基于 HL-2M 真空室烘烤保温要求,通过有限元分析和原型件实验确定采用陶瓷纤维与纳米级微孔材 料组合作为 HL-2M 真空室保温材料。在 30℃时,保温层的导热系数小于 0.027W⋅m−1·℃−1;300℃时,导热系数 小于 0.038W⋅m−1·℃−1。在保温层厚度 25mm、热面温度 300℃且达到稳态时,冷面可控制在 85℃以下,线圈侧的 温度低于 60℃,整体热损失小于 12kW,满足 HL-2M 真空室烘烤需求。   相似文献

An interesting halogen‐substituent effect on the organogelation properties of poly(benzyl ether) dendrons is reported. A new class of poly(benzyl ether) dendrons with halo substituents decorating their periphery was synthesized and fully characterized. A systematic study on the gelation abilities, thermotropic behaviors, aggregated microstructures, and mechanical properties of self‐assembled organogels was performed to elucidate the halogen‐substituent effects on their organogelation propensity. It was found that the exact halogen substitutions on the periphery of dendrons exert a profound effect on the organogelation propensity, and dendrons G n ‐Cl (n=2, 3) and G2‐I proved to be highly efficient organogelators. The cooperation of multiple π–π, dispersive halogen, CH–π, and weak C?H ??? X hydrogen‐bonding interactions were found to be the key contributor to forming the self‐assembled gels. Dendritic organogels formed from G n ‐Cl (n=2, 3) in 1,2‐dichloroethane exhibited thixotropic‐responsive properties, and such thixotropic organogels are promising materials for future research and applications.  相似文献

Recent advances in photocatalysis focus on the development of materials with hierarchical structure and on the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) phenomenon exhibited by metal nanoparticles (NPs). In this work, both are combined in a material where size‐controllable Ag‐NPs are uniformly loaded onto the hierarchical microporous and mesoporous and nanocolumnar structures of ZnO, resulting in Ag‐NP/ZnO nanocomposites. The embedded Ag‐NPs slightly decrease the hydrophobicity of fibrous ZnO, improve its wettability, and increase the absorption of formaldehyde (H2CO) onto the photocatalyst, all of this resulting in excellent photodegradation of formaldehyde in aqueous solution. Besides, we found that Ag‐NPs with optimal size not only accelerate the charge transfer to the surface of ZnO, but also strengthen the SPR effect in the intercolumnar channels of fibrous ZnO particles combining with high concentration of photo‐generated radical species. The micro‐to‐mesoporous ZnO is like a nanoarray packed Ag‐NPs. With Ag‐NPs of diameter 2.5 < ? < 6.5 nm, ZnO exhibits the most superior photodegradation rate constant value of 0.0239 min?1 with total formaldehyde removal of 97%. This work presents a new feasible approach involving highly sophisticated Ag‐NP/ZnO architecture combining the SPR effect and hierarchically ordered structures, which results in high photocatalytic activity for formaldehyde photodegradation.  相似文献

Thermomechanical properties of polymers highly depend on their glass transition temperature (T g). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) is commonly used to measure T g of polymers. However, many conjugated polymers (CPs), especially donor–acceptor CPs (D–A CPs), do not show a clear glass transition when measured by conventional DSC using simple heat and cool scan. In this work, we discuss the origin of the difficulty for measuring T g in such type of polymers. The changes in specific heat capacity (Δc p) at T g were accurately probed for a series of CPs by DSC. The results showed a significant decrease in Δc p from flexible polymer (0.28 J g?1 K?1 for polystyrene) to rigid CPs (10?3 J g?1 K?1 for a naphthalene diimide‐based D–A CP). When a conjugation breaker unit (flexible unit) is added to the D–A CPs, we observed restoration of the Δc p at T g by a factor of 10, confirming that backbone rigidity reduces the Δc p. Additionally, an increase in the crystalline fraction of the CPs further reduces Δc p. We conclude that the difficulties of determining T g for CPs using DSC are mainly due to rigid backbone and semicrystalline nature. We also demonstrate that physical aging can be used on DSC to help locate and confirm the glass transition for D‐A CPs with weak transition signals. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. 基于单粒子导心运动代码ORBIT,采用测试粒子模拟方法,研究了托卡马克等离子体内部不同径向位置处局域磁场扰动对高能量离子的损失的影响。研究表明,在局域磁扰动主要分布在某磁面附近、其环向具有类似纹波场形式下,可造成一些靠近等离子体中心区域的高能量离子损失,但对靠近等离子边界的离子损失影响相对不大。这些损失的高能量离子均为捕获离子,离子的投掷角越大就越容易损失。此外,造成高能量离子最大损失率的局域场径向位置与这些损失离子的初始径向位置通常存在一定的偏移,而且这个偏移与这些离子的能量密切相关。当局域场出现在某些位置时,能量较低的离子会有一定的损失,能量较高的离子反而不会损失。  相似文献

With the aim of generalizing the structure–properties relationship of bending heterocyclic molecules that undergo prominent photoinduced structural planarization (PISP), a series of new dihydrodibenzo[ac]phenazine derivatives in which one nitrogen atom is replaced by oxygen ( PNO ), sulfur ( PNS ), selenium ( PNSe ), or dimethylmethanediyl ( PNC ) was strategically designed and synthesized. Compounds PNO , PNS , and PNSe have significantly nonplanar geometries in the ground state, which undergo PISP to give a planarlike conformer and hence a large emission Stokes shift. A combination of femtosecond early relaxation dynamics and computational approaches established an R*→I* (intermediate)→P* sequential kinetic pattern for PNS and PNSe , whereas PNO undergoes R*→P* one-step kinetics. The polarization ability of the substituted heteroatoms, which is in the order O<S<Se, correlates with their increase in π conjugation, and hence the Stokes shift of the emission is in the order PNO < PNS < PNSe . Compound PNSe with the largest PISP barrier was shown to be a highly sensitive viscosity probe. Further evidence for heteroatom-harnessing PISP is given by PNC , in which the dimethylmethanediyl substituent lacks lone pair electrons for π extension, showing the normal emission of the bent structure. The results led to the conclusion that PISP is ubiquitous in dihydrodibenzo[ac]phenazines, for which the driving force is elongation of the π delocalization to gain stabilization in the excited state.  相似文献

The tandem dual C−H amination of tetrahydroquinoxalines with free amines under aerobic copper catalysis conditions has been demonstrated. The synthetic protocol proceeds with good substrate and functional group compatibility, mild reaction conditions, short reaction time, the use of the naturally abundant [Cu]/O2 catalyst system, excellent chemoselectivity and synthetic efficiency, and with no need for the pre-installation of specific aminating agents, which offers a practical platform for the rapid and diverse synthesis of diaminoquinoxalines. Moreover, this work has shown the potential of single-electron-oxidation-induced C−H functionalization of N-heterocycles, and its application in the development of optoelectronic materials.  相似文献

为实现EAST装置超400s长脉冲高约束模、10MW加热功率下的稳态运行,需对现有的下碳偏滤器进行升级改造,拟采用钨串结极水冷却系统,热通量控制在水冷钨铜第一壁材料允许的稳态的10MW·m-2。在对下钨偏滤器的冷却结极传热性能进行数值模拟仿真研究的基础上,研究了多种以钨串单元为基础的冷却结极,提出了一种新型下钨偏滤器水冷结极设计,幵建立了满足传热要求的EAST装置新型下钨偏滤器单元结构模型。  相似文献
