表面增强拉曼散射技术是一种重要且功能强大的分析工具,在环境监测、化学分析和生物医学研究中备受关注。我们开发了一种简易的方法来制备不同形貌的银碳纳米复合材料和金碳纳米复合材料。采用一步水热法,以三辛胺(TOA)为表面活性剂和软模板,通过改变TOA的添加量,制备得到不同形貌的复合材料。在整个反应过程中,葡萄糖、硝酸银和TOA之间具有明显的协同效应。拉曼测试结果表明,制得的材料具有长期稳定性和优异的增强性能,适合作为甲基紫分子的拉曼增强基底。  相似文献

本文以SiO2为中间层,在多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)表面负载Ag纳米粒子,制备出CNTs@SiO2@Ag纳米复合材料,并采用TEM、XRD、UV-Vis、XPS等对纳米复合材料的结构、形貌和成分进行了表征,同时对该纳米复合材料的表面增强拉曼散射(Surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)效应进行了研究。结果显示,Ag纳米颗粒有效提高了CNTs的SERS活性,纳米复合材料的拉曼峰强度是单纯CNTs拉曼峰强的近5倍。进一步研究了吸附罗丹明6G生物染料分子的SERS光谱,结果表明R6G分子的拉曼信号的质量与强度得到显著提高。因此,所制备的CNTs@SiO2@Ag纳米复合材料有望作为SERS的活性基底,应用于生物无损检测领域。  相似文献

采用种子生长法制备了金纳米星增强材料,用于对葡萄糖的表面增强拉曼光谱检测,通过透射电子显微镜等对制备的金纳米星进行结构分析和表征。所合成的增强材料直径约为82 nm,具有多分枝尖端的星状结构。探究了不同形貌的金纳米星增强效果,结果表明,所合成的金纳米星具有较强的表面增强拉曼效果,被应用于葡萄糖检测。在优化的检测条件下,该方法对葡萄糖检测的线性范围为1~120μmol/L,检出限为29 nmol/L,其实际样品加标回收率为97.5%~105.6%。该方法可用于复杂基质中葡萄糖的快速、灵敏检测。  相似文献

近年来,氧化石墨烯/金银纳米粒子复合材料由于其优异的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)性能引起了人们极大的关注,在污染物检测、化学传感和癌症诊断等领域具有重要的应用价值。本文综述了氧化石墨烯片层上修饰金银纳米粒子、氧化石墨烯包覆金银纳米粒子、氧化石墨烯附着在金银纳米粒子层三种氧化石墨烯/金银纳米粒子复合材料的制备方法,对其SERS效应进行了详细介绍。SERS研究表明,结合了金银纳米粒子与氧化石墨烯两种材料各自在SERS研究与应用中的优势,氧化石墨烯/金银纳米粒子复合材料的SERS性能比单纯金银纳米粒子更加优异。氧化石墨烯在其中起到了化学增强、分子富集、钝化保护、荧光猝灭的重要作用。氧化石墨烯/金银纳米粒子复合材料在表面增强拉曼光谱中具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

以聚丙烯腈、石油沥青和花生壳为前驱体,在1200℃下碳化制备三种不同的硬碳材料。通过扫描电子显微、X射线衍射、氮气吸附/脱附测试和拉曼光谱等方法探究不同前驱体所制备的硬碳材料的表面形貌和物相结构。通过恒流充放电测试考察了这三种硬碳负极材料的电化学性能。结果表明,花生壳基硬碳的初始放电比容量最高,但首圈库仑效率最低,石油沥青基硬碳的首圈库仑效率最高但是比容量最低,聚丙烯腈基硬碳具有较高的循环比容量和稳定性。  相似文献

采用柠檬酸化学还原法制备金溶胶, 通过自组装技术在石英片表面制备金纳米粒子薄膜, 在银增强剂混合溶液中反应获得金核银壳纳米粒子薄膜. 用紫外-可见吸收光谱仪和原子力显微镜(AFM)研究了不同条件下制备的金核银壳纳米粒子薄膜的光谱特性和表面形貌, 并以结晶紫为探针分子测量了金核银壳纳米粒子薄膜的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS). 结果表明, 金纳米粒子薄膜的分布、银增强剂反应时间的长短对金核银壳纳米粒子薄膜的形成均有重要影响. 制备过程中, 可以通过控制反应条件获得一定粒径的、具有良好表面增强拉曼散射活性的金核银壳纳米粒子薄膜.  相似文献

在超声条件下采用二步电解方法在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵/丙酮/水三组分体系中合成金纳米粒子. 首先采用恒电流或电位的阶跃方法, 使体系中生成较小的金纳米粒子并作为晶种; 接着采用电位双阶跃方法, 使金纳米粒子在原来基础上继续生长, 控制电解电量可获得不同大小的金纳米粒子. 通过静电作用在洁净的单晶硅片表面组装金纳米粒子, 获得具有不同形貌的硅片, 并以此作为表面增强拉曼散射基底, 以吡啶为探针分子, 研究了不同基底的表面增强拉曼散射活性, 结果表明吡啶谱峰强弱与纳米粒子在硅片表面的排列形貌有关.  相似文献

合成了金属有机框架化合物沸石咪唑框架-90(ZIF-90)溶胶和ZIF-90晶体薄膜,分别以这2种材料为基底,制备出了Ag@ZIF-90复合材料和Ag/ZIF-90自组装薄膜.通过傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR),X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物进行表征,分析了它们的形貌和结构特征.以罗丹明6G(R 6G)作为检测分子,对所制备材料的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)性能进行测试.结果表明制备出的Ag/ZIF-90自组装薄膜具有好的SERS性能,而ZIF-90本身的拉曼峰并不会对Ag/ZIF-90自组装薄膜的SERS检测效果产生影响.这种材料可以作为一种较好的表面增强拉曼(SERS)活性基底,在农药残留检测方面具有很好的应用前景.  相似文献

利用简易、绿色、一锅煮的水热法合成了花状氧化锌/银复合纳米材料。然后利用各种光谱和显微技术对复合物进行了表征,并讨论了其表面增强拉曼(SERS)性能和光催化性能。结果表明氢氧化钠的量对于这种复合纳米材料的形貌和性能具有重要的调节作用。和其他形貌的氧化锌/银复合纳米材料相比较,花状氧化锌/银复合纳米材料具有最佳的光催化性能。同时进一步以花状氧化锌/银复合纳米材料作为SERS基底研究其表面增强拉曼性能,结果表明这种复合材料同时具有很好的表面增强拉曼性能。光催化和表面增强拉曼结果表明这种花状氧化锌/银复合纳米材料有望在有机物检测中作为一种具有很好的可循环性的新表面增强拉曼基底材料。  相似文献

通过控制红霉素A (E)肟的贝克曼重排反应条件合成了一种关键中间体红霉素9,11-亚胺醚, 该化合物可与乙腈形成稳定的分子加合物(摩尔比为1∶1), 未见文献报道. 阐述了该化合物的合成、晶体结构、晶体学数据和结构参数. 该化合物为无色透明晶体, 属单斜晶系, 空间群P21. 对该加合物和已知化合物红霉素6,9-亚胺醚晶体结构的对照解析, 有助于对重排反应机理、异构化机理和两异构体还原差异性的分析, 对重排反应和还原反应起到积极的指导作用.  相似文献

Ti-V基储氢合金在室温、常压下即可表现出良好的储氢特性,且质量储氢容量明显高于传统AB5型储氢合金,从而在氢气的精制和回收、运输和储存及热泵等方面有较早的应用。 此外,在混合气体分离、核反应堆中处理氢的同位素、镍氢电池及燃料电池负极材料等方面也得到了广泛的研究与关注。 基于目前Ti-V基储氢合金的研究现状,概述了该类合金的优势、限制性因素(包括成因)及改性手段。 此外,为了进一步理解Ti-V基合金储氢机理、构建合金组分与储氢特性之间的对应关系,本工作重点围绕Ti-V基储氢合金及其氢化物的结构、组分优化设计展开综述,并对其未来研究方向做出展望。  相似文献

A new system of atomic radii for the elements up to barium inclusive is constructed. Values of the radii are chosen so as the dependence between the dissociation energy of diatomic homonuclear molecules and a depth of atom overlapping is monotonous, and the scatter of data is minimal. The depth of overlapping is calculated as a difference between the sum of atomic radii and an experimental interatomic distance. Conclusions are made that: the radii of free atoms and ions are determined by the value of the electron density equal to 0.01 au; they considerably change in molecules and crystals only as a result of the charge transfer from cation to anion; covalent bonding is well described by the overlapping of free atoms (ions), confined by the surface of the given radius, and its energy depends upon the depth of overlapping of valence electron densities of atoms. A method of overlapping atoms is proposed for the approximate estimation of ionic sizes and charges in bound systems.  相似文献

以四环素(TC)-Eu3 作为荧光探针,提出了新的荧光光度法测量卵磷脂(PC)。在pH 5.7的酸度条件下,扫描不同浓度的PC与TC-Eu3 的荧光光谱。通过优化实验条件,得到了测定PC的最佳条件。卵磷脂能使TC-Eu3 位于612 nm处的特征荧光显著增强且增强的荧光强度与PC的量成正比。测量的线性范围为4.0×10-7~1.4×10-5mol/L,检出限为3.9×10-8mol/L。该方法已用于实际样品的测定。  相似文献

Thiosemicarbazones(7–10)/semicarbazones(11–14) were synthesized in good yields via the condensation of α-gluco-, β-gluco-, galacto-, manno- chloralose derived 1,4-furanodialdoses (1-4) with thiosemicarbazide(5)/semicarbazide(6). The structures of all products were characterized by FTIR, NMR spectroscopic methods and elemental analysis. The compounds have been found to display moderate antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria and antifungal activity against a Candida albicans. MIC values of the compounds range from 260 to 1510 μg/mL.  相似文献

Interaction and stability of binary mixtures of cationic surfactants hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (HTAB) or hexadecylpyridinium bromide (HPyBr) with nonionic surfactant decanoyl-N-methyl-glucamide (Mega-10) have been studied at different mole fraction of cationic surfactants by using interfacial tension measurements and fluorescence probe techniques. From interfacial tension measurements, the critical micellar concentration and various interfacial thermodynamic parameters have been evaluated. The experimental cmc's were analyzed with the pseudophase separation model, the regular solution theory, and the Maeda's approach. These approaches allowed us to determine the interaction parameter and composition in the mixed state. By using the static quenching method, the mean micellar aggregation numbers of pure and mixed micelles of HTAB + Mega-10 were obtained. It has been observed that the aggregation number of mixed micelles deviates negatively from the ideal behavior. The micropolarity of the micelle was monitored with pyrene fluorescence intensity ratio and found to be increase with the increase of ionic content. The polarization of fluorescence probe Rhodamine B was monitored at different mole fraction of cationic surfactants.  相似文献

Organophosphorus (OP) nerve agents and pesticides present significant threats to civilian and military populations. OP compounds include the nefarious G and V chemical nerve agents, but more commonly, civilians are exposed to less toxic OP pesticides, resulting in the same negative toxicological effects and thousands of deaths on an annual basis. After decades of research, no new therapeutics have been realized since the mid-1900s. Upon phosphylation of the catalytic serine residue, a process known as inhibition, there is an accumulation of acetylcholine (ACh) in the brain synapses and neuromuscular junctions, leading to a cholinergic crisis and eventually death. Oxime nucleophiles can reactivate select OP-inhibited acetylcholinesterase (AChE). Yet, the fields of reactivation of AChE and butyrylcholinesterase encounter additional challenges as broad-spectrum reactivation of either enzyme is difficult. Additional problems include the ability to cross the blood brain barrier (BBB) and to provide therapy in the central nervous system. Yet another complication arises in a competitive reaction, known as aging, whereby OP-inhibited AChE is converted to an inactive form, which until very recently, had been impossible to reverse to an active, functional form. Evaluations of uncharged oximes and other neutral nucleophiles have been made. Non-oxime reactivators, such as aromatic general bases and Mannich bases, have been developed. The issue of aging, which generates an anionic phosphylated serine residue, has been historically recalcitrant to recovery by any therapeutic approach—that is, until earlier this year. Mannich bases not only serve as reactivators of OP-inhibited AChE, but this class of compounds can also recover activity from the aged form of AChE, a process referred to as resurrection. This review covers the modern efforts to address all of these issues and notes the complexities of therapeutic development along these different lines of research.  相似文献
