以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和Ti(OC4H9)4为原料,采用自组装单层膜技术,在负载有功能化三氯十八烷基硅烷(octadecyl-trichloro-silane,OTS)的FTO基板上制备了Bi2Ti2O7薄膜。基板表面的亲水性测试表明,紫外照射使OTS自组装单层膜表面由疏水转变为亲水,实现功能化。借助X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线能量色散谱(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)分析分别对Bi2Ti2O7薄膜的组成、结构和微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,沉积溶液浓度为0.02 mol·L-1时,所得Bi2Ti2O7薄膜均匀致密。560℃热处理1 h、厚度为0.4μm的Bi2Ti2O7薄膜在100 kHz的介电常数为153,介电损耗为0.089。  相似文献

以Piranha溶液处理玻璃基板,采用液相沉积技术,制备了钛酸锶晶态薄膜。改性基板的亲水性测定与偏光显微镜测试表明,Piranha溶液能够有效改善玻璃基板的亲水性,并且基板表面的硅烷醇对钛酸锶薄膜的沉积具有积极指导作用;X射线衍射(XRD)与扫描电镜(SEM)表征显示,制备成功的钛酸锶薄膜纯度高,结晶良好,样品表面均匀,在垂直基板表面方向上呈纤维花簇状生长。文章同时对基板表面硅烷醇形成过程进行了研究。  相似文献

以OTS自组装单分子膜为探针研究TiO2液相空穴氧化机理   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过引入十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)自组装单分子膜作为氧化反应的探针, 在排除反应物的吸附和扩散的条件下研究溶胶-凝胶制备的TiO2薄膜表面光催化空穴氧化初始过程. 研究结果表明, 在紫外光照下, 水溶液中OTS部分覆盖的TiO2表面能够很快从憎水变成亲水. 存在空穴捕获剂后, TiO2表面OTS自组装单分子膜碳链的脱除受到明显抑制, 水接触角随光照时间变化非常小; 而水中羟基自由基捕获剂或者F-的存在则对TiO2表面OTS自组装单分子膜碳链的脱除几乎无影响. 这表明, 空穴氧化在TiO2表面OTS自组装单分子膜碳链的脱除中占主要地位.  相似文献

采用短波紫外光(UV)在十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)自组装单分子层刻蚀不同的微型图案,利用液相自组装技术在OTS模板表面沉积HfO2图案化薄膜。通过XRD、AFM、SEM、EDS等测试手段对OTS膜和HfO2薄膜进行表征,结果表明:以OTS为模板利用液相自组装技术成功制备出边缘轮廓清晰、粗糙度较小、条纹宽度为10μm的立方晶型的HfO2图案化薄膜。  相似文献

通过图案化自组装膜导向的电沉积制备了聚吡咯(PPy)微结构. 由微接触印刷方法制备图案化自组装膜并作为电沉积的模板. 研究发现, 自组装膜在导向电沉积中在不同的基底上具有不同的作用: 在十二烷基硫醇(DDT)、十八烷基硫醇(ODT)修饰的金基底上和十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)修饰的铟锡氧化物玻璃上(ITO), 电沉积主要发生在自组装膜未修饰区, 而在半导体单晶硅表面, PPy沉积在OTS修饰区, 是基底表面的导电性及PPy与基底表面基团相容性共同作用的结果.  相似文献

采用短波紫外光(UV)对十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)自组装单分子层(SAMs)进行刻蚀,利用化学液相法在OTS-SAMs模板表面制备出铁酸铋(BiFeO3)图案化薄膜。通过接触角、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)等测试手段对OTS膜和BiFeO3薄膜进行表征。结果表明:以OTS为模板利用化学液相法成功制备出边缘轮廓清晰、条纹宽度为10~20 μm的BiFeO3图案化薄膜。  相似文献

以漆酚醛胺聚合物(UFDP)为成膜材料,利用水辅助自组装的固体基板展开法和水面展开法制备了漆酚醛胺聚合物多孔膜.研究了在静态(即不在聚合物表面吹扫氮气)高湿度环境下聚合物溶液浓度、环境湿度和固体基板等因素对多孔膜形貌的影响.结果表明,水面展开法更有利于形成单层的多孔膜而固体基板展开法得到的是多层的多孔膜.当UFDP聚合物浓度为6.0 mg/mL,环境相对湿度为90%时,用水面展开法制得的单层多孔膜的孔径分布较均匀.  相似文献

十八烷基三氯硅烷自组装膜对45#钢在盐酸中的缓蚀作用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)在45#钢表面制备了自组装单分子膜(SAMs)。运用金相显微镜分析了钢表面的OTS-SAMs的形貌;由失重法和极化曲线研究了不同浓度及组装时间的OTS-SAMs在0.5mol/L盐酸溶液中对钢缓蚀性能的影响。结果显示,OTS的最佳组装浓度为0.15mmol/L,且当组装时间达12h时自组装已基本稳定。从极化曲线得出,OTS是一种以抑制阳极腐蚀为主的混合型抑制剂。  相似文献

用作“表面离子”的钌螯合物Ru(dpphen)32+与脂肪酸类成膜分子以1:2混合时能够得到稳定的混合单分子膜.以十八烷基三氯硅烷(octadecayl trichloro silane, OTS)分子部分取代Ru(dpphen)32+,得到功能分子组份可控的混合单分子膜.研究表明,OTS分子在纯水表面上可以形成交联网状单分子膜结构,混入硬脂酸(SA)分子后,网状结构逐渐被破坏.SA含量增加,破坏的程度就增大,直至SA/OTS为3:1时,完全没有网状交联结构,形成可以用来沉积LB膜的均匀致密的单分子膜.表面离子Ru(dpphen)32+与OTS和SA一起构成三组份混合单分子膜,OTS和Ru(dpphen)32+为表面离子.单分子膜中混有Ru(dpphen)32+分子,可以有效地阻止OTS的交联发生,同时Ru(dpphen)32+/SA基团与OTS/SA基团是均匀共混的.改变Ru(dpphen)32+/SA基团与OTS/SA基团的混合比,即可以做到Ru(dpphen)32+的组份精确可控,得到可用来沉积LB膜的均一、稳定的单分子膜.  相似文献

In this study, we prepared Sr x Ba1 – x Nb2O6 (x = 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7) thin film on 0.75 wt% La doped SrTiO3 (100) and (110) single crystal substrates. A homogeneous coating solution was prepared with Sr and Ba acetates and Nb(OEt)5 as raw materials, and acetic acid and diethlene glycol monomethyl ether as solvents. The substrates were coated with the solution by spin coating method. As-coated thin films were heated from 973 to 1273 K in air. The grains of the thin film on La doped SrTiO3 (100) were pillar shaped and arranged in right angle to each other. On the other hand, the grains of these thin films on La doped SrTiO3 were pillar shape and arranged in one direction. The crystallographic relationship of the thin film between Sr x Ba1 – x Nb2O6 and substrate that the 130 and 310 direction of the thin film on the substrate were oriented with c-axis in parallel to the substrate surface. On the other hand, (hk0) phase diffractions of Sr x Ba1 – x Nb2O6 thin film on the substrate (110) were investigated in the XRD theta-2theta measurement. It is expected that the Sr x Ba1 – x Nb2O6 (x = 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7) were highly oriented or epitaxial growing on La doped SrTiO3 (110) single crystal substrate.  相似文献

Double perovskite La2NiMnO6 thin film was successfully prepared on (001)-oriented 0.7 wt% Nb-doped SrTiO3 single crystal substrate by chemical solution deposition method. The microstructures as well as properties were investigated. The results show that the derived thin film is an admixture of Ni/Mn ordering, and two ferromagnetic transitions are observed with Curie temperatures of 289 and 110 K, respectively. A crossover from positive to negative magnetodielectric effect is observed near room temperature. The success preparation of La2NiMnO6 thin film by chemical solution deposition will provide a useful method to deposit double perovskite multiferroic thin films with low-cost.  相似文献

We prepared epitaxial growth SrRuO3 thin film on LaAlO3 (001) (LAO) single crystal substrate and highly oriented BaTiO3 ferroelectric thin film on the epitaxial SrRuO3 thin film. A homogeneous precursor solution for preparing SrRuO3 thin film was prepared with Sr(O—i—C3H7)2 and Ru(NO)(NO3)3 as starting materials, and 2-methoxy ethanol as solvents. The as-coated thin films were heat treated at temperatures from 723 to 1273 K for 1 h in air. SrRuO3 grew epitaxially on LAO(001) substrate, which were confirmed by XRD theta-2theta method and XRD pole figure analysis. The crystallographic relationship of the film and substrate was SrRuO3(001) parallel to LAO(001) and SrRuO3[110] parallel to LAO[100]. A homogeneous precursor solution for preparing BaTiO3 thin film was prepared with Ti[O—n—(CH2)3CH3]4 and Ba(OCOCH3)2 as starting materials, and acetic acid, 2-methoxy ethanol. SrRuO3 coated LAO substrates were coated by spin-coating method with the coating solution. The as-coated thin films were heat treated at temperatures from 973 to 1173 K in air. It was confirmed that the thin films were growing orientated for c-axis by measurement of XRD theta-2theta method.  相似文献

Orientation control of perovskite compounds was investigated by the application of a seed layer prepared from oxide nanosheets. An aqueous suspension of oxide nanosheets was prepared by the exfoliation of a layered compound of KCa2Nb3O10 oxide grains. A seed layer composed of (TBA)Ca2Nb3O10 nanosheets (TBA = tetrabutylammonium) was formed on a glass substrate by simply dip coating it in the suspension. Two kinds of perovskite compounds, LaNiO3 (LNO) and Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT) with a preferred orientation of (00l) were successfully grown on this seeded glass substrate. In this study, the relation between lattice mismatch and electrical properties is investigated. A large, oriented PZT film with a size of 5 ×4 cm shows an improved P-E hysteresis behavior by use of this orientation control.  相似文献

Sol-gel processed PbTiO3 thin films have been deposited by spin coating onto different subtrates; Si[111], Si/Al, Si/SiO2/Cr/Pt, MgO[100], SrTiO3[100] and sapphire. Interactions between the substrate and PbTiO3 films after heat treatment have been studied by X-ray diffraction and Rutherford Back Scattering. When deposited onto sapphire and Si[111], PbTiO3 films exhibit a preferred orientation with (101) perpendicular to the substrate. These films become oriented along (100) onto MgO and (001) onto SrTiO3[100] substrates. A strong channelling effect is observed by the RBS technique when the film is oriented along the c axis on SrTiO3[100] suggesting that these films are epitaxially grown. The diffusion of metal atoms during the thermal treatment gives rise to the formation of lead silicate on Si[111] substrates. As a result a pyrochlore phase is formed. Lead titanate films on Si/SiO2/Cr/Pt and Si/Al substrates are polycrystalline and do not exhibit any texture.  相似文献

A series of Bismuth-doped titanium oxide (Bi-doped TiO2) thin films on glass substrates have been prepared by sol-gel dip coating process. The prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD and XPS. The photocatlytic activity of the thin film catalysts was evaluated through the photodegradation of aqueous methyl orange under UV illumination. The experiments demonstrated that the Bi-doped TiO2 prepared was anatase phase. The doped bismuth was in the 3+ oxidation state. The presence of Bi significantly enhanced the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films. At calcination temperature of 500°C, with doping concentration of 2 wt %, Bi-doped TiO2 thin film showed the highest photocatalyic activity.  相似文献

Thin films and the corresponding xerogels of CeO2 and Ce-V mixed oxides with a molar ratio equal to 2 (Ce/V=2) were prepared from CeCl3·7H2O and NH4VO3 precursors using the sol-gel route and the dip-coating technique. The thermal decomposition of both forms of samples (thin films and xerogels) were studied by dynamic TG and DSC in two different atmospheres (air and argon). For the thermal studies the thin films were deposited on aluminium foil to reduce the unfavourable substrate to film mass ratio S/F, which is a consequence of using a glass substrate. The mode of heat treatment in a tube furnace of films deposited on conductive glass was defined from the TG curves of the films. The influence of annealing conditions (temperature, atmosphere and time) on the charge capacity of the films during application of the cycling process is reported.  相似文献

Ag-SrTiO3 nanotube arrays were successfully prepared for the degradation of methyl orange (MO) under ultraviolet irradiation. In order to form highly ordered SrTiO3 nanotube arrays, the preparation of TiO2 nanotube arrays by anodic oxidation of titanium foil in different electrolytes was investigated. The selected organic solvents in electrolytes include glycerol, dimethyl sulfoxide and glycol. The results indicate that the morphology of TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared in glycol containing ammonium fluoride electrolyte is more regular. Then SrTiO3 nanotube arrays were synthesized by a hydrothermal method using TiO2 nanotube arrays as the precursor. In order to further improve the photocatalytic activity of SrTiO3 nanotube arrays, Ag nanoparticles were loaded on SrTiO3 nanotube arrays by two sets of experiments. The loaded Ag results in an enhancement of photocatalytic activity of SrTiO3 nanotube arrays. Moreover, the effect of pH on the photocatalytic degradation of MO was also studied.  相似文献

The electrophoretic deposition combined with common pressure hydrothermal treatment was employed to prepare nanocrystalline TiO2 thin film from suspension of tetra-n-butyl titanate and P25 at low temperature. The tetra-n-butyl titanate was hydrolyzed and crystallized into anatase to interconnect nanocrystalline TiO2 particles and to stick them to a conductive substrate by common pressure hydrothermal treatment to improve the electron transport properties of the deposited thin film. A dye-sensitized solar cell based on TiO2 thin film prepared by the low temperature method yielded the conversion efficiency of 6.12%. Due to the relative slower electron transport rate in the deposited film, its conversion efficiency was slightly lower than that of the cell with TiO2 thin film prepared by the conventional high temperature sintering method. Since it is free of high temperature sintering step, this method can be used to prepare nanocrystalline TiO2 thin film on plastic polymer conductive substrate for fabrication of flexible dye-sensitized solar cell.  相似文献
