Cytotoxic sesterterpenes, 6-epi-ophiobolin G and 6-epi-ophiobolin N, from marine derived fungus Emericella variecolor GF10

Two new sesterterpenes, 6-epi-ophiobolin G (1) and 6-epi-ophiobolin N (3), and six known ophiobolins were isolated from the extracts of the fungus, Emericella variecolor GF10, which was separated from marine sediment. The planar structures of the new compounds were deduced from analysis of the 2D NMR spectra, and the stereochemistry was determined by extensive examination of the NOESY spectrum. Additionally, the configuration of the C-6 proton in ophiobolin G (2) was revised from α to β, and the unsolved stereochemistry of ophiobolin H (4) was determined by its physicochemical evidence and the chemical correlation with ophiobolin K (8). Ophiobolin K (8) showed cytotoxic activity against various tumor cell lines, including adriamycin-resistant mouse leukemia cells (P388), with IC₅₀ of 0.27-0.65 μM.     

Poly[(μ2‐1,3‐di‐4‐pyridylpropane‐κ2N:N′)(μ3‐glutarato‐κ3O:O′:O′′)dizinc(II)]

The title compound, [Zn₂(C₅H₆O₄)₂(C₁₃H₁₄N₂)]_n or [Zn₂(glu)₂(bpp)]_n, is a novel zinc polymer based on mixed flexible glutarate (glu) and 1,3‐di‐4‐pyridylpropane (bpp) ligands. The Zn^II center has a distorted tetra­hedral geometry and the central atom of the bpp ligand is located at a special site with a C₂ axis passing through it. A layer is formed by Zn–glu bonding. Such layers are pillared by bpp ligands, forming a three‐dimensional framework with large channels. The inverted inter­penetration of two three‐dimensional frameworks completes the mol­ecular structure.     

Study on electrochemical behavior of tryptophan at a glassy carbon electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes embedded cerium hexacyanoferrate

Electrochemical behavior of cerium hexacyanoferrate (CeHCF) incorporated on multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified GC electrode is investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical techniques. The CeHCF/MWNT/GC electrode showed potent electrocatalytic activity toward the electrochemical oxidation of tryptophan in phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.0) with a diminution of the overpotential of 240 mV. The anodic peak currents increased linearly with the concentration of tryptophan in the range of 2.0 × 10⁻⁷ to 1.0 × 10⁻⁴ M with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10⁻⁸ M (at a S/N = 3). And the determination of tryptophan in pharmaceutical samples was satisfactory.     

碘酸钾存在下极谱催化波法测定陈皮甙

基于陈皮甙在ＫＩＯ３存在下产生的极谱催化波，拟定了测定陈皮甙的新方法。在 ０．５５ ｍｏｌ／Ｌ ＨＡｃ－０．０１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ　ＮａＡｃ（ｐＨ ４．００±０．０５）－１．０×１０～（－３）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ ＫＩＯ３缓冲溶液中，陈皮甙催化波的峰电位为－１．３５ Ｖ（ｖｓ，ＳＣＥ），它的一阶导数峰峰电流与陈皮甙浓度在２．６ × １０～（－７）～２．６ × １０～（－６）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内呈线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９７０，ｎ＝６）。本方法比现有的电化学方法灵敏度高一个数量级。可用于直接测定中草药贯众水提液中陈皮甙含量。     

Palladium-catalyzed ring expansion reaction of 1-alkynylcyclobutanols with aryl iodides: an efficient route to 2-disubstituted methylenecyclopentanones

The reaction of 1-alkynylcyclobutanols with aryl iodides in the presence of Pd(OAc)₂ and Et₃N in acetonitrile at 80°C for 24 h gives 2-disubstituted methylenecyclopentan-1-ones in modest to good yields. The tandem insertion-ring expansion process proceeds via the formation of an alkynyl π-complex, followed by migration of a carbon-carbon bond of the tert-alkanol to form the cyclopentanones stereoselectively.

Synthesis and stereochemical assignment of 7-arylidene and 7-heteroarylidene morphinan-6-ones

A number of (E)-7-arylidenenaltrexones were synthesized by azeotropic distillation of water from a benzene solution of naltrexone and an aromatic aldehyde (benzaldehyde, 4-chloro- and 4-fluorobenzaldehyde, 3-and 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde and 1-methyl-2-imidazolecarboxaldehyde) using piperidine as a catalyst. In addition, (E)-7-benzylidenenaloxone was prepared by the previously published Claisen-Schmidt condensation using sodium hydroxide in methanol. The stereochemistry of these arylidene derivatives 3–9 was determined to be (E) by means of nuclear Overhauser enhancement experiments. The ¹³C nmr spectra of (E)- 3–9 are recorded in deuteriochloroform and those of the hydrochlorides in deuteriodimethyl sulfoxide.     

水热一步法合成Ti-SBA-15分子筛及其催化性能研究

采用钛酸丁酯和乙酰丙酮作用后的产物作为钛的前驱体，水热法一步合成出了 Ti-SBA-15分子筛。通过X射线衍射、N2气吸附脱附、紫外—可见漫反射等表征手段 ，证明在Si/Ti＝50，25，20时，钛原子成功地取代了SBA-15中的硅原子而没有改 变SBA-15高度有序的介孔二维六角结构，其中钛全部以四配位状态存在，而且高度 分散。当Si/Ti＝12．5时，钛的分散度降低，部分钛聚集生成二氧化钛。与用两步 法合成的Ti-SBA-15比较，一步法合成的Ti-SBA-15中钛分散度好，添加量高，对催 化氧化环己烯有较高的催化活性。对一步法和两步法合成Ti-SBA-15的机理以及相 应产物在结构以及催化活性上的差异进行了探讨。     

加氢处理催化剂载体中Y型分子筛组分对催化剂表面性质和催化性能的影响

应用ＸＲＤ，ＸＰＳ，ＩＲ－ＴＰＤ，ＣＯ２和ＮＯ吸附及正庚烷裂解和噻吩加氢脱硫脉冲微反等方法，研究了加氢处理催化剂载体经Ｙ型分子筛改性前后各种性质的变化，结果表明，载体经Ｙ型分子筛改性后，催化剂的Ｂ酸、正庚烷裂解活性和异构选择性明显提高，Ｙ型分子筛以分散的形式分布于γ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３表面，减少了载体表面的空位铝，该催化剂中有盯当一部分金属组分进入Ｙ型分子筛孔道与３其Ｂ酸位作用，与ＮｉＱ／γＡｌ２Ｏ３相比     

盐酸多西环素的合成新方法

盐酸多西环素为重要的人兽两用药，其生产过程中的脱氯和不对称氢化反应对产品的收率和质量有重要影响。以11α-氯代甲烯土霉素为起始原料，自制钯炭为催化剂，经脱氯、氢化和转盐3步反应合成了盐酸多西环素，总收率达58.4%，其结构经¹H NMR确证。
