Combined effect of the transition layer and interfacial coupling on the properties of ferroelectric bilayer film

Within the framework of modified Ginzburg--Landau--Devonshire phenomenological theory, a ferroelectric bilayer film with a transition layer within each constituent film and an interfacial coupling between two materials has been studied. Properties including the Curie temperature and the spontaneous polarization of a bilayer film composed of two equally thick ferroelectric constituent films are discussed. The results show that the combined effect of the transition layer and the interfacial coupling plays an important role in explaining the interesting behaviour of ferroelectric multilayer structures consisting of two ferroelectric materials.     

Influence of lateral size on dielectric properties of ferroelectric thin films with structure transition zones

By taking into account structural transition zones near the lateral and thickness direction edges, this paper uses a modified transverse Ising model to study dielectric properties of a finite size ferroelectric thin film in the framework of the mean-field approximation. The results indicate that the influence of the lateral size on the dielectric susceptibility cannot be neglected and lateral structural transition zones could be a crucial factor that improves the mean susceptibility of the fixed size film.     

Generation of arbitrary four-atom entangled decoherence-free states

This paper proposes a scheme to generate arbitrary four-atom entangled decoherence-free states by using simple linear optical elements, four one-sided cavities in which four atoms are confined respectively. By conveniently tuning the titled angle of one half-wave plate, it can obtain arbitrary four-atom entangled decoherence-free states with a successful probability of 1 as long as there is no photon loss.     

5,10-CH+-THF向邻苯二胺转移一碳单元反应的理论研究

叶酸辅酶在酶催化的一碳单元转移过程中具有重要的作用,已有大量的实验及实验模拟对其生物学功能进行了研究分析.本文用PM3半经验方法对5,10-CH⁺-THF向邻苯二胺转移一碳单元的反应进行了理论研究.结果表明,5,10-CH⁺-THF中的咪唑啉环有两种开环方式,从而使得该反应可以通过两种途径实现,每一种途径都经历了6个反应步骤,其中包括限制速度的两次质子转移步骤.优化计算了每个步骤所有可能的中间体和过渡态的结构和能量,并通过比较分析得到了各反应阶段的最优中间体和过渡态结构.     

加氮对直流电弧等离子体喷射金刚石膜生长、形貌和质量的影响

利用直流等离子体喷射化学气相沉积法制备掺氮的金刚石厚膜.本文研究了在甲烷/氩气/氢气中加入氮气对金刚石膜生长、形貌和质量的影响.反应气体的比例由质量流量计控制,在固定氢气(5000sccm)、氩气(3000sccm)、甲烷(100sccm)流量的情况下改变氮气的流量,即反应气体中氮原子和碳原子的变化比例(N/ C比)范围是从0.06到0.68.同时金刚石膜在固定的腔体压力(4kPa)和衬底温度(800℃)下生长.金刚石膜用扫描电镜(SEM)、拉曼谱和X射线衍射表征.结果表明,氮气在反应气体中的大量加入对直流等离子体喷射制备金刚石膜的形貌、生长速率、晶体取向、成核密度等有非常显著的影响.     

硬质合金金刚石涂层工具基体真空渗硼预处理技术研究

研究了真空渗硼预处理硬质合金基体的表面组织、形貌、粗糙度,并在处理过的硬质合金基体上,用强电流直流伸展电弧等离子体CVD法沉积金刚石薄膜涂层.结果表明,真空渗硼预处理不仅可以有效地消除或控制钴在金刚石沉积时的不利影响,而且还显著粗化硬质合金基体表面.因此,提高了金刚石薄膜的质量和涂层的附着力,其临界载荷值达到1500N.     

直流电弧等离子体喷射化学气相沉积高质量金刚石膜残余应力分布的垃曼谱分析

不同工艺条件下在钼衬底(φ60mm)上用100 kW直流电弧等离子体喷射化学气相沉积设备进行金刚石膜的制备.金刚石膜用扫描电镜(SEM)、拉曼谱(激光激发波长为488nm)和X射线衍射来表征.研究结果表明,在直流电弧等离子体喷射化学气相沉积金刚石膜的过程中,内应力大小从金刚石膜的中央到边缘是增加的,并且应力形式是压应力.这说明了在金刚石膜中存在明显的应力不均.甲烷浓度和衬底温度都影响金刚石膜中的内应力.随着甲烷浓度和衬底温度的提高,金刚石膜中的内应力呈增加的趋势.     

Determining the minimum embedding dimension of nonlinear time series based on prediction method

Determining the embedding dimension of nonlinear time series plays an important role in the reconstruction of nonlinear dynamics. The paper first summarizes the current methods for determining the embedding dimension. Then, inspired by the fact that the optimum modelling dimension of nonlinear autoregressive (NAR) prediction model can characterize the embedding feature of the dynamics, the paper presents a new idea that the optimum modelling dimension of the NAR model can be taken as the minimum embedding dimension. Some validation examples and results are given and the present method shows its advantage for short data series.     

PbS纳米微粒对溴化银微晶乳剂的化学增感作用

发现了PbS纳米微粒对溴化银乳剂的化学增感作用,对PbS和Na₂S₂O₃对卤化银乳剂的增感作用进行了比较,研究了增感剂用量、增感温度和pAg值、溴化银的晶型等因素的影响,以及PbS纳米微粒与HAuCl₄的协同增感效应.
