综述了近年来国内外在含氟聚酰亚胺(PI)研究及应用领域中的最新进展情况.主要从含氟二胺单体、二酐单体及含氟聚酰亚胺在合成方面的研究进展情况进行了详细的综述.重点阐述了中国科学院化学研究所305组近几年在这方面的研究进展情况,并指出为了推动含氟聚酰亚胺这类具有优良综合性能的功能材料在工业上的广泛应用,就必须首先解决含氟单体种类较少这个制约含氟聚酰亚胺发展的瓶颈问题.  相似文献

综述了适用于RTM成型耐高温聚酰亚胺材料的研究进展,主要包括降冰片烯酸酐(NA)封端的PMR聚酰亚胺树脂和使用苯乙炔基封端剂合成的酰亚胺低聚物,在这其中采用苯乙炔基封端剂合成的酰亚胺低聚物具有低的熔体粘度和良好的熔体稳定性,固化交联后的聚合物及树脂基复合材料具有良好的热性能和力学性能。本文介绍了上述聚合物化学合成、结构与性能之间的关系,并对适用于RTM成型耐高温聚酰亚胺材料的应用进行了简单介绍。  相似文献

以含氟的二胺5,5′ (六氟异丙基) 二 (2 氨基苯酚)及均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)为单体,首先合成了经酰胺化的主链上带有活性羟基的含氟聚酰亚胺,再通过Mitsunobu反应将活性生色分子分散红1(DR1)共价链接到聚酰亚胺的侧链骨架上,合成了含氟聚酰亚胺.采用溶胶 凝胶(Sol Gel)技术,并利用偶联剂γ 氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)制备带有发色团的和含有硅氧烷端分子的聚酰胺酸,其中的Si(OR)3基经水解、缩合后,与正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)在催化剂作用下反应,经杂化、凝胶后,得到光学透明且热稳定性高的有机/无机杂化材料.将制得的含氟聚酰亚胺/SiO2杂化材料,采用红外光谱(FT IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、示差扫描量热法(DSC),对材料的结构、表面形貌、热性能进行了表征.  相似文献

聚酰亚胺作为一种高性能的功能材料在各个领域应用广泛,但较低的折射率限制了其在光学领域的应用。为了有效提高聚酰亚胺的折射率,许多学者研究了多种方法。本文介绍了国内外的研究团队制备高折射率聚酰亚胺的最新研究进展,总结了提高聚酰亚胺折射率的方法主要分为以下几种:在聚酰亚胺的主链引入硫原子;掺杂无机粒子进行杂化改性;开创新的合成工艺,通过详细论述上述几种方法的合成路线以及所得产物的性能,指出了合成高折射率聚酰亚胺的总趋势。  相似文献

以含氟的二胺5,5’-(六氟异丙基)-二-(2-氨基苯酚)(6FHP)及二酐4, 4’-(六氟异丙基)-苯二酸酐(6FDA)或均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)为单体,以分散红 1(DR1)为活性生色分子合成具有非线性光学特性的含氟聚酰亚胺,并采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法合成相应的聚酰亚胺/SiO2杂化材料.采用固态29 Si MAS NMR谱研究了含氟聚酰亚胺/SiO2杂化材料的交联结构,结果表明杂化材料中是以T3、Q3、Q4结构为主,说明在杂化材料中形成了交联网状结构.采用衰减全反射(ATR)测定了聚酰亚胺和杂化材料在832 nm处的电光系数,其值分别为 32、28、34和29 pm/V,结果表明具有较高的电光系数.  相似文献

The polyimides are known for their practical usage as passivation or insulation in the microelectronics industry. They have excellent properties such as chemical and mechanical resistance, good insulation and planarizability. Photosensitive polyimides have significantly enhances the development in microelectronics devices, since they offer the simplification of polyimide layer pattern generation by eliminating the need for a photoresist. The present review comprises the examples as model as more tractable, soluble in organic solvent and easily processable polyimides without the loss of thermal stability. Aromatic polyimides are known for their remarkable thermal and chemical properties which are greatly influenced by their precursors. In this study, we report synthesis and characterization of four different aromatic polyimides. The four different dianhydrides (ODPA, BTDA, BPDA, and PMDA) were reacted with a diamine (BisAPAF) via azeotropic imidization under same conditions. FTIR analysis confirmed the formation of aromatic polyimides and all but one polyimide (HPI-BPDA) were found to be completely soluble in common solvents. The obtained molecular weights were between 16,000 and 32,000?g/mol, glass transition temperatures were between 250?°C and 275?°C, degradation temperatures were above 550?°C, and the d-spacing values were around 5?Å. These properties are promising and can be beneficial for various applications such as thin films and membranes.  相似文献

The syntheses and properties of dendritic and hyperbranched aromatic polyamides and polyimides are reviewed. In addition to conventional stepwise reactions for dendrimer synthesis, an orthogonal/double‐stage convergent approach and dendrimer syntheses with unprotected building blocks are described as new synthetic strategies for dendritic polyamides. Hyperbranched polyamides and polyimides composed of various repeating units are presented. Besides the self‐polycondensation of AB2‐type monomers, new polymerization systems with AB4, AB8, A2 + B3, and A2 + BB′2 monomers have been developed for hyperbranched polyamides and polyimides. The copolymerization of AB2 and AB monomers is discussed separately with respect to the effects of branching units on the properties. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The synthesis and properties of organosoluble aromatic polyimides, containing spiro‐skeletal units in the polymer backbone on the basis of the spiro‐diamine monomer, 2,2′‐diamino‐9,9′‐spirobifluorene, are described. In the case of the spiro segment, the two fluorene rings are orthogonally arranged and connected through a tetrahedral bonding carbon atom, the spiro center. As a consequence, the polymer chain is periodically zigzagged with a 90° angle at each spiro center. This structural feature minimizes interchain interactions and restricts the close packing of the polymer chains, resulting in amorphous polyimides that have good solubility in organic solvents. Compared with their fluorene‐based cardo analogues, the spirobifluorene‐based polyimides have an improved solubility. Furthermore, the main‐chain rigidity of the polyimide appears to be preserved because of the presence of the spiro structure, which restricts the free segmental mobility. As a result, these polyimides exhibit a high glass‐transition temperature (Tg's) and good thermal stability. The Tg's of these polyimides were in the range of 287–374 °C, and the decomposition temperatures in nitrogen for a 10% weight loss occurred at temperatures above 570 °C. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel diamine 4-[(4'-butoxyphenoxy)carbonyl]phenyl-3",5"-diaminobenzoate (BCDA) was synthesized from 4-butoxyphenol, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid and 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid through four main intermediates, and a series of polyimides were also synthesized. All the intermediates and the final product were characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR. The key step in synthesis route is selective hydrolyzation of two ester groups in 4-butoxyphenyl-4'-acetoxybenzoate, by adjusting the reaction temperature and the concentration of ammonia, shorteding the reaction time. The properties of the novel polyimides, such as the aggregation structures, glass transition temperature, solubility and the pretilt angles, were carried out.  相似文献
