-electricity conversion efficiency of 3.75%, which is nearly three times as high as that of bare nanorod arrays, due to the preferable nanostructure, which not only retains the efficient charge separation and transport properties of the nanorod arrays, but also can improve the amount of dye adsorption due to the increased specific surface area from the nanobranches. 相似文献

Large area (3 × 3 cm2) substrates for surface‐enhanced Raman scattering were fabricated by combining femtosecond laser microstructuring and soft lithography techniques. The fabrication procedure is as follows: (i) femtosecond laser machining is used to create a silicon master copy, (ii) replicates from polydimethylsiloxane are made, and (iii) a 50‐nm‐thick gold film is deposited on the surface of the replicates. The resulting substrates exhibit strongly enhanced absorption in the spectral region of 350 ∼ 1000 nm and generate enhanced Raman signal with enhancement factor of the order of 107 for 10‐ 6 M rhodamine 6G. 在系统优化固相萃取吸附剂填料类型、洗脱溶剂种类及体积的基础上,建立了牛奶和奶粉中213种农药残留的气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)方法。试样用乙腈均质提取,采用石墨化炭黑/氨基柱(ENVI-Carb/NH2)净化后,用GC-MS/MS多反应离子监测(MRM)模式进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明,197种农药在10~1000 μ g/L,16种农药在50~1000 μ g/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.03~7.59 μ g/kg,定量限(S/N=10)为0.10~21.94 μ g/kg,平均添加回收率为66.9%~120.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.23%~17.6%。该方法样品处理简单快速,相比其他多残留分析方法净化效果好,灵敏度和选择性高,适用于日常检测工作。 相似文献

Synthesis of 2‐methyl‐3‐oxoindoline‐2‐carboxylates is developed using a bis(trimethylsilyl)aluminum chloride‐induced aza‐Brook rearrangement as a crucial step. Regarding the organoaluminum species, use of readily available tris(trimethylsilyl)aluminum·ether complex was not suitable for the present cyclization. After a series of examination of the reaction conditions, the aza‐Brook rearrangement and the subsequent cyclization with 2 equivalens of bis(trimethylsilyl)aluminum chloride were found to be the most effective. An application to the synthesis of a potential intermediate of duocarmycin A is also described, in which ozonolysis of the styrenyl moiety and the Barton–McCombie deoxygenation of the hydroxymethyl group were successfully carried out. 相似文献

An optimized procedure for solubilization, reduction, and transfer of human breast cancer membrane-enriched fraction by 2-DE 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The separation of integral and peripheral membrane proteins is still a challenge, although many achievements have been made in the 2-DE-based membrane proteomics. Using a human breast cancer cell line, MCF-7, we investigated the influences of Tris, reducing reagents, cup loading, and SDS on membrane protein solubilization and separation by 2-DE. The addition of Tris to the sample solution improved the solubilization of the membrane-enriched fraction, and the best-quality gel patterns were obtained at 20 mM Tris. Tributylphosphine (TBP), a reducing agent, was not optimum in the 2-DE process because it not only decreased the solubilization of hydrophobic proteins but also caused some proteins, such as hsp60, prohibitin, and actin, to be resolved to a string of spots. However, when combined with DTT, TBP could improve the resolution of 2-DE patterns. Cup loading significantly facilitated the entrance of membrane proteins into IPG strips and over 1000 protein spots with high resolution were visualized. Adopting this strategy, an ATP synthase alpha chain was resolved into two adjacent spots for the first time in 2-DE gel patterns through the adding DTT in the middle of the IEF. A high SDS concentration in the equilibration buffer enhanced the transfer and increased the staining intensity of 50% of the protein spots in the gels, but also resulted in losses of some spots. 相似文献

We studied the ion-pair formation dynamics of F2 at 18.385 eV (67.439 nm) using the velocity map imaging method. It was found that there are two dissociation channels corresponding to production of F(+)((1)D(2)) + F(-)((1)S(0)) and F(+)((3)P(j)) + F(-)((1)S(0)). The measured center-of-mass translational energy distribution shows that about 98% of the dissociation occurs via the F(+)((1)D(2)) channel. The measured angular distributions of the photofragments indicate that dissociation for the F(+)((3)P(j)) channel occurs via predissociation of Rydberg states converging to F(2)(+)(A(2)Pi(u)) and dissociation for the F(+)((1)D(2)) channel involves mainly a direct perpendicular transition into the ion-pair state, or X(1)Sigma(g)(+) --> 2(1)Pi(u), which is also supported by the transition dipole moment calculations . 相似文献

大米中多种残留农药的固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱分析 总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15
建立了一种同时测定大米中有机氯、有机磷、氨基甲酸酯和拟除虫菊酯等4类农药残留量的分析方法。通过比较二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、乙腈、乙酸乙酯和不同比例的己烷-丙酮混合溶剂等8种溶剂的提取效果,选择以二氯甲烷为提取溶剂;以Florisil固相萃取小柱净化,通过以不同比例的己烷-丙酮作洗脱溶剂,发现体积比为4∶1的己烷-丙酮的洗脱效果最佳,在选定的洗脱条件下,样品的净化效果良好;用气相色谱-质谱测定,以保留时间、选择离子及其相对丰度定性,以外标法定量。以低限加标样品的3倍信噪比确定方法的检出限(LODs),以两个添加水平测定样品的回收率和相对标准偏差(RSD)。该方法的检出限达到μg/kg水平;除敌敌畏、乐果、pp′-DDT等几种农药外,大多数农药的加标回收率在75%和120%之间,RSD均低于10.4%,r≥0.992。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,能够满足同时测定大米中多种类残留农药的要求,可以作为大米中农药多残留的例行分析和确证分析的方法。 相似文献
