通过密度函数理论(DFT-DensityFunctionalTheory)对炭质吸附剂的孔径分布进行了表征。该法以多孔固体上N2吸附分子模型为依据,用一种方法对多孔固体的孔径分布从微孔到大孔范围进行确定。本文用该法对自制的聚丙烯腈活性炭纤维、国产煤质活性炭及日本产活性炭微球等六种炭质吸附剂的孔径分布进行了表征。  相似文献

This work deals with the kinetics of co-condensation polymerization of AB2 and AB monomers, giving expressions of the two-dimensional molecular weight distribution function and the number/weight average molecular weights of the resulting copolymers. The two-dimensional molecular weight distribution depends on two indices, n and l, which are the respective numbers of AB2 and AB units in a copolymer species. The evolution of the two-dimensional weight and z distributions during the co-condensation polymerization has been evaluated systematically. Finally, the two-dimensional distribution was transformed into a one-dimensional molecular weight distribution with only one variable (the molecular weight of the products instead of the degree of polymerization). The calculated results show that the highly branched copolymer has a very broad molecular weight distribution when the co-condensation polymerization approaches completion.  相似文献

The assessment of the success of a click conjugation for block copolymer formation often occurs via ill‐defined criteria based on the qualitative shape of the size exclusion chromatography (SEC) distribution as well as unsuitable characteristics of these molecular weight distribution such as the peak molecular weight, Mp. The data presented herein illustrate that from the shape of the SEC distribution, w(log M) versus log M, of the click product—under the assumption of a 100% efficient conjugation reaction—a conclusion about the effectiveness of the click conjugation cannot be derived. It is demonstrated that under certain conditions multi‐modal molecular weight distributions are obtained from two well‐defined monomodal initial distributions. Similarly, the comparison of peak maxima between the conjugate and the initial SEC distributions is a poorly defined criterion to assess the success of a conjugation. The only reliable assessment for the success of the click coupling reaction is the true number average molecular weight, , of the SEC distribution of the click product, as well as a plot of the concentration or number distributions, c versus M, of the precursors and product polymer.

本文建议了一种使用具有单一检测器的常规尺寸排除色谱仪同时测量嵌段共聚物纽成和分子量的方法。方法要求测定原试样的特性粘数和尺寸排除色谱图,而检测器只对嵌段共聚物两个组份之中的一个有响应。首先用均聚物标样定出尺寸排除色谱柱的响应常数和分子量分离校准曲线。原试样的实验谱图用解叠方法得到共聚物和均聚物的两个组成峰。借助响应常数和普适校准原则计算得到共聚物的组成和分子量。本法应用于苯乙烯-硅氧烷嵌段共聚物的分析得到满意结果。  相似文献

The molecular weight distributions were estimated for carbon fiber polymer precursors such as poly(acrylonitrile-co -itaconic acid) synthesized by semi batch solution polymerization in mixed solvents media with the azonitrile compounds as initiator under the different ratios of solvent and non solvent from 0.75 to 2.5 in weight.The copolymer was characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR) analyses.The molecular weight distributions were evaluated by Mv/Mn ratios estimated from viscosity and osmotic measurements,and Mw/Mn estimated from size exclusion chromatography.The molecular weight distributions of these polymers as determined from Mv/Mn and Mw/Mn are 2.9 to 3.2 and 2.0 to 2.5 respectively.The molecular distributions were close to a narrow distribution of 2.0 when the solvent/non-solvent ratio was varied between 1.4 and 2.0.Intrinsic viscosity[?]as a function of molecular weight of poly(acrylonitrile-co-itaconic acid) was evaluated by means of low angle laser light scattering with size exclusion chromatography(SEC-LALLS) and viscometry with SEC(SEC-VISCO).The relationship between[?]and Mw for poly(acrylonitrile-co-itaconic acid) in DMF at 50℃was[?]= 1.1×10-5Mw0.79,where[?]is obtained in dL/g.  相似文献

本文提出并研究了用辐射交联方法测定难溶高聚物的分子量问题。不同熔融指数FEP共聚物,辐射交联后,其凝胶化剂量随熔融指数增大而增高。由高温弹模测得FEP的交联G值为1.2。由交联G值和凝胶化剂量计算得FEP的,它与熔融指数的关系为log∞3.5log(1/Ml)·该结果与一般高聚物的本体粘度与分子量关系相一致。  相似文献

Analysis of the solution fractionation of ethylene–propylene copolymers was carried out by assuming a bivariate normal distribution function for the distribution of molecular weight and chemical composition. It was found that the variation of the molecular weight and composition distributions in fractions was complicated, because two distribution characteristics of the original copolymer affect fractionation to differing extents. The hypothetical cumulative weight distribution curves thus obtained agreed essentially with those obtained experimentally.  相似文献

A commercially available densimeter with a vibrating stainless steel tube was used as a detector in the GPC analysis of styrene/methyl methacrylate copolymers under normal GPC operational conditions. The densimeter was thermostated to ±0.001°C and sample injection concentrations were 4.0 mg/mL. The copolymer samples were polydisperse in molecular weight but uniform in composition. A refractive index detector and the densimeter detector produced comparable estimates of the parameters of the molecular weight distributions. The densimeter is less sensitive to the effects of variations in copolymer composition than differential refractive index or ultraviolet detectors. The only serious drawback to the densimeter is a relative lack of sensitivity. Variations in composition of styrene/methyl methacrylate copolymers over a fairly wide range have no signficant effect on the relation between gel permeation chromatographic elution volume and copolymer molecular weight. In general, however, conventional means of summarizing these data are not applicable to compositionally heterogeneous mixtures. Instrumental and data-handling solutions to this problem are discussed.  相似文献

Vinyl acetate–vinyl alcohol copolymers were fractionated in order to obtain their degree of hydrolysis distributions. In the method employed for fractionation, the differences in molecular weight of copolymer did not affect the fractional separation. Degree of hydrolysis distributions was found to be broad, with a pronounced maximum at a low degree of hydrolysis. Viscosity measurements were performed both for the precipitated fractions and unfractionated polymer. The Huggins constant was found to increase with a decrease in the degree of hydrolysis of polyvinyl acetate. These results were interpreted in terms of a polymer molecular association. From values of Huggins constants, comparative information about copolymer “blockiness” is also established.  相似文献

根据单烯-二烯自由基共聚合反应特点,提出一种新的支化点对分子量的分布模型,讨论了用凝胶色谱-特性粘数法表征文化聚合物时,文化点对分子量分布和式[η]0,b/[η]0.1=g0中的指数c对结果的影响.建立了氯乙烯-二烯类单体悬浮聚合凝胶点前的平均支化度模型.用凝胶点前平均文化度和平均分子量模型拟合实验结果发现:a.新的支化分布模型更合理,且c=0.72;b.悬挂双键活性下降一个数量级;c.对本文样品,特性粘数和分了量仍符合Mark-Houwink方程,[η]=0.2357M ̄0.527.  相似文献

本工作利用分子反应动力学的准经典理论计算了原子与双原子分子三维反应散射产物内态振转角分布, 并得出振动分支比这一重要动态学信息。计算采用了半经验的LEPS形式的解析势能面。初始碰撞参数利用普遍使用的Monte Carlo方法确定。本文给出F+H_2(D_2)→HF(DF)+H(D)反应的计算结果, 并与最新交叉分子束实验进行了广泛的比较, 得到完全一致的规律。  相似文献
