研究了钌-双膦-二胺配合物催化剂RuCl2[(S)-P-Phos]-[(S)-DAIPEN] [P-Phos: 2,2',6,6'-四甲氧基-4,4'-双(二苯基膦基)-3,3'-二吡啶, DAIPEN: 1,1-二(4-甲氧苯基)-2-异丙基-1,2-乙二胺]催化芳香酮不对称加氢反应的性能, 考察了不同的碱、叔丁醇钾浓度、反应溶剂、底物/催化剂摩尔比等因素对反应活性和对映选择性的影响. 在苯乙酮、叔丁醇钾、催化剂的摩尔比为1000:20:1, 氢气压力为2 MPa, 反应温度为30 ℃时, 苯乙酮的转化率和α-苯乙醇的对映选择性(ee)分别达到了100%和88.5%, 2'-溴苯乙醇的ee 值可达97.1%. 相似文献

制备了以三苯基膦(PPh3)作为助剂的Ru-Rh/γ-Al2O3 催化剂, 在氢氧化钾的异丙醇溶液中, 用(1S, 2S)-DPEN [(1S, 2S)-1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diamine]作手性修饰剂对苯乙酮及其衍生物进行不对称催化加氢, 此催化剂表现出较高的催化活性和良好的对映选择性. 优化反应条件, 苯乙酮、乙基苯基酮和异丙基苯基酮的转化率分别达到92.5%, 95.9%, 100%, 生成(R)-构型产物的ee值分别达到79.6%、81.2%和81.4%. 相似文献

通过维蒂希反应合成了(S)-3-乙烯基-2,2'-甲氧甲氧基-1,1'-联萘.将单体(S)-3-乙烯基-2,2'-甲氧甲氧基-1,1'-联萘用偶氮二异丁腈作引发剂进行自由基聚合得到了聚[(S)-3-乙烯基-2,2'-二甲氧基甲氧基-1,1'-联萘].该聚合物上的MOM保护基通过酸脱除获得手性螺旋聚合物聚[(S)-3-乙烯基-2,2'-二羟基-1,1'-联萘].将手性螺旋聚合物聚[(S)-3-乙烯基-2,2'-二羟基-1,1'-联萘]与Ti(O-i-Pr)4形成的配合物应用于三乙基铝与醛的不对称加成反应中,获得了较好的对映选择性,ee值最高为85%.更重要的是,这种聚合物还可以被回收利用多次且催化活性没有明显降低. 相似文献

设计合成了一种新型的钌-双膦-手性二胺三元配合物RuC l2(BDPX)[(S,S)-DPEN][BDPX=邻-二(二苯基膦)甲苯,DPEN=1,2-二苯基乙二胺].利用此配合物作催化剂催化了苯乙酮和几种取代苯乙酮的不对称氢化反应;考察了多种因素对苯乙酮不对称氢化反应的转化率和ee值的影响.结果表明,此配合物对苯乙酮进行不对称氢化反应具有良好的催化性能和较高的对映选择性,在优化的条件下,当苯乙酮、配合物的摩尔比为20000?1时,其不对称氢化反应的转化率可达到100%,其ee值可达到59.0%;对取代苯乙酮的不对称氢化反应也具有一定的催化活性和中等的对映选择性. 相似文献

采用浸渍法在温和条件下制备了羟基磷灰石负载的铱催化剂(Ir/HAP), 并以X射线衍射(XRD), 透射电子显微镜(TEM), X射线光电子能谱(XPS), 比表面积测定(BET)以及附带能量散射X射线谱的扫描电子显微镜(SEM-EDS)等手段对载体和催化剂进行了表征. 以(1S,2S)-1,2-二苯基乙二胺((1S,2S)-DPEN)为手性修饰剂时, 该催化剂对苯乙酮及其衍生物不对称加氢反应表现出较高活性和对映选择性(ee). 在氢气压力为3.0 MPa、303 K条件下反应3 h, 苯乙酮及其衍生物的加氢转化率在94.7%以上, 其中生成2'-(三氟甲基)苯乙醇的对映选择性高达81.5%. 在不使用其它配体作稳定剂的情况下, 该结果比目前文献报道值高. 通过对比研究发现, 羟基磷灰石作为载体优于二氧化硅等其它无机载体. 催化剂通过简单离心分离可循环使用多次, 无明显的金属铱流失. 相似文献

N-Methyl-N-[(1S)-1-[(3R)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]ethyl]amine (1)(1) is a key intermediate in the preparation of premafloxacin (2), which was under development as an antibiotic for use against pathogens of veterinary importance. This paper describes the development of a practical, efficient, and stereoselective process for the preparation of 1 from isobutyl (3S)-3-[methyl[(1S)-1-phenylethyl]amino]butanoate (5c). The key steps in the synthetic sequence are an asymmetric Michael addition, which yields 5c, and a stereoselective alkylation, which yields (3S,4S)-3-allyl-1,4-dimethylazetidin-2-one (17). 相似文献

A practical and improved synthesis of (3S,5S)-3-[(tert-butyloxycarbonyl)methyl]-5-[(methanesulfonyloxy)methyl]-2-pyrrolidinone (1) is described. The key transformations involve a highly efficient reaction sequence consisting of ethoxycarbonylation, alkylation, hydrolysis, and decarboxylation to produce compound 10. Treatment of [Et 4N] 2[(edt) 2Mo 2S 2(mu-S) 2] ( 1) (edt = ethanedithiolate) with equimolar CuBr afforded an anionic hexanuclear cluster [Et 4N] 2[(edt) 2Mo 2(mu-S) 3(mu 3-S)Cu] 2.2CH 2Cl 2 ( 2.2CH 2Cl 2). On the other hand, reactions of 1 with 2 equiv of CuBr in the presence of 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)methane (dppm) and pyridine (Py) ligands gave rise to two neutral tetranuclear clusters [(edt) 2Mo 2O 2(mu-S) 2Cu 2(dppm) 2] ( 3) and [(edt) 2Mo 2O(mu 3-S)(mu-S) 2Cu 2(Py) 4] ( 4), respectively. The reaction of 1 with 2 equiv of CuBr followed by the addition of a mixture of dppm and Py (molar ratio = 1:2) yielded another neutral tetranuclear cluster [(edt) 2Mo 2(mu-S) 2(mu 3-S) 2Cu 2(dppm)(Py)].Py ( 5.Py). Compounds 2- 5 have been characterized by elemental analysis, UV-vis spectra, IR spectra, (1)H NMR, and X-ray analysis. The structure of the dianion of 2 can be viewed as having a [Mo 4S 8Cu 2] core in which two chemically equivalent [Mo 2(mu-S) 3(mu 3-S)(edt) 2Cu] (-) anions are linked by two extra Cu-S edt bonds. The molecular structure of 3 may be visualized as being built of one [(edt) 2Mo 2X 2(mu-S) 2] (2-) dianion and one [Cu 2(dppm) 2] (2+) dication that are connected by a pair of M-mu-S edt bonds. Compound 4 is formed by the affiliation of two Cu(I) atoms only at one end of the [(edt) 2Mo 2S 2(mu-S) 2] moiety, connecting with the S t atoms and the S edt atom. Cluster 5.Py can be viewed as being constructed from the addition of one Cu atom onto the incomplete cubanelike [Mo 2S 4Cu] framework through one terminal sulfur and one edt sulfur. Among the four clusters, 3 and 4 have internal mirror symmetry or pseudo mirror symmetry, respectively, while 2 and 5 are asymmetric clusters with racemic formation. 相似文献

By reacting 1-aminoethylammonium (H2NCH2CH2NH3+ = enH+) salts of [Sn2E6]4- anions (E = S, Se), [enH]4[Sn2S6] (1) and [enH]4[Sn2Se6] x en (2), with FeCl2/LiCp, three novel (partly) oxidized, Cp* ligated iron chalcogenide clusters were synthesized. Two of them, [(CpFe)3(mu3-S)2] (3) and [(Cp*Fe)3(mu3-Se)2] (4), contain formally 47 valence electrons. [(Cp*Fe)3(SnCl3)(mu3-Se)4] x DME (5) represents the first known mixed metal Fe/Sn/Se heterocubane type cluster. Compounds 3-5 were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and the odd valence electron number of the [Fe3E2] clusters (E = S, Se) was confirmed by density functional (DFT) investigations, mass spectrometry, cyclic voltammetry and a susceptibility measurement of 3. 相似文献
