Zinc selenide microspheres were constructed using a simple hydrothermal technique at 180°C. It was ultrasonically treated with reduced graphene oxide modified with octadecylamine alkyl amine to form a hybrid nanocomposite. The optical, structural, and functional analysis by ultraviolet (UV) absorbance, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed the crystal nature of the microspheres and the successful formation of the nanocomposite. Field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were done to study the morphological properties of the material. It was further used to fabricate a dual-modality sensor using both electrochemical and absorbance techniques for the detection of antimalarial drug chloroquine phosphate (CQP), which was used for the treatment of COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) virus. For electrochemical detection, the sensor showed a very low detection limit of 1.43 nM at a linear working range of 0.199–250.06 μM and a high sensitivity of 43.912 μA/μM/cm2. For UV-based detection, the sensor showed a very low detection limit of 6.88 nM at a linear working range of 0.045–7.324 μM. The sensor showed excellent analyte recovery rate for real-time analysis in biological as well as environmental samples. The results suggested that the sensor is effective for the detection of CQP with feasibility for future commercialization.  相似文献

A recently discovered 2D transition titanium metal carbides also called as MXenes (Ti3C2Tx)-based nanocomposite was prepared with Cu2O through wet precipitation technique, and these materials were further developed as the electrode for sensing glucose by chronoamperometry technique. The prepared MXene-Cu2O (Ti3C2Tx-Cu2O) nanocomposite was characterized by XRD, FTIR, UV–Vis spectroscopy, FE-SEM, EDAX, and Raman spectroscopy. Morphological studies of the composites revealed that the micro-octahedral shape of Cu2O is distributed on the surface of MXene with size larger than bare Cu2O. Further, the prepared composite material was fabricated as a sensing probe, and the electrochemical activities were examined by cyclic voltammetric analysis (CV) and chronoamperometric (CA) methods. From the CV and CA investigation, the current response was higher for the composite than the bare material (Cu2O & MXene) in the presence of glucose. The amperometric investigation of MXene-Cu2O composite for the detection of glucose shows a broad linear range (0.01–30 mM) with a sensitivity of 11.061/μAmM cm?2 and a detection limit of 2.83 μM. Further, the fabricated sensor exhibits good selectivity with interfering species like NaCl, fructose, sucrose, urea, ascorbic acid, lactose, short response time, stability, good reproducibility, and compatibility with human serum sample. From the investigation, the prepared MXene-Cu2O composite is a good candidate for the direct detection of glucose molecules and is also well suitable for clinical diagnosis.  相似文献

The developing field of sensors is highly motivated and attracted by two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) with transition metal oxide integration. Initially, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), one among the TMDs with cerium-zirconium oxide (CZO), was one-pot synthesized via hydrothermal method for sensing flutamide (FLD). The as-synthesized hybrid nanocomposite was characterized to understand their physical and chemical presence. MoS2-CZO was well assigned with crystalline nature observed from X-ray powder diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy confirms the irregularly arranged nanoparticles wrapped with MoS2 sheets. The wide surface area with more electroactive sites has provided higher conductance of the MoS2-CZO/glassy carbon electrode. The limit of detection was 0.005 μM with a linear range of 0.019 μM to 668.5 μM, sensitivity 0.353 μA μM?1 cm?2. The practical feasibility was analyzed with human urine and river water samples, whereas the obtained results showed excellent FLD detection. The fabricated MoS2-CZO with all these distinguished analyses will be an outbreak in the field of electrochemical sensors.  相似文献

In this report, carbon-based gold core silver shell Au-Ag bimetallic nanocomposite (Au-Ag/C NC) was synthesized using carbon dots (C-dots) as the reductant and stabilizer by a facile green sequential reduction approach. The structure and morphology of the nanocomposite are characterized by ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy (UV–Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The as synthesized Au-Ag/C NC exhibits good optic response toward hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) without adding any other chromogenic agents. The characteristic surface plasmon resonance (SPR) absorbance peak of Au-Ag/C NC declined and red-shifted with the solution color changing from reddish orange to light pink when adding H2O2 owing to the etching effect of H2O2 towards Ag. Thus, a simple colorimetric and UV strategy for sensitive detection of H2O2 is proposed. It provides the wide linear range for detection of H2O2 from 0.8–90 μM and 90–500 μM, and the detection limit was as low as 0.3 μM (S/N = 3). In addition, this colorimetric strategy can also be applied to directly distinguish and detect of lactate by naked eye and UV–Vis. The linear range of colorimetric sensing towards lactate was 0.1–22 μM and 22–220 μM, which was successfully applied in the analysis of lactate in human serum.  相似文献

Simple and low cost biosensor based on screen-printed electrode for sensitive detection of some alkylphenols was developed, by entrapment of HRP in a nanocomposite gel based on single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM][PF6]) ionic liquid. Raman and FTIR spectroscopy, CV and EIS studies demonstrate the interaction between SWCNTs and ionic liquid. The nanocomposite gel, SWCNT-[BMIM][PF6] provides to the modified sensor a considerable enhanced electrocatalytic activity toward hydrogen peroxide reduction. The HRP based biosensor exhibits high sensitivity and good stability, allowing a detection of the alkylphenols at an applied potential of −0.2 V vs. Ag/AgCl, in linear range from 5.5 to 97.7 μM for 4-t-octylphenol and respectively, between 5.5 and 140 μM for 4-n-nonylphenol, with a response time of about 5 s. The detection limit was 1.1 μM for 4-t-octylphenol, and respectively 0.4 μM for 4-n-nonylphenol (S/N = 3).  相似文献

This study evaluates the effects of nucleants phenylphosphonic acid zinc (PPA-Zn) and talc, mold temperature, and microfibrillated cellulose (MFC) reinforcement in the acceleration of injection molding cycle of polylactic acid (PLA). PLA was dissolved in an organic solvent, mixed with nucleant and MFC, and dried compounds were injection molded into molds at temperatures ranging from 40 °C to 95 °C and holding times from 10 s to 120 s. Our results showed that PPA-Zn is more effective nucleating agent compared to talc. The addition of 1 wt% PPA-Zn and the mold temperature of 95 °C exhibited the fastest crystallization rates for the molded PLA, however, at this temperature the parts could not be quickly ejected without distortion. Addition of 10 wt% MFC increased the stiffness of PLA at high temperatures and allowed ejection of parts without distortion at a holding time of just 10 s. At this holding time, the crystallinity of the PLA composite was 15.3% but the storage modulus above T g was superior to that of fully crystallized neat PLA due to MFC reinforcement, retaining the shape of the molded part during demolding. The mechanical properties of the composite at room temperature were also higher than those of fully crystallized neat PLA.  相似文献

This work proposes an approach to the direct analysis of S‐adenosylhomocysteine (SAH) and the methylation index in blood using CE with UV detection (CE‐UV). After application of meglumine postinjection, we achieved SAH in‐capillary preconcentration in the HClO4 extracts of erythrocytes, which improved the detection limit (S/N = 3) of SAH up to 3 fmol or 180 nmol/L at the injection volume of 50 nL, taking into account the sample dilution rate. CE‐UV was carried out in 30 mM glycine and 45 mmol/L HCl (pH ~1.8) at 17 kV in a capillary 48 cm in length and 50 μm id. Accuracy of the technique was 101% and reproducibility was about 12%.  相似文献

In this contribution, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) based on conical holed glass substrates deposited with silver colloids was reported for the first time. It combines the advantages of both dry SERS assays based on plane films deposited with silver colloids and wet SERS assays utilizing cuvettes or capillary tubes. Compared with plane glass substrates deposited with silver colloids, the conical holed glass substrates deposited with silver colloids exhibited five-to ten-folds of increase in the rate of signal enhancement, due to the internal multiple reflections of both the excitation laser beam and the Raman scattering photons within conical holes. The application of conical holed glass substrates could also yield significantly stronger and more reproducible SERS signals than SERS assays utilizing capillary tubes to sample the mixture of silver colloids and the solution of the analyte of interest. The conical holed glass substrates in combination with the multiplicative effects model for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (MEMSERS) achieved quite sensitive and precise quantification of 6-mercaptopurine in complex plasma samples with an average relative prediction error of about 4% and a limit of detection of about 0.02 μM using a portable i-Raman 785H spectrometer. It is reasonable to expect that SERS technique based on conical holed enhancing substrates in combination with MEMSERS model can be developed and extended to other application areas such as drug detection, environmental monitoring, and clinic analysis, etc.  相似文献

The properties and structure of Bisphenol A polycarbonate (PC) under hydrothermal aging were investigated. The results of mechanical testing indicate that there is obvious elongation at break on the curve of PC samples before hydrothermal aging and no elongation at break after aging. After aging, the bending strength and the tensile strength of PC increase. According to scanning electron microscopy photographs of fracture surfaces, after hydrothermal aging, there are many fragments linked to the fracture surface and the length of deformation at break disappears. Differential scanning calorimetry analysis shows that the glass transition temperature (Tg) of polycarbonate increases after hydrothermal aging. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy shows hydrolytic degradation after hydrothermal aging.  相似文献

A pulsed stand-off Raman system has been built and optimised for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of inorganic and organic samples including explosives. The system consists of a frequency doubled Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (532 nm, 10 Hz, 4.4 ns pulse length), aligned coaxially with a 6″ Schmidt–Cassegrain telescope for the collection of Raman scattered light. The telescope was coupled via a fibre optic bundle to an Acton standard series SP-2750 spectrograph with a PI-MAX 1024RB intensified CCD camera equipped with a 500-ps gating option for detection. Gating proved to be essential for achieving high signal-to-noise ratios in the recorded stand-off Raman spectra. In some cases, gating also allowed suppression of disturbing fluorescence signals. For the first time, quantitative analysis of stand-off Raman spectra was performed using both univariate and multivariate methods of data analysis. To correct for possible variation in instrumental parameters, the nitrogen band of ambient air was used as an internal standard. For the univariate method, stand-off Raman spectra obtained at a distance of 9 m on sodium chloride pellets containing varying amounts of ammonium nitrate (0–100%) were used. For the multivariate quantification of ternary xylene mixtures (0–100%), stand-off spectra at a distance of 5 m were used. The univariate calibration of ammonium nitrate yielded R 2 values of 0.992, and the multivariate quantitative analysis yielded root mean square errors of prediction of 2.26%, 1.97% and 1.07% for o-, m- and p-xylene, respectively. Stand-off Raman spectra obtained at a distance of 10 m yielded a detection limit of 174 μg for NaClO3. Furthermore, to assess the applicability of stand-off Raman spectroscopy for explosives detection in “real-world” scenarios, their detection on different background materials (nylon, polyethylene and part of a car body) and in the presence of interferents (motor oil, fuel oil and soap) at a distance of 20 m was also investigated.  相似文献

We have developed a lactate biosensor based on a bionanocomposite (BNC) composed of titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2-NPs), photocatalytically reduced graphene, and lactate oxidase. Graphene oxide was photochemically reduced (without using any chemical reagents) in the presence of TiO2-NPs to give graphene nanosheets that were characterized by atomic force microscopy, Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results show the nanosheets to possess few oxygen functionalities only and to be decorated with TiO2-NPs. These nanosheets typically are at least 1 μm long and have a thickness of 4.2 nm. A BNC was obtained by mixing lactate oxidase with the nanosheets and immobilized on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode. The resulting biosensor was applied to the determination of lactate. Compared to a sensor without TiO2-NPs, the sensor exhibits higher sensitivity (6.0 μA mM?1), a better detection limit (0.6 μM), a wider linear response (2.0 μM to 0.40 mM), and better reproducibility (3.2 %).

Nafion covered core–shell structured Fe3O4@graphene nanospheres (GNs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was successfully prepared and used for selective detection dopamine. Firstly, the characterizations of hydro-thermal synthesized Fe3O4@GNs were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Raman spectroscopy. Then Fe3O4@GNs/Nafion modified electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidations of dopamine (DA). The interference test showed that the coexisted ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA) had no electrochemical interference toward DA. Under the optimum conditions, the broad linear relationship was obtained in the experimental concentration from 0.020 μM to 130.0 μM with the detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.007 μM. Furthermore, the core–shell structured Fe3O4@GNs/Nafion/GCE was applied to the determination of DA in real samples and satisfactory results were got, which could provide a promising platform to develop excellent biosensor for detecting DA.  相似文献

A novel multi-function Metal-Organic Framework composite Ag@Zn-TSA (zinc thiosalicylate, Zn(C7H4O2S), Zn-TSA) was synthesized as highly efficient immobilization matrixes of myoglobin (Mb)/glucose oxidase (GOx) for electrochemical biosensing. The electrochemical biosensors based on Ag@Zn-TSA composite and ionic liquid (IL) modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) were fabricated successfully. Furthermore, the properties of the sensors were discussed by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and amperometric current-time curve, respectively. The results showed the proposed biosensors had wide linear response to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in the range of 0.3–20,000 μM, to nitrite (NO2) for 1.3 μM–1660 μM and 2262 μM–1,33,000 μM, to glucose for 2.0–1022 μM, with a low detection limit of 0.08 μM for H2O2, 0.5 μM for NO2, 0.8 μM for glucose. The values of the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (ks) for Mb and GOx were estimated as 2.05 s−1 and 2.45 s−1, respectively. Thus, Ag@Zn-TSA was a kind of ideal material as highly efficient immobilization matrixes for sensitive electrochemical biosensing. In addition, this work indicated that MOF nanocomposite had a great potential for constructing wide range of sensing interface.  相似文献

In this report, carbon-based AuPd bimetallic nanocomposite (AuPd/C NC) was synthesized using carbon dots (C-dots) as the reducing agent and stabilizer by a simple green sequential reduction strategy, without adding other agents. The as synthesized AuPd/C NC showed good catalytic activity and peroxidase-like property. The structure and morphology of these nanoparticles were clearly characterized by UV–Vis spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The AuPd/C NC catalyst exhibits noticeably higher catalytic activity than Pd and Au nanoparticles in catalysis reduction of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP). Moreover, based on the high peroxidase-like property of AuPd/C NC, a new colorimetric detection method for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) has been designed using 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) as the substrate, which provides a simple and sensitive means to detect H2O2 in wide linear range of 5 μM–500 μM and 500 μM–4 mM with low detection limit of 1.6 μM (S/N = 3). Therefore, the facile synthesis strategy for bimetallic nanoparticles by the mild reductant of carbon dot will provide some new thoughts for preparing of carbon-based metal nanomaterials and expand their application in catalysis and analytical chemistry areas.  相似文献

Oxidative stress can transform immunologic disorders to malignancy by enhancing the effect of pathogenic factors associated with adverse health problems. Biomarkers generated during oxidative stress are essential in assessing the in vivo condition of the cell for evaluating health and diagnosing the disease at an early stage, prognosis, benign and effectual drug development, and testing the drug efficacy. 3-Nitro-L-tyrosine is an oxidative stress biomarker produced from L-tyrosine through nitration mediated by active metabolites. Thus, precise detection of 3-NO2-Tyr in the biological medium is significantly important to monitor the cell environment. Consequently, a novel electrochemical sensing platform had been designed using ZnNb2O6 nanostructures anchored f-CNF as a glassy carbon electrode modifier. The crystalline and structural features, morphology, and elemental composition of ZnNb2O6/f-CNF nanocomposite were keenly verified. The synchronic activation of ZnNb2O6/f-CNF nanocomposite for effective detection of 3-NO2-Tyr is mainly due to the synergic effect between its counterparts. Accordingly, the fabricated sensor possesses a remarkably low limit of detection (0.021 μM) with a good linear range, and sensitivity is noted to be 7.745 μA/μM?cm?2. The consistency of this sensor was evinced through real-time monitoring of 3-NO2-Tyr in urine and saliva samples which is beneficial in monitoring the pathological situation.  相似文献

Titanium dioxide nanoparticle/gold nanoparticle/carbon nanotube (TiO2/Au/CNT) nanocomposites were synthesized, and then characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). A TiO2/Au/CNT nanocomposite-modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode was prepared using the drop coating method and was investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and amperometric current–time response (I-T). The modified material is redox-active. The nonenzymatically detected amount of ascorbic acid (AA) on the TiO2/Au/CNT electrode showed a linear relationship with the AA concentration, for concentrations from 0.01 to 0.08 μM; the sensitivity was 117,776.36 μA?·?cm?2?·?(mM)?1, and the detection limit was 0.01 μM (S/N?=?3). The results indicated that the TiO2/Au/CNT nanocomposite-modified GC electrode exhibited high electrocatalytic activity toward AA. This paper describes materials consisting of a network of TiO2, Au, and MWCNTs, and the investigation of their synergistic effects in the detection of AA.  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor based on modification of carbon paste electrode by glutathione‐capped copper nanoclusters silica nanoparticles (CuNCs/SiO2NPs) composite for determination of dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid was presented. Transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X‐Ray analysis, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used for characterization of the developed electrode. The electrochemical behavior of dopamine on CuNCs/SiO2NPs/carbon paste electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. Dopamine was determined in the range of 10.0 – 900.0 μM, and the limit of detection was obtained as 0.43 μM. The electrochemical behaviors of the coexisting electroactive species, which often cause interference with the determination of dopamine, were investigated. The results show that the developed electrode does not show any interference with respect to coexisting species, even in the presence of ascorbic acid. The developed electrochemical sensor was further employed for the determination of dopamine in human blood plasma, with a good recovery.  相似文献

In this work, a novel amperometric biosensor based on carbon nanoplatelets derived from ground cherry (Physalis peruviana) husks (GCHs-CNPTs) is reported for the sensitive and selective detection of ascorbic acid (AA). The structure of the nanoplatelets, the oxygen-containing groups and edge-plane-like defective sites (EPDSs) on the GCHs-CNPTs were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The presence of GCHs-CNPTs with a high density of EPDSs effectively enhances the electron transfer between AA and the glassy carbon electrode (GCE), and thus induces a substantial decrease in the overvoltage for AA oxidation compared with both a bare GCE and a GCE modified with carbon nanotubes (CNTs/GCE). In particular, an amperometric biosensor based on GCHs-CNPTs exhibited a wider linear range (0.01–3.57 mM), higher sensitivity (208.63 μA mM 1 cm 2), a lower detection limit (1.09 μM, S/N = 3) and better resistance to fouling for AA determination compared to a CNTs/GCE. The great potential of the GCHs-CNPTs/GCE for practical and reliable AA analysis was demonstrated by the successful determination of AA in samples taken from a medical injection dose and a soft drink.  相似文献

Using porous cuprous oxide (Cu2O) microcubes, a simple non-enzymatic amperometric sensor for the detection of H2O2 and glucose has been fabricated. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) revealed that porous Cu2O microcubes exhibited a direct electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of H2O2 in phosphate buffer solution and the oxidation of glucose in an alkaline medium. The non-enzymatic amperometric sensor used in the detection of H2O2 with detection limit of 1.5 × 10?6 M over wide linear detection ranges up to 1.5 mM and with a high sensitivity of 50.6 μA/mM. This non-enzymatic voltammetric sensor was further utilized in detection of glucose with a detection limit of 8.0 × 10?7 M, a linear detection range up to 500 μM and with a sensitivity of ?70.8 μA/mM.  相似文献
