[Ni(H2O)6][H2N(C2H4)2NH2](SO4)2 is an inorganic-organic compound with a new open framework synthesized by hydrothermal method, and characterized by means of single-crystal diffraction and spectroscopic data. The compound crystallized in a monoclinic space group P21/n with a=1.29089(2) nm, b=1.06301(3) nm, c=1.33202(4) nm, β=114.0870(10)°, V=1.67127(8) nm3, Z=4, and was solved by using the direct method and the least-squares refinement converged at R=0.0214[I>2σ(I)]. The structure consists of isolated Ni(H2O)6 octahedra and SO4 tetrahedra, with both of them hydrogen-bonded to piperazine cations.  相似文献

A new heteropolyoxotungstate [(C2H4N2)4(P4Co3W4O28H6)(H2C2O4)]n with a three-dimensional framework was hydrothermally synthesized.The compound crystallizes in a tetragonal system,space group I41/a with a = 17.1006(17),b = 17.1006(7),c = 10.7525(5),V = 3144.2(2)3,Z = 4,Dc = 3.795 g·cm-3,F(000) = 3300,MoKα(λ = 0.71073 ),μ = 16.460 mm-1,the final R = 0.0335 and wR = 0.0776.In the heteropolyoxotungstate,tungsten-oxygen octahedra are linked by sharing two cis-vertexes into an infinite helical chain extending along the c axis.Cobalt atoms in the octahedral geometry act as the linkers of these chains,forming a three-dimensional framework.The cobalt and phosphorus atoms in the tetrahedral geometry play a role in stabilizing the three-dimensional framework.Ethylenediamine molecules are polymerized into organic chains which locate in the interspaces of the framework in the way of interwinding with the W-O chains.  相似文献

镧系金属硫酸盐由于在稀土分离等方面具有重要的应用而受到广泛关注。但是,因其适于结构测定的单晶相对难以得到,迄今,关于稀土硫酸盐的结构报道仍然较少,且主要局限于水合硫酸盐和三元硫酸盐.近几年中,基于硫酸根与磷酸根在结构上的相似性,借鉴在水热/溶剂热体系中采用有机胺作模板剂大量合成具有空旷骨架结构的微孔磷酸盐的成功经验,以有机胺为模板剂合成具有空旷骨架结构的镧系金属硫酸盐的工作也已见诸报道.在这些化合物中,由于硫酸根配位方式的多样性和稀土元素配位数和配位构型的可调变性,展现出了一些有趣的结构特征.  相似文献

Mn(O2CMe)2·4H2O、咪唑、苯甲酸和N(n-Bu)4MnO4在无水乙醇溶剂中反应,制备得到锰的三核μ3-O桥联配位化合物[Mn3O(O2CC6H5)6(C3H4N2)3]·C6H5CO2·0.5H2O.该配位化合物的X射线单晶衍射表明,其属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/C,晶胞参数:a=1.52832(19)nm,b=1.9722(2)nm,c=2.1023(3)nm,β=92.597(3)°,Z=4.变温磁化率(5~280K)研究表明,该配位化合物中3个锰离子在低温下存在弱的反铁磁性耦合,交换积分J=-2.34cm^-1。  相似文献

以2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙作为配体与二正丁基氧化锡(Ⅳ)在苯/乙醇混合溶剂中反应, 合成了新型配合物(n-Bu)2Sn(C10H8N2O4)(C2H5OH)(C10H8N2O42为2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙负二价离子)。用单晶X-射线衍射分析法测定了该配合物的晶体结构。晶体属四方晶系, I41/a空间群, 晶胞参数a = 2.5113(7), b = 2.5113(7), c = 1.5062(6) nm, V = 9.499(5) nm3, Z = 16, Dc = 1.396 g/cm3, m(MoKa) = 1.105 mm1, F (000) = 4096。对于2499 (I >2s(I))个可观测点, 最终可靠因子R = 0.0349, wR = 0.0793。在该配合物的分子结构中, 中心锡原子与3个O原子、1个N原子和2个C原子形成扭曲的八面体几何构型, 其中3个O原子和1个N原子为赤道配位原子, 而CSnC为配合物的轴。相邻配合物分子间因Sn…O的弱相互作用和分子间氢键的作用而以二聚体的结构形式存在。  相似文献

The title compound [H4As8V14O42(H2O)]·6H2O 1 has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in trigonal, space group R3c with a = b = 36.447(6), c = 21.485(5) (A), V = 24717(8) (A)3, Z = 18, Mr = 2114.66, Dc = 2.557g/cm3, F(000) = 17928, μ = 7.149 mm-1, R = 0.0792 and wR = 0.1265. The [H4As8V14O42- (H2O)] cluster consists of fourteen VO5 square pyramids linked by four As2O5 handle-like units.  相似文献

The title compound (C4N2H12)2Zr(C2O4)4·H2O 1 was synthesized by the reaction of ZrOCl2·8H2O, H2C2O4·2H2O and piperazinium in aqueous solution. Single-crystal X-ray analysis has revealed that compound 1 (C16H26N4O17Zr, Mr = 637.63) crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 9.0425(3), b = 13.3844(3), c = 19.1191(5)A, β = 98.365(1)o, V = 2289.34(11) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.850 g/cm3, F(000) = 1304, μ = 0.577 mm-1, the final R = 0.0240 and wR = 0.0628 for 4386 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray crystal-structure analysis suggests that compound 1 consists of [Zr(C2O4)4]4- anion and two protonated piperazinium cations. The anions are linked through hydrogen bonds of piperazinium. FT-IR and Raman spectra clearly show the existence of oxalate groups in the crystal lattice.  相似文献

A new molybdenum phosphate [Zn(Mov6P4O31H10)2(C4H14N3)2]·2C4H13N3·8H2O 1 (C4H13N3 = diethylenetriamine) has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group P21/n, a =13.1679(3), b = 22.1240(6), c = 13.6146(3) (A), β = 103.4847(7)°, V = 3856.95(16) (A)3,C16H90N12O70P8ZnMo12, Mr = 3035.41, Z = 2, Dc = 2.614 g/cm3, μ = 2.483 mm-1, F(000) = 2968, S = 1.014, the final R = 0.0196 and wR = 0.0506 for 7486 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)). Compound 1 consists of two identical rings of six edge-sharing MoO6 octahedra interconnected by one ZnO6 octahedron, whereas the PO4 tetrahedra which share their apices with the MoO6 octahedra are only located on one side of each Mo6 ring. The 2-charge of polyanion [Zn(Mov6P4O31H10)2]2- unit is compensated in the crystal by two mono-protonated diethylenetriamines (C4H14N3)+. By hydrogen bonding interactions the polyanion of compound 1 is interconnected to form pseudo three dimensional molybdophosphate. Other characterizations by elemental analyses, IR spectrum and fluorescent spectrum are also described.  相似文献

A new nickel(Ⅱ) coordination complex [Ni(2,2'-bipy)2(ClC6H4COO)(H2O)](ClO4) was synthesized by self-assembly reaction of m-chlorobenzoic acid, 2,2'-bipy and Ni(ClO4)2(6H2O. The crystal of the title compound belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 0.77764(14), b = 2.6572(5), c = 1.3637(2) nm, β = 96.456(3)°, V = 2.8000(9) nm3, Dc = 1.528 g/cm3, Z = 4, Mr = 644.10, μ(MoKα) = 0.937 mm-1, F(000) =1320, R = 0.0549 and wR = 0.1164. Structure analysis shows that the nickel(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two bipys as well as two oxygen atoms from m-chlorobenzoic acid and water, respectively, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. 在水热条件下, 以SeO2、V2O5、MoO3、K2CO3、en(乙二胺)作为起始原料, 得到了标题化合物(H2en)2[Se2Mo5O21]2H2O, 利用IR、UV、荧光光谱、单晶-X射线衍射等方法对其进行了表征。结构测定表明, 该化合物属于正交晶系, 空间群: P212121, 化学式: C4H24- Mo5N4O23Se2, 晶胞参数: a = 12.1386(7), b = 17.7118(8), c =11.7092(5) ? V = 2517.4(2) ?, Z = 4, Dc = 2.987 g/cm3, Mr = 1133.89, m = 5.419 mm-1, F(000) = 2144, 最终结构偏离因子R = 0.0285, wR = 0.0400, S = 0.904。该化合物由2个双质子化的en、2个H2O分子以及杂多阴离子[Se2Mo5O21]4-组成。其中,杂多阴离子由5个畸变的MoO6八面体以共边或共顶点形式连接构成一个平面骨架; 2个畸变的SeO3四面体和MoO6八面体以共顶点形式连接, 且位于平面的两侧;质子化的en位于4个[Se2Mo5O21]4-离子围成的四面体空位中, 与杂多阴离子和水分子通过氢键连接成无限三维结构。最后我们用B3LYP方法研究了阴离子簇的电子结构。  相似文献
