以一年生龙眼小苗为材料,研究了La3+对龙眼叶片活性氧代谢和抗氧化系统的影响,探讨La3+提高植物抗逆境能力作用机制。龙眼小苗喷施10,20,30,40,50 mg.L-1的La(NO3)3两次,通过检测叶片的自由基含量、抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化物质含量来分析La3+提高龙眼抗氧化的作用。结果表明:20~30 mg.L-1La3+处理可明显清除龙眼叶片的.O2-和H2O2,减少MDA生成量;显著提高叶片SOD和CAT酶活性,降低POD活性,提高AsA-GSH循环运行效率及相关代谢酶APX,MDAR,DHAR和GR的活性,保证AsA和GSH再生,显示稀土离子La3+对龙眼抗性具有显著的正调节作用。  相似文献

Stimuli‐responsive hyperbranched polymers have attracted great attention in recent years because of their wide applications in biomedicine. Through proton‐transfer polymerization of triethanolamine and 1,2,7,8‐diepoxyoctane with the help of potassium hydride, a series of novel backbone thermo and pH dual‐responsive hyperbranched poly(amine‐ether)s were prepared successfully in one‐pot. The degrees of branching of the resulting polymers were at 0.40–0.49. Turbidity measurements revealed that hyperbranched poly(amine‐ether)s exhibited thermo and pH dual‐responsive properties in water. Importantly, these responsivities could be readily adjusted by changing the polymer composition as well as the polymer concentration in aqueous solution. Moreover, in vitro evaluation demonstrated that hyperbranched poly(amine‐ether)s showed low cytotoxicity and efficient cell internalization against NIH 3T3 cell lines. These results suggest that these backbone thermo and pH dual‐responsive hyperbranched poly(amine‐ether)s are promising materials for biomedicine. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Several composites of poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA) with poly (glycolic acid) (PGA) fibers were prepared. The isothermal crystallization kinetics and melting behavior of PLLA and all of the composites were characterized by using differential scanning calorimetry. The experimental data were processed by using the Avrami equation. The relative parameters, such as the Avrami exponent and half-time crystallization, revealed that PGA fibers had positive effects on the crystallization of PLLA, but these effects had only a minimal dependence on the PGA fiber content. Moreover, at low isothermal crystallization temperatures (85°C~110°C), recrystallization during the heating scan was observed, which could lower the melting point of the samples to a certain extent.  相似文献

In this paper, a new drug delivery system was designed using magnetic Fe3O4/carboxymethylchitosan nanoparticles (Fe3O4/CMCS NPs) as carrier and rapamycin (Rapa) as the antitumor drug. The process and formulation variables of Fe3O4/CMCS-Rapa NPs were optimized using response surface methodology (RSM) with a three-level, three-factor Box-Behnken design (BBD). The independent variables were the mass ratio of Fe3O4/CMCS: Rapa, W/O phase ratio and stirring rate; dependent variables were drug loading content and entrapment efficiency. Mathematical equations and response surface plots were used to relate the dependent and independent variables. The optimized formulation was characterized by TEM, FT-IR, and in vitro drug release. Results for mean particle size, drug loading content, entrapment efficiency and in vitro drug release of Fe3O4/CMCS-Rapa were found to be of 30 ± 2 nm, 6.32% ± 3.36%, 62.9% ± 2.30%, and 65.35% ± 2.46% at pH 7.4 after 70 h, respectively; also, they possess magnetism with a saturation magnetization of 67.1 emu/g, negligible coercivity and remanence at room temperature. Also the effect of magnetic targeted nanoparticles on the proliferation of human hepatoma cell line HepG2 in vitro was investigated. The results from MTT assays showed that the Fe3O4/CMCS-Rapa nanoparticles could effectively inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells, which displayed time or concentration-dependent manner. All these results indicated that the nanoparticles had the potential to be used as a novel drug carrier system.  相似文献

采用水基流变相辅助的固相法,以异质碳蔗糖和石墨为碳源,合成了LiMn0.8Fe0.2PO4/C复合材料,研究了不同石墨加入方式对所制复合材料电化学性能的影响,并对所制备的LiMn0.8Fe0.2PO4/C复合材料进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积测试、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征。结果表明,不同石墨包覆工艺对材料结构和电化学性能具有显著影响。前驱体煅烧后再加入石墨获得的样品纯度高,形貌呈均一的椭圆形,在0.1C下的放电比容量为149 mAh·g-1,达到其理论比容量的 87%;在 5C 下最大的放电比容量为 133 mAh·g-1;在 2C 倍率下经过 300 次循环后比容量维持在 127 mAh·g-1,衰减率仅为1.9%,表现出了优良的循环稳定性。  相似文献

建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定山东小麦中7种重金属元素(Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Cd、Pb、Zn)的方法,并对山东地区千余份小麦进行分析。结果表明,通过使用适宜的内标和He碰撞模式,7种重金属元素的方法检出限在0.0007~0.09 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在10%以内,标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法用于国家有证标准物质(GSB-3、GSB-4、GSB24)的测定,结果与标准值相符。方法灵敏度高,重现性好,定量准确,可用于大批量小麦样品的测定。  相似文献

Bio-inspired surfaces are usually designed by imitating the surface properties of a particular biological species,or combing with the surface characteristics of multiple biological species to construct a cross-species surface.Herein,inspired by the structure and rhythmic swing of human pulmonary cilia,and the directional migration of pigeons by geomagnetic field,an integrated system of biomimetic hydrophobic magnetic cilia array surface with reversible deformation properties and excellent magnetic response performance for solid microspheres underwater transport is designed and constructed.Driven by an external magnetic field,the magnetic responsive cilia array surface can directionally and continuously transport microspheres underwater in periodic motion.This work will shed new light on the designing of micromanipulation systems for micro-objects transport,and promote the practical application of micro-operating systems in underwater transportation and drug delivery.  相似文献
