己二烯基烯丙基醚的Wittigσ迁移重排反应

烯丙基醚类的[2.3]Wittig σ迁移重排反应是近几年来新发展的一个有机合成反应。由于此反应具有高度的非对映选择性和立体选择性,它为合成中的碳链延伸、立体选择性反应及不对称合成提供了一个新的方法,因为此反应可通过选择底物的几何构型和取代基得到立体选择性产物。[2.3]Wittig σ迁移重排

α-氰醇立体选择性合成新进展

总结了近十年来立体选择性合成α-氰醇的最新进展, 包括金属配合物催化的醛、酮类底物的立体选择性氢氰化和硅氰化反应, 不含金属的有机小分子催化剂催化的醛、酮类底物的立体选择性硅氰化反应以及生物催化的立体选择性氢氰化反应. 另外对部分反应中涉及的机理也作了介绍.

本文报道以猪去氧胆酸为原料,立体选择性地合成(SS2,23S)-香蒲甾醇,合成的关键步骤是用Li2Cu3(CH3)5立体专一地转化烯丙醇苯胺基甲酸酯10和13成为11和用OsO4-NMO在化合物16的不饱和侧链上立体选择性羟基化。     

综合化学新实验——手性席夫碱Ni(Ⅱ)络合物的合成与表征

本实验属于化学系综合化学实验,其构思来自手性络合物的立体选择性合成。学生可通过本实验从实践和理论上探讨手性配体在立体选择性合成手性络合物中的作用并掌握对手性络合物组成和结构的各种表征方法特别是CD光谱方法。

烯烃复分解反应是基于钌卡宾催化的形成碳碳双键的重要反应之一,近年来关于立体选择性烯烃复分解反应的研究越来越多.综述了近年来基于钌催化的立体选择性烯烃复分解反应,包括金属钌催化剂的种类、演化、立体选择性研究进展及其在不对称合成中的应用.重点介绍了近十年来钌催化烯烃复分解反应类型及其在不对称合成中的应用研究进展,并对今后的发展做出展望.     

高立体选择性地合成薄荷基溴和新薄荷基溴

薄荷基溴和新薄荷基溴是一类非常有用的不对称合成中间体。以L-薄荷醇为原料,通过与不同的溴化剂反应高立体选择性地得到薄荷基溴和和新薄荷基溴。当L-薄荷醇与盐酸和无水溴化锌反应时高立体选择性地得到薄荷基溴,当L-薄荷醇与三溴化磷反应时高立体选择性地得到新薄荷基溴.     

α-氨基酰胺类化合物的立体选择性合成新方法

以(R)-1-苯乙胺为起始原料,合成了手性氨甲酰基硅烷4。通过4与无手性的亚胺5a、5b和5c以及有手性的亚胺7a、7b和7c反应,得到了立体选择性加成产物α-氨基酰胺衍生物6b、6c、8a、8b和8c,其中6c、8a和8c是高立体选择性产物。手性氨甲酰基硅烷与亚胺的反应具有立体选择性,其立体选择性大小与在亚胺双键氮原子和碳原子上所连的取代基有关,因此通过选择不同的取代基可有效地不对称合成α-氨基酰胺衍生物。     

Biospecific interaction (affinity) CEC and affinity nano-LC

This review article is aimed at assessing the recent progress made in affinity nano-LC and affinity CEC performed in capillaries and microchips. A variety of biospecific interactions is covered including lectin affinity, immunoaffinity, immobilized metal affinity, sugar-based affinity, protein A affinity, protein G affinity, aptamer affinity, enzyme affinity, and other miscellanea. ACE involving affinity interaction in free solution is not covered in this review article. Also, affinity-based separations involving chiral recognition are not the subject of this review article because they are the topic of a more specialized review article on chiral separations in this special issue. A total of 31 papers published in the period 1998-2006 have been discussed in this review article.     

Cycloaddition Reactions of Enamines

This review includes information for around two last decades on cycloaddition reactions of enamines with various agents in order to build carbo- and heterocycles. In addition, the review presents organo-catalytic reactions in which enamines are intermediate products generated in situ. This review covers the synthesis of four, five, six and eight-membered carbocyclic compounds, as well as heterocycles as pyrroles, pyridines, etc.     

Anti-inflammatory activity of alkaloids: an update from 2000 to 2010

Many natural substances with proven anti-inflammatory activity have been isolated throughout the years. The aim of this review is to review naturally sourced alkaloids with anti-inflammatory effects reported from 2000 to 2010. The assays were conducted mostly in vivo, and carrageenan-induced pedal edema was the most used experimental model. Of the 49 alkaloids evaluated, 40 demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity. Of these the most studied type were the isoquinolines. This review was based on NAPRALERT data bank, Web of Science and Chemical Abstracts. In this review, 95 references are cited.     

The conjugate addition of enantiomerically pure lithium amides as chiral ammonia equivalents part II: 2005−2011

We published a review concerning the scope and application of the conjugate addition of enantiomerically pure lithium amides in 2005. This review comprehensively updates recent developments of this reaction, all the new reports of this methodology, and its applications in synthesis since the publication of our first review up to the end of 2011.     

Recent developments in the synthesis of zoanthamine alkaloids

This review provides a compilation of the most recent synthetic approaches and total syntheses of zoanthamine alkaloids, which are structurally unique heptacyclic marine natural products that display a range of interesting biological activities. This review is focused on synthetic methodologies for the construction of the three adjacent quaternary asymmetric carbon atoms on the cyclohexane ring (C-ring) of these compounds. The literature covered in this review dates from 2008 to the end of 2013.     

Comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography— A discussion on recent innovations

Although comprehensive 2-D GC is an established and often applied analytical method, the field is still highly dynamic thanks to a remarkable number of innovations. In this review, we discuss a number of recent developments in comprehensive 2-D GC technology. A variety of modulation methods are still being actively investigated and many exciting improvements are discussed in this review. We also review interesting developments in detection methods, retention modeling, and data analysis.     

Use of viral insecticides for pest control and production in cell culture

This review discusses a number of issues relevant to the production and use of baculoviruses for pest control. Following this review, patents pertaining to baculovirus use in pest control are summarized.
