高效液相色谱法测定肉制品中甘草抗氧化物的含量

建立了测定肉制品中甘草抗氧化物含量的方法。样品经流动相提取,采用C．8色谱柱分离,以甲醇-0．2mol／L乙酸铵-冰乙酸（体积比70：29：1）为流动相,流速为1．0mL／min,波长为250nm,以保留时间进行定性,峰面积进行定量。甘草酸在1．0-80．0μg／mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=8．55×10^-5x-0．599（r=0．9997）,检出限为1．0mg／kg,定量限为3．0mg／kg,加标回收率为95．7％-103．4％,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1．57％-3．53％（n=6）。该方法适用于检验机构日常检验中大批量肉制品中甘草抗氧化物含量的测定。     

粉花绣线菊复合群的化学与生物学

本文综述了我国特有的粉花绣线菊复合群7个变种化学与生物学研究,以新生物碱的发现为起点,从二萜与二萜生物碱化学结构、化学转化、化学合成、仿生合成与生源途径、植物化学分类与生物地理、生物活性等方面阐明了相关的科学问题,从宏观、微观层次形成了较系统的学术观点。     

Compton散射下等离子体中电子相轨道的演化

用KMR模型研究了等离子体中多光子非线性Compton散射下电子相轨道的演化,发现电子与光子进行能量交换后,只有未被俘获电子的相轨道才能从周期性向非周期性、随机型演化,其演化剧烈程度随电子吸收光子数的增大而加剧,随电子与光子碰撞非弹性成分和碰撞前初始速度的增大而迅速减弱,但低于强激光场中的剧烈程度。当电子被光场俘获时,这种演化过程结束并做稳定的运动,光子不再为电子提供能量。     

牛心朴子草植物农药的化学成分与生物活性研究

在分离鉴定化学组分基础上结合普筛农药活性,发现牛心朴子草提取物中生物碱部位显示抗植物病毒极高活性。通过生物活性跟踪与色谱分离、结构鉴定,确定它是菲并吲哚里西啶生物碱,包括7-脱甲氧基娃儿藤碱(Antofine)(1)和N-氧代-7-脱甲氧基娃儿藤碱(N-Oxideantofine)(2)。其中2是首次从该草分离得到。Antofine(1)是该草抑制植物病毒主要成份;半中枯斑法测定它在10^-^6g/mL浓度的枯斑抑制率达60%,比对照的常用植物病毒抑制剂活性高1～2个数量级。用多种生测方法验证该草生物碱试样抗植物病毒如烟草花叶病毒(TMV)、马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)、芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)等的生物活性。     

锂电池阴极材料Li(Co_xAl_(1-x))O_2的溶胶-凝胶法合成及表征

采用溶胶 -凝胶方法合成了锂二次电池阴极材料 Li( Cox Al1 - x) O2 ,并采用 XRD方法分析了材料的相变过程、烧结时间对材料合成的影响及不同 Al/Co比掺杂对材料相变的影响 ,并进行了结构表征 .研究表明 ,材料结构随 Al固溶度的增大及温度的升高呈现出 a轴缩短 ,c轴伸长的趋势 .材料晶相稳定温度在60 0～ 90 0℃之间 ,烧结时间在 3 h以上     

秩函数与K0群的状态空间

给出了局部秩与稳定自由秩的表达式,得到了一类VN正则环的元素特征.利用K₀群的状态空间,给出了K0R有关性态的本质刻画.     

CH2Cl2分子中CH的摇摆振动与伸缩和弯曲振动的耦合

Infrared absorption spectra of gaseous CH2Cl2 in the regions of 1200-12000 cm-1 were measured using a Bruker IFS 120HR Fourier transform spectrometer in conjunction with a multipass cell. 47 vibrational levels of overtone and combinational spectral lines of the CH stretching (v1, v6), bending (v2), and rocking(v8) modes were analyzed and assigned. Utilizing the normal mode model and considering the coupling among CH stretching, bending and rocking vibrations, values of the harmonic frequency ωi, the anharmonic constant xij, and the coefficients of Fermi and the Darling-Dennison resonances of v1, v6, v2 and v8 modes were also determined from experimental spectral data with nonlinear least-square fitting. These spectral constants reproduced the experimental levels very well. These results showed that Fermi resonance between CH stretching and rocking vibrations (ki88=-254.63 cm-1) is stronger than that between CH stretching and bending vibrations (k122 = 54.87 cm-1); and that Darling-Dennison resonances between CH stretching and bending vibrations (k1166=-215.28 cm-1) is also much stronger than that between CH bending and rocking vibrations (k2288=-5.72 cm-1).

Pressure effect on the electron mobility in AlAs/GaAs quantum wells

By taking the influence of optical phonon modes into account, this paper adopts the dielectric continuum phonon model and force balance equation to investigate the electronic mobility parallel to the interfaces for AlAs/GaAs semiconductor quantum wells (QWs) under hydrostatic pressure. The scattering from confined phonon modes, interface phonon modes and half-space phonon modes are analysed and the dominant scattering mechanisms in wide and narrow QWs are presented. The temperature dependence of the electronic mobility is also studied in the temperature range of optical phonon scattering being available. It is shown that the electronic mobility reduces obviously as pressure increases from 0 to 4GPa, the confined longitudinal optical (LO) phonon modes play an important role in wide QWs, whereas the interface optical phonon modes are dominant in narrow QWs, the half-space LO phonon modes hardly influence the electronic mobility expect for very narrow QWs.
