开发了一种基于协同效应的新型肼荧光探针.通过在发色团上引入两种不同的识别位点,双识别位点的协同效应使得该探针对肼具有良好的专一性和灵敏度,检测限可达0.05~10.0μmol·L^-1.此外,该探针还可用于细胞(Bt-474)中肼的检测.  相似文献

基于金属离子诱导罗丹明螺内酰胺开环反应特性,合成了一种罗丹明酰肼类荧光探针分子RbH。在乙醇-水溶剂中,罗丹明酰肼探针与汞离子作用后吸收光谱出现明显的增强现象,溶液颜色由无色变为粉红;在580nm处探针溶液具有较强的红光发射,实现了对汞离子的裸眼定性分析和荧光半定量检测。  相似文献

以4-三氟甲基-7-羟基香豆素为荧光母体,4-溴丁酰基为识别基团,合成了一种基于分子内电荷转移机制的肼荧光探针XS-1,其结构经核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR),核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)和高分辨质谱(HRMS)确证,通过荧光发射光谱研究了探针对肼的响应性能。结果表明,在磷酸盐缓冲液(10 mmol,pH7.4)中,探针XS-1能通过荧光增强作用识别肼,并具有很好的选择性和抗干扰能力,检出限为0.11μmol/L。探针XS-1具有斯托克斯位移大(144 nm)、线性范围宽(0~400μmol/L)、合成简便以及能在水相中检测肼等优点,并已成功用于实际水样中肼的定量检测。  相似文献

一种罗丹明类次氯酸荧光探针的合成与分析应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过一步反应合成了一种次氯酸(HOCl)荧光探针罗丹明6G酰肼,利用核磁和质谱对探针结构进行表征,并研究了其检测HOCl的荧光性能。实验结果表明,探针对HOCl的荧光分析具有高的灵敏性和选择性。利用不可逆的氧化还原反应,探针在中性溶液中快速产生与HOCl浓度呈线性比例的荧光增强信号,检测的线性范围为2~400μmol/L,检出限为0.06μmol/L,其他常见活性氧物种对检测影响小。探针能检测自来水中HOCl的含量,并在HeLa活细胞中实现了HOCl的荧光成像。  相似文献

分别以罗丹明B和罗丹明6G为荧光信号报告基团,以增强水溶性为目的的羟乙基肼为修饰基团,合成了反应型的Cu_(2+)离子选择性荧光探针分子L1和L2.紫外光谱和荧光光谱等分析结果表明,探针分子L1和L2对Cu_(2+)离子具有高灵敏度、高选择性的光谱识别行为.探针分子对Cu_(2+)离子的识别过程是通过Cu_(2+)离子催化水解控制氧杂蒽荧光信号的螺环酰肼基团实现荧光信号的开启,从而达到识别检测Cu_(2+)离子的目的,对Cu_(2+)离子的检出限均可达到10-8mol/L量级.同时,探针分子对常见金属离子和铵离子均具有较强的抗干扰能力.由于羟乙基肼的引入增强了探针的水溶性,使得探针L1和L2具有良好的细胞通透性和低毒性,实现了其对β-胰岛细胞(INS-1细胞)中Cu_(2+)离子的荧光成像检测.  相似文献

合成了一种新型的基于半菁结构、以4-溴丁酸酯为识别基团的水合肼荧光探针(HCY-BT)。在乙腈/水体系中,通过紫外吸收与荧光发射光谱研究了探针对水合肼的响应性能。探针溶液(10μmol/L)中加入水合肼(200μmol/L)后,其在600 nm处的荧光明显降低,而且荧光强度与水合肼浓度在0~200μmol/L有良好的线性关系,探针对肼的检测限为2. 41μmol/L。另外探针对肼响应后发生明显的颜色变化,溶液由黄色变为无色,而加入其他的干扰物质后没有颜色变化,显示了良好的抗干扰性能。  相似文献

基于甲醛(FA)与肼易发生亲核加成反应,从而阻断肼与荧光母体间电子传递的光诱导电荷转移(PET)机理,设计合成了以香豆素为母体的甲醛荧光探针3-苯并噻唑-7-肼香豆素(Coun)。 实验结果显示,Coun与FA的最佳反应时间为4 min,极大地提高了检测效率,检测限为5×10-6 μmol/L。 该探针具有良好的细胞膜通透性,可应用于生物领域,检测细胞内的甲醛含量。  相似文献

合成了罗丹明6G酰肼并研究了各种金属离子对其吸收光谱和荧光光谱的影响,结果表明,罗丹明6G酰肼是一种高选择性汞离子荧光探针。在乙醇/4-羟乙基哌嗪乙磺酸缓冲溶液(pH=7.2,体积比1∶1)中,罗丹明6G酰肼本身无荧光,加入汞离子使其在554 nm产生强发射,发出明亮的黄绿色荧光。其他常见金属离子,包括重金属离子和过渡金属离子,对汞离子引起的荧光增强无影响。罗丹明6G酰肼还被用于活细胞中汞离子的检测。另外,汞离子能使罗丹明6G酰肼在530 nm产生强吸收,溶液由无色变为粉红色。  相似文献

采用活性基团修饰法,通过罗丹明B酰肼(RhBH)与乙烯基吡咯烷酮-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(P(VP-co-GMA))侧链上环氧基团的开环反应,制得一种键合有罗丹明B酰肼的水溶性聚合物RhBH-P(VP-co-GMA)。在水溶液中,该聚合物本身无色且无荧光,加入汞离子后,罗丹明的螺环结构打开,出现显著的荧光增强和颜色变红,实现了在水溶液中对汞离子的关-开荧光检测和裸眼检测。在此条件下,其他共存离子没有明显响应。研究表明:该聚合物是一种高选择性的Hg2+探针,可以实现水溶液中的汞离子检测。  相似文献

A red–green–blue (RGB) trichromophoric fluorescent organic nanoparticle exhibiting multi‐colour emission was constructed; the blue‐emitting cationic oligofluorene nanoparticle acted as an energy‐donor scaffold to undergo fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) to a red‐emitting dye embedded in the nanoparticle (interior FRET) and to a green‐emitting dye adsorbed on the surface through electrostatic interactions (exterior FRET). Each FRET event occurs independently and is free from sequential FRET, thus the resultant dual‐FRET system exhibits multi‐colour emission, including white, in aqueous solution and film state. A characteristic white‐emissive nanoparticle showed visible responses upon perturbation of the exterior FRET efficiency by acceptor displacement, leading to highly sensitive responses toward polyanions in a ratiometric manner. Specifically, our system exhibits high sensitivity toward heparin with an extremely low detection limit.  相似文献

设计合成了一种以耐尔蓝为母体的Hg2+光学探针分子1-苯甲酰-3-{2-[9-(乙氨基)-10-甲基-9H-苯并[α]苯酚-5-胺基]乙基}硫脲盐酸盐(NBET). 在pH=7.4的Tris-HCl缓冲液中, 探针分子最大吸收波长为640 nm, 此时溶液为淡蓝色; 加入汞离子可以诱导探针分子在640 nm处的吸收降低, 并在556 nm处产生新的吸收峰, 溶液变为浅紫色, 而其它金属离子的加入未引起显著变化, 基于此可对水溶液中的痕量Hg2+进行裸眼识别. 荧光光谱显示, 汞离子可以特异性地猝灭探针分子在660 nm处的荧光发射. 该探针分子的灵敏度、选择性及荧光量子产率高, 激发/发射波长长, 可以实现水溶液中0.005 μmol/L Hg2+的荧光检测.  相似文献

分子光谱法具有灵敏度高、操作简单等优点,发展简便、快捷、对镍离子(Ni~(2+))具有高度选择性的探针具有非常重要的意义。本文以金属离子诱导罗丹明酰胺衍生物反应开环的策略,设计并合成了对Ni~(2+)检测具有单一选择性识别的紫外吸收探针。同时,该探针可对水溶液中的Ni~(2+)实现"裸眼"识别。此外,该探针对Ni~(2+)具有较高的灵敏度,其对水溶液中Ni~(2+)的检测限为0.5μmol/L,表明该探针可用于Ni~(2+)的检测分析。  相似文献

A new dual responsive “turn-on” and “ratiometric” aggregation-induced emission luminogen (AIEgen) 3-formyl-5-(piperidin-1-yl)biphenyl-4-carbonitrile 6 a (FPBC 6 a ) for selective detection of hydrazine in solution as well as in vapour phase is described. At a low concentration of 2.5 μm , the probe FPBC 6 a is non-fluorescent (turn-off) but remarkably lights up (turn-on with blue emission) in the presence of hydrazine solution (0.25–25 μm ). Interestingly, at higher concentrations, the nanoaggregates of FPBC 6 a (>25 μm , 99 % HEPES in DMSO) displayed ratiometric response in the presence of hydrazine with a remarkable hypsochromic shift from the green (500–550 nm) to blue regions (440–480 nm). Furthermore, a real application of FPBC 6 a was successfully demonstrated through the detection and visualization of hydrazine in live cervical cancer cells as well as using portable test strips.  相似文献

为了研究对温度敏感的双亲性共聚物包覆的脂质体的温控释放行为,合成了N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)和丙烯酸十八酯(ODA)的共聚物。利用荧光探针法研究了共聚物水溶液随温度升高时出现的LCST(lower critical solution temperature)现象,表明该高分子在温度升高到30℃以上时存在着明显的相分离行为。5(6)-羧基荧光素(5(6)-CF)为标记物,研究了高分子包覆的小单层脂质体(small unilamelar vesicles)的释放行为。发现在温度低于30℃时,5(6)-CF的释放百分率比未包覆高分子的脂质体要低;而当温度升高到30℃以上时,其释放百分率明显提高。这种温控释放行为和包覆在脂质体上的高分子在其LCST时存在的相分离行为有关。进一步利用荧光偏振法研究了脂质体膜在包覆高分子后的流动性变化,发现:在温度低于30℃时,其流动性随温度升高而增大;而在温度高于30℃时,脂质体膜流动性随温度升高而降低,进一步证实了高分子在其LCST以上时对脂质体膜的破坏作用。  相似文献

We developed a merocyanine-based fluorescent probe,NEPB,for tracing hydrazine(N_2 H_4) in a ratiometric manner with large Stokes shifts and long emission wavelength.The fluorescence color of probe NEPB changed from green to yellow upon addition of hydrazine.Probe NEPB displayed high selectivity and sensitivity to hydrazine in solution,and could ratiometrically monitor N_2 H_4 in living cells and zebrafish with low cytotoxicity.  相似文献

The present work demonstrates the interaction of an intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) probe 5-(4-dimethylamino-phenyl)-penta-2,4-dienoic acid methyl ester (DPDAME) with liposome membranes of dimyristoyl-L-α-phosphatidylcholine (DMPC) and dimyristoyl-L-α-phosphatidylglycerol (DMPG) studied by steady-state absorption, emission and time-resolved emission techniques. A huge hypsochromic shift together with remarkable enhancement of fluorescence quantum yield of the polarity sensitive ICT emission of DPDAME upon interaction with the lipids has been rationalized in terms of incorporation of the probe into hydrophobic interior of the lipids. Compelling evidences for penetration of the probe into the hydrocarbon interior of the lipids have been deduced from intertwining different experimental results e.g., micropolarity in the immediate vicinity of the probe in lipid environments, steady-state anisotropy, red-edge excitation shift (REES), fluorescence quenching experiments and time-resolved measurements. The rotational relaxation dynamics study of the membrane-bound probe unveils the impartation of high degree of motional rigidity. Wavelength-selective emission behaviour paves way for monitoring of solvent-relaxation in the membranes. Overall, the ICT probe DPDAME displays its commendable sensitivity in deciphering the microheterogeneous environments of liposomal membranes of DMPC and DMPG and promises a new membrane-polarity sensitizing probe.  相似文献

Human serum albumin (HSA) is a broadly used biomarker for the diagnosis of various diseases such as chronic kidney disease. Here, a fluorescent probe TC426 with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics is reported as a sensitive and specific probe for HSA. This probe is non-emissive in aqueous solution, meanwhile it shows bright fluorescence upon interacting with HSA, which makes it applicable in detecting HSA with a high signal to noise ratio. Besides, the fluorescence of TC426 exhibits a high linear correlation with the concentration of albumin in the range of microalbumin (20–200 mg/L), which has a significant importance for the early diagnosis of glomerulus related diseases. Compared with previously reported HSA probes TPE-4TA and BSPOTPE , TC426 shows comparable anti-interference ability towards creatinine and other major components in urine but is excited by a longer excitation wavelength at the visible light range. Finally, with the established assay, TC426 shows excellent performance in detecting HSA in real human urine, indicating its great potential in practical urinalysis.  相似文献

An easy‐to‐prepare chemosensor, (E)‐1‐(phthalazine‐4‐yl)‐2‐(1‐(pyridine‐2‐yl)ethylidene) hydrazine ( 3 ), structurally characterized by single X‐ray crystallography, is developed for the selective and sensitive detection of Co2+ in aqueous media. Chemosensor 3 shows both absorption and fluorescence responses to Co2+ by forming a 1:1 complex (among the surveyed metal ions) with a detection limit down to 50 nM . It can also be used as a ′naked‐eye′ sensor due to the outstanding visible and emission color changes from yellow to red and blue to orange, respectively.  相似文献

A new hydrazine probe was designed, which demonstrates ultrafast "turn-on" response towards hydrazine both in solution and as gas, due to the excellent AIE(aggregation-induced emission) characteristic of the yielded products. Excitedly, the corresponding fabricated test strips can report the presence of trace hydrazine as low as 10 nmol/L in aqueous medium in seconds conveniently,with very high selectivity in the pH value ranging from 3.0 to 14.0.  相似文献
