PVA/PEG共混渗透蒸发膜的盐水分离机理研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和聚乙二醇(PEG)共混,甲醛交联制备亲水性高分子膜,用于渗适蒸发过程进行海水脱盐。PEG的引入使盐-水分离成为可能, 到钠的引入使膜的分离通量明显提高。通过溶用蔗、PEG水溶液的粘度和膜形态分析等方法对PVA-PEG体系的高分子网络结构和膜中相分离作了研究,发现了膜结构与渗透蒸发脱盐性能的基本关系。影响膜分离的因素除了化学亲合性之外,主要是膜的溶胀性和微相分离程度。PEG的作  相似文献

渗透汽化 (PV)膜过程由于可用于有机 /有机及有机 /水的恒沸或近沸混合物的分离而成为近年来膜技术研究开发的热点[1,2 ] .德国 GFT公司所制的富马酸交联 PVA脱水膜[3] 对温度为 80℃的 80 %Et OH料液 ,其分离因子为 350 ,渗透通量为 2 0 0 g/ (m2 ·h) .优秀的分离膜要求渗透通量大 ,同时具有较高的分离因子和良好的稳定性 .因此 ,提高膜的分离性能是渗透汽化技术开发应用的关键 .周继青等 [4 ]研究了 PVA/ PVP互穿网络膜的渗透汽化性能 ,发现膜的渗透通量虽有明显提高 ,但膜的选择性下降 .聚电解质具有优良的亲水性 ,可制得高水通…  相似文献

聚乙烯醇/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碱性复合膜的制备及其性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过在不同浓度KOH溶液中进行掺杂,制备出了聚乙烯醇/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVA/PVP)碱性聚合物电解质膜.详尽考察了膜的组成、微观结构、热稳定性、离子电导率和甲醇吸收率.结果表明,PVA与PVP两者具有较好的相容性,当m(PVA)∶m(PVP)=1∶0.5时,膜断面致密、均匀,未发生大尺度相分离.PVP的混入可以极大提高复合膜的电导率和热稳定性.当m(PVA)∶m(PVP)=1∶1时,复合膜的电导率可达2.01×10-3 S.cm-1.PVA/PVP/KOH膜的甲醇吸收率随温度的升高没有明显变化,100℃时其甲醇吸收率仅为同条件下Nafion 115膜的1/4.这表明该复合膜有望作为一种新型的碱性直接甲醇燃料电池用固体电解质膜且可提高膜的使用温度.  相似文献

利用高倍光学显微镜、库尔特粒径测试仪、TEM及zeta电位跟踪观测了苯乙烯(St)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)在聚乙二醇(PEG)水溶液无皂乳液共聚过程中的粒径、粒径分布以及zeta电位变化.聚合物粒径会经历由小到大(某些粒径甚至超过1000μm,分布在0.04~2000μm的极宽范围内),再由大变小(形成的数均分布在0.04~0.18μm)过程,且粒径分布也由宽变窄,最终粒径数均分布集中在0.04~0.18μm窄范围内.结合聚合转化率数据,根据PEG水溶液中进行的St/MMA无皂乳液共聚粒径变化过程,以及zeta电位在聚合过程中异于普通无皂乳液的现象,认为该体系在反应初期形成的粒子会形成粒子堆,并随着聚合反应的继续,带有离子片段的自由基链段不断扩散进入粒子堆表面的小粒子,使其zeta电位不断增强,最终脱离粒子堆.提出了PEG水溶液中St/MMA无皂乳液共聚聚并脱析成核机理.  相似文献

Na2 O SiO2 Al2 O3 NaCl H2 O体系中,以水玻璃和准一水软铝石为原料,分别在堇青石和玻璃载体上水热合成方沸石(ANA)与方钠石(SOD)沸石膜.研究水含量、反应温度、反应时间与多次合成对膜结晶的影响.用XRD,SEM,EDX表征膜的晶相、形貌和化学组成.堇青石负载方沸石膜在对 95 %(wt.)乙醇水溶液的渗透蒸发实验中,水优先透过沸石膜的选择性显示了晶间孔的醇/水分离作用.非计量的NaCl进入到在玻璃载体上成膜的方钠石笼中,致使该膜显示光致变色效应  相似文献

18-冠醚-6(18-C-6)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)改性海藻酸钠(SA)制备了阳膜层(18-C-6+m SA),戊二醛(GA)和PVA改性壳聚糖(CS)制备了阴膜液(m CS),将阴膜液流延于上述阳膜层上,制备了18-C-6+m SA/m CS双极膜。红外谱图表明18-C-6与海藻酸钠已成功交联。分别从双极膜的氢离子渗透性能、溶胀度、I-V工作曲线、交流阻抗、热稳定性能等方面表征了双极膜的性能,实验结果表明,经18-C-6改性的双极膜具有较低的溶胀度,较低的工作电压和膜阻抗,较高的氢离子渗透性能和热稳定性,是一种性能优异的双极膜。  相似文献

在氢氧化钠催化条件下,将聚乙烯醇(PVA)与草酸(OA)酯化交联,制得了一种新的PVA-OA均质膜并利用红外光谱表征了交联膜的化学结构。考察了均质膜的耐水性能和机械性能,发现随着交联度的增加,其耐水性和拉伸强度增强,而断裂伸长率下降。将PVA与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)制成PVA/PVDF蒸汽渗透膜复合膜,利用乙醇-水混合物考察了其分离性能,结果表明PVA理论交联度在6%~7%时,其综合性能较优。  相似文献

首先通过碱处理将聚丙烯腈(PAN)超滤膜表面的氰基转变为羧基,然后使其在聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)水溶液中与PAMAM进行表面改性反应,制得PAN-PAMAM膜。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等手段对PANPAMAM膜的结构进行表征。结果表明:通过表面改性反应,PAMAM结合在PAN超滤膜表面,形成一层致密、光滑的亲水性表层;PAN-PAMAM膜的接触角比纯PAN超滤膜降低了20°左右;PAN-PAMAM膜的纯水通量为14.9L/(m~2·h),对聚乙二醇(PEG2000)的截留率达到91.4%。  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. The Diels-Alder reactivity of 1,2-heteroborines (H4C4B(H)X, X?=?NH, PH, AsH; O, S, Se) has been computationally explored by means of Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations. The influence of the HB?=?X fragment on the reactivity of the system has been quantitatively analyzed in detail by means of the so-called Activation Strain Model (ASM) of reactivity. It is found that the interaction between these species and the dienophile is significantly stronger than that computed for their all-carbon isoelectronic counterpart, benzene. In addition, the strain energy plays a key role in the observed reactivity trends. The role of the aromaticity strength of these heteroarenes on the reactivity is also assessed.  相似文献
