Highly Efficient Pd/C-Catalyzed Suzuki Coupling Reaction of p-（un）Substituted Phenyl Halide with （p-Substituted phenyl） Boronic Acid

A highly efficient Pd/C-catalyzed ligandless, heterogeneous Suzuki reaction of p-（un）substituted phenyl halide with （p-substituted phenyl）boronic acid in DMF/H2O solvent in a short reaction time （0.5 h） at 75 ℃ was developed. The key for such a catalytic system was the addition of 1 equivalent of tetrabutylammonium bromide. A wide variety of substituents can be tolerated and high yields of cross coupling products were achieved. The palladium catalyst can be easily recovered and reused without significantly decreasing its efficiency.     

LB膜诱导Ba(NO3)2晶体取向生长

In this work, Ba(NO₃)₂ crystals with single crystal face were induced by using the the method of bio-mimetic mineralization and double LB films of behenic acid (BA) as the template. The crystals were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The crystals were observed in regular square shape with uniform size about 5～8 μm by SEM, and they were found by XRD to grow along the (111) plane. From these experiments, we can conclude that the good selection of the (111) crystal face of Ba(NO₃)₂ is due to the electrostatic interactions , the match between this crystal face and the definite lattice structure of the LB films.

化学计量学在生命科学研究中的应用

对近十年来化学计量学在生命科学领域相关研究中的应用进行了综述,主要对其在DNA、蛋白质及氨基酸这三大生命物质有关研究中的使用展开了评述和讨论,参考文献59篇。     

均三氮苯类除草剂结构与活性的理论研究

利用Gaussian03程序包中的B3LYP方法,选择6-31G基组对均三氮苯类除草剂及类似衍生物2-(4-溴苄氨基)-4-甲基-6-三氟甲基-1,3,5-三氮苯进行了量子化学计算,从理论上讨论了它们的空间结构、电子结构特征与活性的关系.计算结果表明:三氮苯环与N(7)和N(8)原子形成了共轭结构,分子活性大小与LUMO轨道的得电子能力以及在LUMO轨道中占主要成分的原子有重要关系.N(7)和N(8)连接单个具有推电子能力的基团,有利于生物活性的提高.对于2-(4-溴苄氨基)-4-甲基-6-三氟甲基-1,3,5-三氮苯中,N(8)和C(9)是重要的活性部位,和传统的均三氮苯类除草剂分子相比,与D1蛋白上不同的氨基酸残基发生了键合作用.     

超声MnO2联用降解丁基罗丹明B染料

采用超声MnO2体系降解丁基罗丹明B染料,考察了pH值、声强、MnO2投加量等因素对染料降解过程的影响。实验结果表明,溶液pH=3.0,MnO2投加量为1.5g/L,声强=40.7W/cm2,超声辐照10mg/L的罗丹明B溶液48m in,染料的脱色率为98.73%;超声和MnO2的协同效应在酸性条件下较为明显,溶液中产生大量.OH强化了对染料的声化学脱色和降解过程;丁基罗丹明B的超声降解过程以自由基的氧化反应为主,服从动力学一级反应。     

Pt3Co核-Pt壳型纳米粒子的制备及磁性

Pt₃Co alloy nanoparticles were prepared by the reduction of H₂PtCl₆ and Co(OOCCH₃)₂ using NaBH₄ as a reducing agent. The Pt₃Co core-Pt shell nanoparticles (Pt₃Co@Pt) were synthesized using hydrogen absorption reduction and characterized by plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SQUID magnetometer. The results show that average size of Pt₃Co@Pt nanoparticles is 3.6 nm with a standard deviation of 0.9 nm. Heating Pt₃Co nanoparticles in air at 700 ℃ for 1 h, Co in Pt₃Co nanoparticles was oxidized to Co₃O₄ and CoO; while no oxidation tendency was detected for Pt₃Co@Pt nanoparticles. The crystallize structure of Pt₃Co@Pt changed from the face centered cube (fcc) to the face centered tetragonal (fct) after the heating treatment. The coercivity of the heated Pt₃Co@Pt reached to 276 Oe at room temperature.

本文综述了近年来四氧化锇催化烯烃不对称双羟化及其反应机理的研究进展。Sharpless等对烯烃双羟化机理的透彻研究导致了不对称双羟化方法的优化。     

纳米ZnO的阳极消耗法制备和表征

采用阳极消耗法制备了纳米ZnO粉体,并利用XRD,TEM,XPS,UV-V is和PL测试技术对样品进行了表征.结果表明,所制样品为纤锌矿结构的纳米ZnO,颗粒呈类球形,平均粒径15 nm,具有很强的紫外吸收能力.位于531.44 eV的O1 s峰和PL谱上的绿带共同证明了氧空位存在,纳米ZnO的绿光发射带来自氧空位电子与价带空穴的辐射复合.
