The title compound {[Cu4(OH)4(2,2'-bpy)4(bqdc)]·2ClO4}n 1 (bqdc = 2,2'-biquino- line-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized by hydrothermal method. Its crystal structure is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.6561(5), b = 12.4652(8), c = 15.7501(10) , α = 80.0480(10), β = 87.7900(10), γ = 74.0800(1)o, V = 1423.65(16) 3, Z = 2, C30H23ClN5O8Cu2, Mr = 744.06, Dc = 1.736 g/cm3, μ = 1.651 mm─1, F(000) = 754, the final R = 0.0421 and wR = 0.1163 for 4973 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In 1, tetra-copper chair-like clusters of [Cu4(OH)4(2,2'-bpy)4]4+ are connected by bqdc ligands to form one-dimensional chains, which are further connected by hydrogen bonds to generate a two-dimensional supramolecular network .  相似文献

标题化合物由AgI、CuI和(n-C4H9)4NI在DMF溶剂中直接反应而得。晶体结.构通过单晶X-射线衍射法确定,其晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=9.4342(4),b=15.7638(7),c=18.877(1)??=100.65(1)?V=2758.9(2)3,化学式C32H72N2Ag4.95Cu1.05I8,Mr=2100.79,Dc=2.529g/cm3,Z=2,(MoK?=6.618cm-1,F(000)=1930。在1.70≤?≤27.46范围内收集到22473个衍射点,独立衍射点6175(Rint=0.0753),其中可观测衍射点4158个(I>2(I))。晶体结构用直接法和差傅立叶合成方法找出初步结构模型,再分别对Ag和Cu的坐标进行修正,最后用全矩阵最小二乘法对266个变量进行精修,最终偏离因子R=0.0476,wR=0.1315。标题化合物的结构由[(M6I8)-]阴离子链和链间的n-Bu4N+阳离子组成。  相似文献

The reaction of [Et4N]2WS4 with 4 equiv of CuCN in pyridine produced a new polymeric complex [WS4Cu4(Py)4(μ-CN)2]∞ 1, whose crystal structure has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis. 1 (C22H2oCu4N6S4W, Mr=934.71) crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a ='8.994(2), b=16.038(3), c=12.026(3) A, β= 90.85(1)°, V= 1734.6(6) A3, Z=2, Dc=1.789 g/cm3, F(000)=896,t(MoKa)=59.8 cm-1 and T=193 K. The structure was refined to R=0.064 and Rw=0.080 for 2209 observed reflections (I > 3.0σ(I)). The X-ray analysis shows that the tetrahedral WS4 core is coordinated by four Cu atoms, forming a saddle-like WS4Cu4 unit. These repeating units are further interconnected by four Cu-μ-CN-Cu 2.726(2) and 2.723(2) A, respectively.  相似文献

邻甲基苯荒酸四乙基铵盐分别与硝酸银和氯化铜反应,经毗啶重结晶,得到四核银簇合物Ag_4(o-CH_3C_6H_4CS_2)_4(Py)_4(晶体Ⅰ)和二核铜化合物Cu_2(o-CH_3-C_6H_4CSS_2)_2(Py)_(晶体Ⅱ)。用X射线单晶衍射法测定了它们的晶体结构。晶体Ⅰ的空间群为P2/n。晶胞参数:a=14.757(4),b=12.231(3),c=15.183(4)A,β=91.14(2)°,V=2739.95A~3,Z=2。2590个衍射点参与修正,最终偏差因子R=0.087。晶体Ⅱ的空间群为C_1~1-P1。晶胞参数:a=9.307(7),b=9.546(7),c=10.119(8)A,α=95.06(9),β=109.74(10),γ=118.86(10)°,V=705.94A~3,Z=1。1198个衍射点参与修正,最终偏差因子R=0.086。 Ag_4(o-CH_3C_6H_4CS_2)_4(Py)_4分子中Ag_4呈蝴蝶状构型,其配位情况与四核银簇合物Ag_4(a-C_(10)H_7CS_2)_4(Py)_4相似。Cu_2(o-CH_3C_6H_4CSS_2)_2(Py)_2分子构型与Cu_2(a-C_(10)H_7CSS_2)_2(Py)_2十分相似。Cu—Cu键长为2.608A。而且邻甲基苯荒酸与Cu~(2+)反应包括一个氧化还原反应,也与a-萘荒酸与Cu~(2+)反应相似。可以认为邻甲基苯荒酸与a-萘荒酸有相似的空间效应和电子效应。  相似文献

An organic-inorganic compound [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2][{Cu(2,2'-bpy)2}2W12O4o(H2)]·4H2O (Mr = 4048.00) was prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of Na2WO4·2H2O, CuCl2·2H2O,2,2'-bipyridine (2,2'-bpy) and H2O at 160 ℃ for 4 days. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 18.9196(8), b = 20.4212(8), c = 21.8129(9)(A), β=96.992(3)°, V= 8365.0(6) (A)3, Dc= 3.214 g/cm3, Z = 4,μ(MoKα) = 17.269 mm-1 and F(000) = 7324.Of the 119837 total reflections, 17315 were unique (Rint = 0.0489). The final R = 0.0385 and wR =0.0770 for 11142 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that the structure is composed of [{Cu(2,2'-bpy)2}2W12O40(H2)]2- anions, discrete [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2]2 cations and lattice water molecules, and the anion is made up of a {W12O40(H2)}6- α-Keggin core decorated with two {Cu(2,2'-bpy)2}2 groups through bridging oxygen atoms.  相似文献

Crystals of a hydrazinium-based copper(I) sulfide salt, N4H9Cu7S4 (1), have been isolated by an ambient temperature solution-based process. In contrast to previously reported hydrazinium salts of main-group metal chalcogenides, which consist of isolated metal chalcogenide anions, and ACu7S4 (A = NH4+, Rb+, Tl+, K+), which contains a more three-dimensional Cu7S4- framework with partial Cu-site occupancy, the structure of 1 [P21, a = 6.8621(4) A, b = 7.9851(4) A, c = 10.0983(5) A, beta = 99.360(1) degrees , Z = 2] is composed of extended two-dimensional Cu7S4- slabs with full Cu-site occupancy. The Cu7S4- slabs are separated by a mixture of hydrazinium and hydrazine moieties. Thermal decomposition of 1 into copper(I) sulfide proceeds at a significantly lower temperature than that observed for analogous hydrazinium salts of previously considered metal chalcogenides, completing the transition at temperatures as low as 120 degrees C. Solutions of 1 may be used in the solution deposition of a range of Cu-containing chalcogenide films.  相似文献

Reaction of CuBr2 with TabHPF6/Et3N in methanol followed by dissolving the resulting precipitate in hydrobromic acid yielded purple blocks of the title complex [Tab-Tab][CuBr4] 1 (C18H26CuBr4N2S2). 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 9.686(3),b = 19.257(5), c = 13.399(4) (A), β= 93.610(9)°, V= 2494.2(13) (A)3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.911 g/cm3, T=193(2) K, Mr = 717.71, F(000) = 1396, μ = 74.58 cm-1, S = 1.126, R = 0.0748 and wR = 0.1736 for 2921 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ). The structure of 1 contains a discrete [CuBr4]2- dianion and a [Tab-Tab]2+ dication. In the dianion, the Cu atom is coordinated to four Br atoms forming a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. The bromides of the dianion interact with the H atoms of the phenyl and methyl groups of the dications to form a 1D hydrogen-bonded chain.  相似文献

The novel heterometallic complex [Cu(4)(NH(3))(4)(HL)(4)][CdBr(4)]Br(2).3dmf.H(2)O has been prepared in the reaction of zerovalent copper with cadmium oxide in the air-exposed solution of ammonium bromide and diethanolamine (H(2)L) in dimethylformamide (dmf). The compound is monoclinic, with space group P2(1)/c, a = 14.876(3) A, b = 33.018(6) A, c = 11.437(2) A, beta = 108.182(3)(o), and Z = 4. The crystal lattice consists of [Cu(4)(NH(3))(4)(HL)(4)](4+) cations, [CdBr(4)](2)(-), Br(-) anions, and uncoordinated dmf and water molecules. In the cation, four independent Cu atoms occupy vertexes of a distorted tetrahedron with bridged Cu...Cu distances in the range 3.127(2)-3.333(3) A and other Cu...Cu separations being 3.445(3)-3.503(2) A. The magnetic susceptibility and the EPR spectra were measured over the temperature ranges 1.8-300 and 3-300 K, respectively. The magnetic moment was found to increase with decreasing temperature to reach a maximum of 2.60 muB per one copper atom at ca. 10 K and was found, subsequently, to diminish slightly at lower temperatures owing to zero-field and Zeeman splitting of the S = 2 ground state. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility was fitted to the spin Hamiltonian H = J(ab)S(a)S(b) + J(bc)S(b)S(c) + J(cd)S(c)S(d) + J(ad)S(a)S(d) + J(ac)S(a)S(c) + J(bd)S(b)S(d) with the exchange integrals J(ab) = J(bc) = J(cd) = J(ad) = -65(3) cm(-1) and J(ac) = J(bd) = +1(3) cm(-1). High-field, high-frequency (95-380 GHz) EPR spectra due to an S = 2 ground state were simulated with g(x) = 2.138(1), g(y)) = 2.142(1), g(z) = 2.067(1), D = -0.3529(3) cm(-1), and E = -0.0469(8) cm(-1). Calculations based on the X-ray structure indicate a negligible contribution of the magnetic dipole-dipole interactions to the zfs parameters D and E. A discussion of the isotropic and anisotropic exchange interactions and their effect on the zfs parameters is also given.  相似文献

The reaction of copper(I) iodide with 1, 3-imidazolidine-2-thione (SC3H6N2) in a 1:2 molar ratio (M/L) has formed unusual 1D polymers, {Cu6(mu3-SC3H6N2)4(mu-SC3H6N2)2(mu-I)2I4}n (1) and {Cu6(mu3-SC3H6N2)2(mu-SC3H6N2)4(mu-I)4I2}n (1a). A similar reaction with copper(I) bromide has formed a polymer {Cu6(mu3-SC3H6N2)2(mu-SC3H6N2)4(mu-Br)4Br2}n (3a), similar to 1a, along with a dimer, {Cu2(mu-SC3H6N2)2(eta1-SC3H6N2)2Br2} (3). Copper(I) chloride behaved differently, and only an unsymmetrical dimer, {Cu2(mu-SC3H6N2)(eta1-SC3H6N2)3Cl2} (4), was formed. Finally, reactions of copper(I) thiocyanate in 1:1 or 1:2 molar ratios yielded a 3D polymer, {Cu2(mu-SC3H6N2)2(mu-SCN)2}n (2). The 3D polymer 2 exhibits 20-membered metallacyclic rings in its structure, while synthesis of linear polymers, 1 and 1a, represents an unusual example of I (1a)-S (1) bond isomerism.  相似文献

The title complex has been obtained by the reaction of copper nitrate trihydrate with 4-abaH (4-abaH = 4-aminobenzonic acid) and phenanthroline in ethanol solution,and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data: monoclinic,space group C2/c, Mr = 1266.13, Cu2C52H54N10O20, a = 25.884(5), b = 10.205(2), c = 20.849(4)(A), β= 106.34(3)°, Z = 4, V= 5284.7(18) (A)3, F(000) = 2616, Dc = 1.591 g/cm3, μ = 0.896 mm-1,the final R = 0.0441 and wR = 0.1148 for 4200 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the molecule of the title complex, the asymmetric unit contains one half molecule. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated by a terminal water molecule, a bidentate phenanthroline and two monodentate 4-aminobenzoate ligands forming a square pyramidal coordination environment. The two bridging 4-aminobenzoate ligands result in a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) cluster with a short Cu-Cu distance (3.048 (A)) and a π-πstacking between the adjacent phenanthroline rings (2.96 (A)).  相似文献

About the Octahedra Elongation on A2BO4 Compounds: SrNdMnO4 and SrNdCrO4 Single crystals of SrNdMnO4 (I) and SrNdCrO4 (II) were prepared. The X-ray investigation of (I) and (II) lead to the tetragonal space group D? I4/mmm; lattice constants: (I) a = 377.7; c = 1296 pm; (II) a = 384.2; c = 1233.8 pm. A new one-dimensional copper coordination polymer chain has been prepared and fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy. The compound {[Cu2(C2O4)2(inta)4](inta)}n1 crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=8.4722(5),b=10.9825(6),c=11.6128(6),α=104.8050(10),β=102.5740(10),γ= 109.6890(10)o,V=927.18(9)3,Mr=929.79,Z=1,Dc=1.665 g/cm3,F(000)=475,μ=1.231 mm-1,R=0.0453 and wR=0.1185 for 3290 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Of the compound,the Cu center is octahedrally coordinated with oxalate acting as a tetra-dentate ligand coordinated to the copper atom and each inta serving as a terminal ligand by employing only one N-donor to coordinate with the Cu center. An infinite {Cu2(C2O4)2}∞ chain is formed along the c axis. Furthermore,the 1D chains are held together via extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions to generate a three-dimensional network with 1D channels (ca. 5.491×11.507) where inta molecules are filled.  相似文献
