A series of novel organotin‐containing core‐cross‐linked knedels and shell‐cross‐linked knedels were first synthesized facilely from poly(styrene)‐b‐poly(acrylate acid) nanoparticles in different selective solvents [Tetrahydrofuran (THF)/H2O or THF/n‐octane] by using organotin compound 1,3‐dichloro‐tetra‐n‐butyl‐distannoxane as a new cross‐linker. The formation of the 1‐chloro‐3‐carboxylato‐tetra‐n‐butyl‐distannoxane layer in our cross‐linking reaction was supported by Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) and inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP) analysis of the resulting shell‐cross‐linked knedels and core‐cross‐linked knedels. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) study showed the spherical morphology and the size of the core‐cross‐linked knedels and shell‐cross‐linked knedel. Especially, the layer structure of the core‐cross‐linked knedels was clearly displayed in TEM image. The increase of extent of cross‐linking lead to the increasing of diameter for the shell‐cross‐linked knedels, whereas there was no significant effect on the core‐cross‐linked knedels. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurements gave hydrodynamic diameters of the core‐cross‐linked knedels that were in agreement with the TEM diameters. Moreover, the wall thickness of the shell layer of the core‐cross‐linked knedels could be easily modified by varying the block copolymer composition. Notably, the organotin‐containing core‐cross‐linked knedel exhibited highly efficient catalytic activity for the aqueous esterification reaction under nearly neutral conditions. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Reactions of copper(I) halides (Cl, Br, I) with 1‐methyl‐1, 3‐imidazoline‐2‐thione (mimzSH) in 1 : 2 molar ratio yielded sulfur‐bridged dinuclear [Cu2X2(μ‐S‐mimzSH)21‐S‐mimzSH)2] (X = I, 1 , Br, 2 ; Cl, 3 ) complexes. Copper(I) iodide with 1,3‐imidazoline‐2‐thione (imzSH2) and Ph3P in 1 : 1 : 1 molar ratio has also formed a sulfur‐bridged dinuclear [Cu2I2(μ‐S‐imzSH2)2(PPh3)2] ( 4 ) complex. The central Cu(μ‐S)2Cu cores form parallelograms with unequal Cu–S bond distances {2.324(2), 2.454(3) Å} ( 1 ); {2.3118(6), 2.5098(6) Å} ( 2 ); {2.3075(4), 2.5218(4) Å} ( 3 ); {2.3711(8), 2.4473(8) Å} ( 4 ). The Cu···Cu separations, 2.759–2.877Å in complexes 1 – 3 are much shorter than 3.3446Å in complex 4 . The weak intermolecular interactions {H2CH···S# ( 2 ); CH···Cl# ( 3 ); NH···I# ( 4 )} between dimeric units in complexes 2 – 4 lead to the formation of linear 1D polymers.  相似文献

Treatment of 3‐aryl‐2‐thioxo‐1,3‐thiazolidin‐4‐ones 1 with CN? and NCO? effected the ring cleavage providing [(cyanocarbonothioyl)amino]benzenes 4 and arylisothiocyanates 5 , respectively. Similar treatment of 5‐(2‐aryl‐2‐oxoethyl) derivatives 2 afforded 2,4‐bis(2‐aryl‐2‐oxoethylidene)cyclobutane‐1,3‐diones 6 along with each of the preceding products. Treatment of the respective (E,Z)‐5‐(2‐aryl‐2‐oxoethylidene) analogues 3b and 3c with CN? gave 4b and 4c and 2‐(arylcarbonyl)‐2‐methoxy‐4‐oxopentanedinitriles 7b and 7c , in addition to 3,6‐bis[2‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1‐methoxy‐2‐oxoethylidene]‐1,4‐dithiane‐2,5‐dione 8c , which has been generated from 3c . Reactions of 3c or 3d with NCO? provided 5c or 5d , together with 8c or 8d as pure isomers. In the formation of the MeO products 7 and 8 , the solvent (MeOH) has participated. Structures of these products are based on microanalytical and spectroscopic data. Rationalizations for the above transformations are given.  相似文献

The condensation of 4‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐3‐(2‐phenylquinolin‐4‐yl)/3‐(1‐p‐chlorophenyl‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazoles 1a‐b with chloroacetaldehyde 2a‐b , ω‐bromo‐ω‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)acetophenone 3a‐b , chloranil 4a‐b , 2‐bromocyclohexanone 5a‐b , 2,4′‐dibromoacetophenone 6a‐b and 2‐bromo‐6′‐methoxy‐2′‐acetonaphthone 7a‐b are described. The structures of the compounds synthesized were confirmed by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectra. The antibacterial activities were also evaluated.  相似文献

Two kinds of novel styryl chemosensory 2‐FMNC and 3‐FMNC, were designed and synthesized by an apporiate introduction of 9‐benzylidene‐9H‐fluorene group as fluorophore with the aim at avoiding photoisomerisation. These 9‐benzylidene‐9H‐fluorene derivatives showed the similar selectivity and sensitivity upon addition of metal ions. The sensitivity of FMNC to alkaline earth metal ions was Ba2+>Sr2+>Ca2+≈Mg2+.  相似文献

Ding‐Zhi‐Xiao‐Wan (DZXW) is a famous traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula, which is composed of four herbs, Ginseng Radix, Poria, Polygala Radix and Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma. It has been popularly used for the treatment of emotional disease, like Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, depression, anxiety, forgetfulness and neurasthenia. In this research, a high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with ion‐trap tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC‐IT‐MSn) method along with a high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (HPLC‐Q‐TOF‐MS) method in negative ion mode was established to investigate the major constitutions in DZXW. The extracts were prepared by ultra‐sonication in ethyl acetate, n‐butanol, 95% ethanol and deionized water sequentially as well as in deionized water directly. A Kromasil C18 column was used to separate the extracts of DZXW. Acetonitrile and 0.1% aqueous formic acid (V/V) were used as the mobile phase. A total of 64 components were characterized, including 16 triterpenoids, 14 Polygala saponins, 10 oligosaccharide esters, 6 sucrose esters, 2 xanthone C‐glycosides and 16 ginsenosides.  相似文献

In the title monohydrated cocrystal, namely 1,3‐diamino‐5‐azaniumyl‐1,3,5‐trideoxy‐cis‐inositol iodide–1,3,5‐triamino‐1,3,5‐trideoxy‐cis‐inositol–water (1/1/1), C6H16N3O3+·I·C6H15N3O3·H2O, the neutral 1,3,5‐triamino‐1,3,5‐trideoxy‐cis‐inositol (taci) molecule and the monoprotonated 1,3‐diamino‐5‐azaniumyl‐1,3,5‐trideoxy‐cis‐inositol cation (Htaci+) both adopt a chair conformation, with the three O atoms in axial and the three N atoms in equatorial positions. The cation, but not the neutral taci unit, exhibits intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonding. The entire structure is stabilized by a complex three‐dimensional network of intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The neutral taci entities and the Htaci+ cations are each aligned into chains along [001]. In these chains, two O—H...N interactions generate a ten‐membered ring as the predominant structural motif. The rings consist of vicinal 2‐amino‐1‐hydroxyethylene units of neighbouring molecules, which are paired via centres of inversion. The chains are interconnected into undulating layers parallel to the ac plane, and the layers are further held together by O—H...N hydrogen bonds and additional interactions with the iodide counter‐anions and solvent water molecules.  相似文献

Ttrans‐3,5‐dihydroperoxy‐3,5‐dimethyl‐1,2‐dioxalane has been used as new, effective, solid, inexpensive and nontoxic oxidant for in situ generation of Br+ from HBr. This system has been applied as catalyst for synthesis of 2‐aryl‐1H‐benzothiazoles and 2‐aryl‐1‐arylmethyl‐1H‐benzimidazoles at room temperature in excellent yields and high purity.  相似文献

The reaction of S‐methylisothiosemicarbazide hydroiodide (=S‐methyl hydrazinecarboximidothioate hydroiodide; 1 ), prepared from thiosemicarbazide by treatment with MeI in EtOH, and aryl isoselenocyanates 5 in CH2Cl2 affords 3H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐selone derivatives 7 in good yield (Scheme 2, Table 1). During attempted crystallization, these products undergo an oxidative dimerization to give the corresponding bis(4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl) diselenides 11 (Scheme 3). Thirteen new 2-alkylaminoimidazolones(4) wre rapidly synthesized by a new solution-phase parallel synthetic method,which includes aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane(1) with aromatic isocyanate to give carbodi-imide(2) and subsequent reaction of 2 with various aliphatic primary amine in a parallel fashion.The products were confirmed by ^1H NMR,MS,IR and X-ray crystallographic analysis.The unusual selectivity of the cyclization was probably due to the deometry of the guanidine intermediate.  相似文献

9‐Dehydro‐17‐hydro‐andrographolide (DHA) and sodium 9‐dehydro‐17‐hydro‐andrographolide‐19‐yl sulfate (DHAS) are active ingredients of xiyanping injection in clinical use. A simple, rapid and sensitive UHPLC‐ESI‐MS/MS method was developed for the determination of DHA and DHAS in rat plasma, and the pharmacokinetics of DHA and DHAS after intravenous administration of xiyanping injection was investigated. The plasma samples were treated with methanol to precipitate out protein, and the separation of DHA and DHAS was achieved on a Waters BEH C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min. DHA, DHAS and the internal standard (internal standard, IS) diethylstilbestrol were detected at negative ion mode. The precursor‐product ion pairs used in multiple reaction monitoring mode were: m/z 349.1 → 286.9 (DHA), m/z 428.9 → 96.0 (DHAS) and m/z 267.1 → 236.9 (IS). Calibration curves offered satisfactory linearity within the test range, and all correlation coefficients were >0.995. The lower limit of detection of DHA and DHAS in plasma samples were determined to be 0.1 ng/mL. The lower limit of quantitation was 0.5 ng/mL for DHA and DHAS. All the recoveries of the quality control samples were in the range of 86.0–102.4%. The ratios of matrix effect were between 89.2 and 105.1%. The method was fully validated and successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of DHA and DHAS in rats. The study showed that both DHA and DHAS were distributed and eliminated rapidly in rats. The Pd(dba)2‐catalyzed reaction of Z‐1‐aryl‐1‐(tributylstannyl)‐2‐(trimethylsilyl)ethenes with allyl bromide in the presence of copper(I) iodide is reported for the first time. The reaction in the presence of 0.5 mol% Pd(dba)2 and 8 mol% CuI in dimethylformamide takes place at room temperature to give E‐2‐aryl‐1‐(trimethylsilyl)penta‐1,4‐dienes exclusively in isolated yields of 62–99%. We present here the first synthesis and application to Sonogashira reaction of pyridine‐bis(ferrocene‐isoxazole) Pd(II) complex 5 , prepared from 2,6‐bis‐(5‐ferrocenylisoxazole‐3‐yl)pyridine. Under copper‐ and phosphine‐free conditions, the stable complex 5 efficiently catalyzed the cross‐coupling of aryl halides with terminal alkynes in DMF–H2O with TBAB as an additive, hexahydropyridine as base and affording internal arylated alkynes in moderate to excellent yields. The title compounds, the P(3)‐axially and P(3)‐equatorially substituted cis‐ and trans‐configured 9‐benzyl‐3‐fluoro‐2,4‐dioxa‐9‐aza‐3‐phosphadecalin 3‐oxides (=9‐benzyl‐3‐fluoro‐2,4‐dioxa‐9‐aza‐3‐phosphabicyclo[4.4.0]decane 3‐oxides=7‐benzyl‐2‐fluorohexahydro‐4H‐1,3,2‐dioxaphosphorino[4,5‐c]pyridine 2‐oxides) were prepared (ee >99%) and fully characterized (Schemes 2 and 4). The absolute configurations were deduced from that of their precursors, the enantiomerically pure ethyl 1‐benzyl‐3‐hydroxypiperidine‐4‐carboxylates and 1‐benzyl‐3‐hydroxypiperidine‐4‐methanols which were unambiguously assigned. Being configuratively fixed and conformationally constrained phosphorus analogues of acetylcholine, the title compounds represent acetylcholine mimetics and are suitable probes for the investigation of molecular interactions with acetylcholinesterase. As determined by kinetic methods, all of the compounds are moderate irreversible inhibitors of the enzyme.  相似文献

Catalytic 1,4‐dioxo functionalizations of 3‐en‐1‐ynes to (Z)‐ and (E)‐2‐en‐1,4‐dicarbonyl compounds are described. This regioselective difunctionalization was achieved in one‐pot operation through initial alkyne hydration followed by in situ Selectfluor oxidation. The presence of pyridine alters the reaction chemoselectivity to give 4‐hydroxy‐2‐en‐1‐carbonyl products instead. A cooperative action of pyridine and ZnII assists the hydrolysis of key oxonium intermediate.  相似文献

A new and facile method for the preparation of 2‐substituted 2,3‐dihydro‐3,3‐dimethyl‐1H‐isoindol‐1‐ones 3 and 3,3‐disubstituted (E)‐1‐(arylimino)‐1,3‐dihydroisobenzofurans 6 has been developed. Thus, treatment of N‐alkyl(or aryl)‐2‐(1‐methylethen‐1‐yl)benzamides 2 with concentrated hydriodic acid (HI) in MeCN at room temperature afforded 3 . Similar treatment of N‐aryl‐2‐(1‐phenylethen‐1‐yl)benzamide 5 with concentrated HI at 0° afforded 6 .  相似文献

a-Oxo ketene dithioacetals, methyl 2-(1,3-dithian/dithiolan-2-ylidene)-3-oxobutanoate (2a/2b) prepared in nearly quantitative yields simply from methyl acetylacetate, carbon disulfide and 1,3-dibromopropane/1,2-dibromoethane in the presence of potassium carbonate, were investigated in the thioacetalization with various carbonyl compounds 3. It has been demonstrated that methyl 2-(1,3-dithian-2-ylidene)-3-oxobutanoate (2a) could act as a nonthiolic, odorless and practical thioacetalization reagent. A range of aldehydes and ketones 3 were converted into the corresponding dithioacetals 4 in high yields (up to 91%) in the presence of 2a. Moreover, 2a showed high chemoselectivity between aldehyde and ketone in thioacetalization.  相似文献

Novel poly(methacrylamide‐co‐2‐acrylamido‐2‐methyl‐ 1‐propanesulfonic acid) (poly(MAAm‐co‐AMPS)) hydrogels were synthesized by free radical polymerization of methacrylamide (MAAm) and 2‐acrylamido‐2‐methyl‐1‐propanesulfonic acid (AMPS) in deionized water at 60 °C by using ammonium peroxydisulfate (APS), N,N′‐methylenebisacrylamide (MBAAm) and N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethylethylenediamine (TEMED) as initiator, crosslinker, and activator, respectively. To investigate the effects of feed content on the pH‐ and temperature‐dependent swelling behavior of poly(MAAm‐co‐AMPS), molar ratio of MAAm to AMPS in feed was varied from 90/10 to 10/90. Structural characterization of gels was performed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy using attenuated total reflectance (ATR) technique. Thermal and morphological characterizations of gels were performed by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. Although an apparent pH‐sensitivity was not observed for the poly(MAAm‐co‐AMPS) gels during the swelling in different buffer solutions, their temperature‐sensitivity became more evident with the increase in AMPS content of copolymer.
