多结超导环在外磁场中的行为

分析和计算了双结超导环在无偏置电流时的磁通、环流、自由能与外磁场的关系.发现双结环与单结环在磁场中的行为有所不同.当两个结的Ic相等时，双结环在1＜β=2πLIcΦ0＜2时，若无偏置电流，总磁通Φ、环流I与外磁通Φe的关系仍然是非回滞的曲线.仅当β≥2时，曲线才出现回滞.另外双结环有两支解，并且每支解的周期为2Φ0. 关键词： 双结环 双支解 2Φ0周期 回滞     

On the orthogonality of natural modes of vibration

The natural modes of a discrete linear system are orthogonal with respect to the mass and stiffness matrices in a generalized sense. However, these modes are usually not orthogonal to each other in the ordinary sense. The purpose of this paper is to document a number of conditions under which the modes are also orthogonal in an ordinary fashion.     

Model for describing the production of Centauro events and strangelets in heavy-ion collisions

A phenomenological model for describing the production of Centauro events in relativistic heavy-ion collisions is discussed. The model provides quantitative predictions for kinematical variables, for the baryon number, and for the masses of a Centauro fireball and of its decay products. A Centauro fireball decays predominantly into nucleons, strange hyperons, and possibly strangelets. Centauro events in Pb + Pb collisions at the LHC energy are simulated for the CASTOR detector. The signatures of these events are discussed in detail.

Soluble,saturated‐red‐light‐emitting poly(p‐phenylenevinylene) containing triphenylamine units and cyano groups

A conjugated poly(p‐CN‐phenylenevinylene) (PCNPV) containing both electron‐donating triphenylamine units and electron‐withdrawing cyano groups was prepared via Knoevenagel condensation in a good yield. Gel permeation chromatography suggested that the soluble polymer had a very high weight‐average molecular weight of 309,000. A bright and saturated red emission was observed under UV excitation in solution and film. Cyclic voltammetry showed that the polymer presented quasi‐reversible oxidation with a relatively low potential because of the triphenylamine unit. A single‐layer indium tin oxide/PCNPV/Mg–Ag device emitted a bright red light (633 nm). © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 42: 3947–3953, 2004     

Fluorescent-based single-strand conformation polymorphism/heteroduplex capillary electrophoretic mutation analysis of the P53 gene.

Fluorescent-based single-strand conformation polymorphism (F-SSCP) analysis with capillary electrophoresis (CE) is the most common method for the detection of mutation because of its high sensitivity and resolution. In this study, we prepared an inexpensive linear polyacrylamide (LPA), and successfully applied it to CE-SSCP analysis and tandem CE-SSCP/heteroduplex analysis (HA) of the P53 gene on an ABI capillary genetic analyzer. A comparison of the sieving capabilities of a homemade LPA and commercial polydimethylacrylamide (PDMA) demonstrates that the homemade LPA has a higher resolution, a shorter analysis time, and is more suitable for tandem SSCP/HA than commercial PDMA. To show the usefulness, mutations of P53 gene exon 7 - 8 in 37 tumor samples were investigated by using homemade LPA. The results indicate that 10 mutations were found in 9 of 37 cases; the majority of P53 mutations were missense mutations, and 70% were located in exon 7, which plays an important role in neoplastic progression in human tumorigenesis.     

薄膜外延生长的计算机模拟

以Cu膜为例，用Monte-Carlo算法模拟了薄膜生长的随机过程，并提出了更加完善的模型.在合理选择原子间相互作用计算方法的基础上，考虑了原子的吸附、在生长表面的迁移及迁移所引起的近邻原子连带效应、从生长表面的脱附等过程.模拟计算了薄膜的早期成核情况以及表面粗糙度和相对密度.结果表明，随着衬底温度的升高或入射率的降低，沉积在衬底上的原子逐步由离散型分布向聚集状态过渡形成一些岛核，并且逐步由二维岛核向三维岛核过渡.在一定的原子入射率下，存在三个优化温度，成核率最高时的最大成核温度Tn、薄膜的表面粗糙度最低 关键词： Monte-Carlo算法 计算机模拟 薄膜生长     

激光限制结晶技术制备nc-Si/SiO2多层膜

在等离子体增强化学气相淀积系统中，采用aSi:H层淀积和原位等离子体氧化相结合的逐层生长技术制备了aSi:H/SiO_2多层膜.在激光诱导限制结晶原理基础上，使用KrF准分子脉冲激光为辐照源，对aSi:H/SiO_2多层膜进行辐照，使纳米级厚度的aSi:H子层晶化.Raman散射谱和电子衍射谱的结果表明，经过激光辐照后纳米Si颗粒在原始的aSi:H子层内形成，晶粒尺寸可以根据aSi:H层的厚度精确控制.还研究了样品的光致发光（PL）特性以及激光辐照能量密度对PL性质的影响. 关键词： 脉冲激光 多层膜 限制结晶     

Galerkin method for optimal control of second‐order evolution equations

This paper presents the Galerkin approximation of the optimization problem of a system governed by non‐linear second‐order evolution equation where a non‐linear operator depends on derivative of the state of the system. The control is acting on a non‐linear equation. After giving some results on the existence of optimal control we shall prove the existence of the weak and strong condensation points of a set of solutions of the approximate optimization problems. Each of these points is a solution of the initial optimization problem. Finally we shall give a simple example using the obtained results. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
