两种具有氢键网络的Ni(Ⅱ)-咪唑配合物的晶体结构和磁性   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
合成了两种配合物晶体[Ni(im)6](NO3)(OH)(H2O)4(Ⅰ)和[Ni(im)4(H2O)2][C6H4(COO)2](Ⅱ)(im=C3H4N2).晶体结构测定表明,晶体(Ⅰ)属于六方晶系,空间群P63/m,a=0.8985(10)nm,c=2.1002(4)nm,V=1.4685(4)nm3,Z=2,R=0.043,Rw=0.045.晶体(Ⅱ)属单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,a=2.2207(4)nm,b=0.7665(2)nm,c=1.6043(3)nm,β=120.60(3)°,V=2.3503(9)nm3,Z=4,R=0.056,Rw=0.079.两种配合物在结构上的突出特点是通过氢键形成了三维无限伸展的氢键电荷传递体系,对分子间电子传递有调节和促进作用,从而对晶体的磁性质产生了一定影响。  相似文献

四甲基双硅桥联环戊二烯基钠与无水三氯化稀土在THF溶剂中反应合成了标题配合物Me4Si2(C5H4)2LnCl[Ln:3Nd,4Sm,5Gd,6Y]和配合物Me4Si2(C5H4):Ln(C5H5)(THF)n[Ln:1La,n=1;2Pr,n=0].通过元素分析、1HNMR、13CNMR和MS确证了配合物的结构,在THF溶液中重结晶获得配合物4的单晶,x射线衍射证明晶体结构为二聚体,4为单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶体学数据a=1.2982(3)nm,b=1.2269(3)nm,c=1.3681(2)nm,β=96.79(2)°,V=2.162(1)nm3,Z=2,Dx=1.53g/cm3,偏差因子R=0.068.  相似文献

合成了4个新型NiBDT配位化合物,BDT为具有9个S原子的杂戊烯.元素分析、IR谱、UV谱确定这4个新配合物的化学式分别为[(CH3)4N]2[Ni(C5S9)2](1),[(C2H5)4N]2·[Ni(C5S9)2](2),[(C4H9)4N]2[Ni(C5S9)2](3),[(C6H5)(CH3)3N]2[Ni(C5S9)2](4).采用Ito法对配合物1的X射线粉末图进行了指标化,确定该晶体属单斜晶系,简单晶格,晶胞参数:a=0.680nm,b=0.714nm,c=2.302nm,γ=111.4°,Z=2.  相似文献

利用Co2(CO)8与[Cl3CC(O)OCH2]2的反应合成了以C(O)OCH2CH2OC(O)桥联两个Co3C四面体骨架为特征的新型双四面体簇合物[(CO)9Co33-C)C(O)OCH2]2(1);1与不同物质的量比的Na[M(CO)3C5H4R](M=Mo,W;R=H,C(O)Me)反应,得到一步交换的产物(CO)9Co33-C)C(O)OCH2CH2OC(O)(μ3-C)Co2M(CO)8(C5H4R)[M=Mo,R=H(2);M=Mo,R=C(O)Me(3);M=W,R=H(4);M=W,R=C(O)Me(5)]或两步交换的产物[(C5H4R)(CO)8Co2M(μ3-C)C(O)OCH2]2[M=Mo,R=H(6);M=Mo,R=C(O)Me(7);M=W,R=H(8);M=W,R=C(O)Me(9)].5或9分别与Na[Mo(CO)3C5H5]以12的物质的量比反应得到含一个手性四面体骨架(CoMoWC)的(C5H5)(CO)8Co2Mo(μ3-C)C(O)OCH2CH2O·C(O)(μ3-C)CoMoW(CO)7(C5H4C(O)Me)(C5H5)(10)或含两个手性四面体骨架(CoMoWC)的[(C5H5)(C5H4C(O)Me)(CO)7CoMoW(μ3-C)C(O)OCH2]2(11);对化合物1_11进行了CH元素分析、IR和1HNMR等表征.结果表明,在金属交换反应中处于不同簇环境下的Co(CO)3基团反应活性不同.对化合物1进行了晶体X射线衍射分析.化合物1的晶体属单斜晶系,P21/n(#14)空间群,晶胞参数a=0.933 0(2)nm,b=1.519 7(4)nm,c=1.178 3(4)nm,=91.16(2)°,Z=2,F(000)=972.分子结构呈中心对称.  相似文献

用Ru3(CO)12与杂环二硫代次膦酸盐SP(C6H4OR)(S)N(C6H5)NC(Me)(R=Me,Et)反应,得到两类4个含磷、硫配体的二核和三核钌羰基簇合衍生物Ru3(CO)83-S)2[P(C6H4OR)N(C6H5)NC(Me)S](1;R=Me;3;R=Et)和Ru2(CO)6[μ-η2-SC(Me)NN(C6H5)P(C6H4OR)](2;R=Me;4;R=Et).对它们进行了元素分析、IR、1HNMR和MS谱学表征,并用X射线衍射技术测定了1和2的晶体结构.晶体1属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数a=1.0755(2)nm,b=1.5760(2)nm,c=0.9078(1)nm,α=98.12(7)°,β=96.64(4)°,γ=79.67(5)°,V=1.4921(4)nm3,Z=2,R(wR)=0.0303(0.0615);该簇合物分子为开口三核钌簇,其簇骨架Ru33-S)2为畸变四方锥构型;五元杂环上的P原子取代在Ru1原子的轴向配位位置上.晶体2属单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群,晶胞参数a=1.1243(4)nm,b=1.4105(5)nm,c=1.62945(7)nm,β=107.06(5)°,V=2.4702(2)nm3,Z=4,R(wR)=0.0248(0.0441);两核簇合物分子中含有2个六元螯环Ru1SCNNP和Ru2SCNNP,增强了簇合物的稳定性.  相似文献

用Co2(CO)8与有机杂环二硫代次膦酸盐SP(C6H4OR)(S)N(C6H5)NC(Me)(R=Me,Et)反应,得到两类4个含S,P桥基配体的四核钴羰基簇合物Co4(CO)104-S)[μ4-P(C6H4OR)](1:R=Me;3:R=Et)和Co4(CO)103-S)[μ2-P(C6H4OR)N(C6H5)NC(Me)](2:R=Me,4:R=Et).在反应中,前配体中的PS键以及C-S,P-S,P-N键劈开,产生的分子片与金属钴原子配位,组建成新的羰基钴簇.对这4个簇合物进行了元素分析,IR,1HNMR和MS谱学表征,并测定了簇合物4的晶体结构,该晶体属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数a=1.9065(4)nm,b=1.0081(2)nm,c=1.6663(3)nm,β=97.36(3)°,V=3.1704(11)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.743g/cm3.Co1Co3Co4呈三角形分布,其中Co-Co平均键长为0.251nm,而Co2在该三角平面的一侧,Co2-Co3键为0.269nm.该簇合物分子骨架为三角钉型结构,每个Co原子的立体几何均为变形八面体,但配位环境各不相同.  相似文献

利用(μ3-CCO2Et)Co3(CO)9与单阴离子试剂[Mo(CO)35-C5H4R)]-[R=H,C(O)Me]的反应合成了2个新的含CCo2Mo骨架的簇合物(μ3-CCO2Et)Co2Mo(CO)85-C5H4R)[R=H(1);R=C(O)Me(2)],进而用其与双阴离子试剂{-M(CO)35-C5H4C(O)]}2-1,4-C6H4[M=Mo,W]反应合成了4个双四面体簇合物{(μ3-CCO2Et)CoMoM(CO)75-C5H4R)[η5-C5H4C(O)]}2-1,4-C6H4[M=Mo,R=H(3);M=Mo,R=C(O)Me(4);M=W,R=H(5);M=W,R=C(O)Me(6)].这6个化合物的C和H元素分析,IR,1HNMR等表征都与其结构一致.晶体X射线衍射分析表明,化合物2属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数a=1.1264(3)nm,b=1.1879(3)nm,c=3.3565(10)nm,β=93.320(5)°,V=4.484(2)nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.867g·cm-3,F(000)=2480,R=0.0369,wR=0.1150.  相似文献

合成了配合物Cu(C14H9NO3)(C3H4N2)[C14H9NO32- 为N-(2-羧基苯基)-水杨醛亚胺,C3H4N2为咪唑].晶体属正交晶系,空间群Pca21,晶胞参数a=0.94453(12)nm,b=1.12278(9)nm,c=2.9123(4)nm,V=3.0885(6)nm3,Mr=370.84,Z=8,最终的偏离因子R=0.036,wR=0.087,GOF=0.975.三齿Schiff碱配体中的二个氧原子、一个氮原子和咪唑的一个氮原子与铜原子配位,形成扭曲的平面正方形结构.通过元素分析,IR,UV,CV和TG表征了配合物的结构.  相似文献

合成了4个新型的稀土化合物(C26H40N2O4)[Ln(NO3)5H2O](Ln=Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu),采用元素分析和红外光谱表征,用四圆衍射仪测定了其中(C26H40N2O4)[Eu(NO3)5H2O]的晶体结构,属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数:α=0.9100(4)nm,b=1.3560(3)nm,c=1.6463(4)nm;α=68.62(2)°,β=74.84(3)°,γ=87.50(2)°;Z=2.中心铕离子由5个硝酸根的10个氧原子和1个水分子中的氧原子配位,配位数是11.1,7,10,16-四氧-4,13-二氮杂-N,N'-二苄基环十八烷(N,N'-二苄基穴醚(2,2))未参与配位.  相似文献

1-Methylpiperazine was employed to crystallize with 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid and 1,8-naphthalene acid, affording two multi-component hydrogen-bonding salts [(C5H14N2)2+·(C7H5O4)2-·H2O](1) and [(C5H14N2)2+(C12H6O4)2ˉ·2H2O](2). These two forms of salts are both monoclinic systems with space group P21/c(14). The lattice parameters of salts 1 and 2 are a=1.32666(10) nm, b=0.90527(7) nm, c=1.67107(13) nm, β=103.125(1)° and a=1.4950(2) nm, b=0.75242(15) nm, c=1.6563(3) nm, β=92.834(2)°, respectively. Expected classical hydrogen bonds N―H…O and O―H…O appear in the chargetransfer salts, and asymmetric units of these two forms both contain water molecules which play a significant role in building novel supramolecular architectures. Robust hydrogen-bond interactions between 1-methylpiperazine and aromatic acid provide sufficient driving force to direct the two crystals to three-dimensional structures. Weak interactions C―H…O emerging in salts 1 and 2 further enhance their crystal structures. As a consequence, hydrogen-bonding interactions in these compounds afford diverse 3D net supramolecular architectures. Thermal stability of these compounds was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).  相似文献

Three small organic molecular co-crystal compounds (C3N6H6)·(C6H10O4)·H2O(1), C3H8N2O(3) and (H4btec)2·(4,4'-bipy)(4)(H4btec=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, 4,4'-bipy=4,4'-bipyridine) and one coordination supramolecular compound [Mn(C2O4)(H2O)2]·C6H11NO2(2) were synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. They were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared(IR) spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction(XRD). Structural analyses reveal that these 2D or 3D supramolecular networks of the compounds were formed by C―H···O, N―H···O, N―H···N, O―H···O and O―H···N hydrogen bonds. Therein, the functional groups of ―COOH, ―NH2 and ―OH play important roles in constructing supramolecular architectures.  相似文献

The new organic-inorganic compound, [C_6H_7N_2O_2]_3TeCl_5·2Cl was synthesized and its structure was determined at room temperature in the triclinic system (P~-1) with the following parameters: a = 10.5330(11) ?, b = 10.6663(11) ?, c = 15.9751(16)?, α = 82.090(2)°, β = 71.193(2)°, γ = 68.284(2)°and Z = 2. The final cycle of refinement led to R = 0.057 and Rw = 0.149. The crystal structure was stabilized by an extensive network of N--H···Cl and non-classical C--H···Cl hydrogen bonds between the cation and the anionic group. Several thermal analysis techniques such as thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetric analysis and evolved gas analysis were used. We used isoconversional kinetics methods to determine the kinetics parameters. We observe that the decomposition of [C_6H_7N_2O_2]_3TeCl_5·2Cl entails the formation hydrochloric acid of nitroaniline as volatiles. The infrared spectra were recorded in the4000–400 cm~(-1)frequency region. The Raman spectra were recorded in the external region of the anionic sublattice vibration 50–1500 cm~(-1). The optical band gap was calculated from the UV-Vis absorbance spectra using classical Tauc relation which was found to be 3.12 and 3.67 eV.  相似文献

The effects of cyclopentadienyl ring size on the geometry of bimetallic organosamarium complexes have been studied by comparing the X-ray crystal structure of [(C5H4Me)2(THF)Sm(μ-Cl)]2, prepared from KC5H4Me and SmCl3 in THF, with C5Me5 analogs. The complex crystallizes from THF at −30°C in space group Pbcn with a = 20.312(5), b = 9.626(2), c = 16.225(3) Å, V = 3172.5(12) Å3 and Dcalc = 1.74 g cm−3 for Z = 4. Least-squares refinement of the model based on 1759 reflections [|Fo| > 2.0σ(|Fo|)] converged to a final RF = 5.0%. The complex adopts a geometry which has a molecular two-fold rotation axis perpendicular to the Sm2Cl2 plane and a crystallographic inversion center. Hence, both methyl groups of each (C5H4Me)2Sm unit are located on the side opposite of the THF ligands, which are trans to each other, and the four C5H4Me ring centroids define a square plane. The Sm---Cl distances are 2.759(3) and 2.819(3) Å.  相似文献

合成了标题化合物并测定其晶体结构.晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群,α=0.80284(8)nm,b=0.95993(6)nm,c=0.71660(9)nm,α=102.016(9)°,β=111.933(9)°,γ=101.650(8)°,V=0.4767(1)nm3,Z=1,Dc=3.21g·cm-3,F(000)=404,μ(MoKa)=98.77cm-1.晶体中存在反式平面型的(2,2'-bipyH2)2+阳离子和线性的I3-阴离子.晶体由[(2,2'-bipyH2)(I3)2]链堆积而成,同一层的链间存在N-H···I氢键,氢键键长N···I为0.349nm.用UV-Vis光谱和1H NMR谱对标题化合物进行了表征.  相似文献
