Ligand Exchange Between Penta-Coordinated Phosphoryl Serine and Histidine Compounds

With the assistance of HPLC-ESI-MS/MS, the self-assembly products of serine and histidine penta-coordinated phosphorus compound were separated and identified. The expectative product was seryl-histidine dipeptide, but it was found that there was almost equimolar amount of histidyl-histidine dipeptide as well as seryl-histidine dipeptide. The mechanism was speculated that there was iigand exchange between penta-coordinated phosphoryl serine and histidine in the reaction process. As a result,two types of dipeptide were produced.     

Two new compounds from Zingiber officinale

A new cyclic diarylheptanoid,1,5-epoxy-3-hydroxy-1-(3-methoxy-4,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-heptane (1),as well as a new monoterpene,10-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-hydroxy cineole (2) were isolated from the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were established based on their spectral data.In addition,the antioxidant activities of these compounds were also measured.

Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue on Fe3+-doped TiO2 nanoparticles under visible light irradiation

Fe³⁺-doped TiO₂ composite nanoparticles with different doping amounts were successfully synthesized using sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and ultravioletvisible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS). The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was used as a model reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of Fe³⁺/TiO₂ nanoparticles under visible light irradiation. The influence of doping amount of Fe³⁺ (ω: 0.00%–3.00%) on photocatalytic activities of TiO₂ was investigated. Results show that the size of Fe³⁺/TiO₂ particles decreases with the increase of the amount of Fe³⁺ and their absorption spectra are broaden and absorption intensities are also increased. Doping Fe³⁺ can control the conversion of TiO₂ from anatase to rutile. The doping amount of Fe³⁺ remarkably affects the activity of the catalyst, and the optimum efficiency occurs at about the doping amount of 0.3%. 无脂链磺化酞菁铜多层膜体系：电子非弹性平均自由程的研究

磺化酞菁铜多层膜体系是利用Langmuir-Blodgett技术制备的有序有机分子膜,它对于XPS测试有很好的稳定性,本文在固定电子出射角的条件下利用XPS方法研究了不同厚度的膜样品中Cu_((2(?))_(3/2))、Ni_(1(?))、S_(2p)峰强度的变化规律,讨论了膜内分子有序排列引起的散射效应对电子平均自由程的影响。     

Composite alignment media for the measurement of independent sets of NMR residual dipolar couplings

The measurement of independent sets of NMR residual dipolar couplings (RDCs) in multiple alignment media can provide a detailed view of biomolecular structure and dynamics, yet remains experimentally challenging. It is demonstrated here that independent sets of RDCs can be measured for ubiquitin using just a single alignment medium composed of aligned bacteriophage Pf1 particles embedded in a strained polyacrylamide gel matrix. Using this composite medium, molecular alignment can be modulated by varying the angle between the directors of ordering for the Pf1 and strained gel matrix, or by varying the ionic strength or concentration of the Pf1 particles. This approach offers significant advantages in that greater experimental control can be exercised over the acquisition of multi-alignment RDC data while a homogeneous chemical environment is maintained across all of the measured RDC data.     

溶液中芳香单酮的聚集态

本文对九种芳香单酮(苯乙酮、对氯苯乙酮、对甲氧基苯乙酮、对氨基苯乙酮、对硝基苯乙酮、间硝基苯乙酮、2.4-二甲基苯乙酮、1-萘乙酮和1-萘基苯基甲酮)在丙酮溶液中的吸收光谱进行了比较。发现芳香单酮在溶液中的分散是不均匀的, 随浓度增加, 有芳香单酮的聚集体生成。且芳香单酮分子的共轭体系越发达或苯环上电子云密度越犬, 分子就越易聚集。同时提出芳香单酮聚粲时的分子排列是苯环对苯环“面对面”取向的推断。     

Eu1—xTbxBa2Cu3O7—δ中Tb离子价态的研究

研究了BaTbO_3、Tb_4O_7、TbFeO_3的Tb_(4d)XPS谱,找到了表征Tb~(3+)、Tb~(4+)的特征峰,得出的高、低结合能峰强之比与Tb~(4+)/Tb含量间的依赖关系,可用于确定Eu_(1-x)Tb_xBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)中“123”相的Tb离子混合价态,用常压高温烧结法,未能获得纯“123”单相,也不易获得纯利Tb~(3+)价态样品.在Eu_(1-x)Tb_xBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)中的Tb以Tb~(3+)、Tb~(4+)混合价态存在;当x=0.3时,Tb~(4+)/Tb=0.61.引入Tb~(4+)后“123”主相Cu(2)-O(2)平面上的O_(2p)空穴数降低,这是Tb~(4+)破坏超导电性的一种可能原因。     

Two Novel Alkaloids from Zanthoxylum nitidum

Two novel alkaloids, 4,5‐dihydroxy‐1‐methyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐(trichloromethyl)‐3H‐indolium chloride ( 1 ) and 4‐(2‐methoxyethyl)‐N,N‐dimethylbenzenamine ( 2 ), were isolated from the EtOH extract of the roots of Zanthoxylum nitidum. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic and mass‐spectrometric analyses.
