| Abstract: | Confront the Counter?Intuitive Results, the theories on the broadening and shifts of spectral line from a hot plasma have to be re?examined. Various theories are inspected and compared systematically. Some of them are introduced in detail for further used. The recent status of experiments on spectral lines from a hot plasma are introduced and analyzed. |
