The two trinuclear nickel(Ⅱ) complexes, Ni3(C13H15N2O3)2(C5H5N)4 (1) and Ni3(C13H15N2O3)2(C5H5N)2- (C3H7NO)2 (2), were prepared by the reaction of Ni(OAc)2·4H2O with N-hexanoylsalicylhydrazide. The crystal structures of complexes were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 takes triclinic symmetry with space group P-1 and cell dimensions of a=0.92377(2) nm, b= 1.08786(6) nm, c= 1.29391(3) nm, α=76.395(4)°, β=78.418(3)°, γ=67.378(4)°, V= 1.15772(7) nm^3, Z= 1,μ= 12.63 cm^-1. Complex 2 belongs to triclinic system and P2(1) space group and the crystallographic data: a= 1.4889(2) nm, b= 1.0389(1) nm, c= 1.4994(2) nm, β= 96.174(4)°, V=2.3058(5) nm^3, Z=2,μ= 12.70 cm^-1. The structures of the two molecules are similar. The three nickel atoms in each molecule of the two title complexes arrange in a strictly linear structure. The central nickel atom of the molecule adopts octahedral configuration, while the two nickel atoms on the two sides adopt square-planar configuration in each molecule. But the central nickel atoms of the two complexes have different axial ligands, which cause a slight difference in the bond distances of the octahedron. The antibacterial activity of compound 1 against seven common bacteria was investigated.  相似文献

A novel π-extended TTF derivative (C24H2ON658, Mr=649.02) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, ^1H NMR and MS. The crystal structure was prepared by crystallization from CH2Cl2-MeOH. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 5.465(5), b = 26.835(5), c = 10.180(5)A, β= 101.929(5)°, V = 1460.7(15) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.476 g/cm^3, F(000) = 668,μ = 0.638 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0390 and wR = 0.0586 for 1694 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The structure reveals planarity of the two dithiole rings, different from the boat-shaped structure usually found in neutral derivatives of TTF. The central ring of the benzene also adopts a planar conformation, while it is twisted from planarity of the two dithiole rings and forms a dihedral angle of 61.8°. The molecule exhibits a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture constructed through hydrogen bonds. In the molecular structure a noticeable feature can be found that there exist S…S interactions which further reinforce the 3D supramolecular framework.  相似文献

A new two-dimensional Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(2,5-pdch)(H2O)]n·2n(ClO4)·nH2O (2,5-pdch = pyridine-2,5-dicarbohydrazide), was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 10.905(2), b = 11.602(1), c = 15.034(2) A, β = 117.794 (10°, V = 1682.8(4A3, Z = 4, C7H13CdCl2NsO12, Mr = 542.52, Dc = 2.141 g/cm^3,/μ = 1.691 mm^-1, F(000) = 1072, 2(MoKa) = 0.71073A, the final R = 0.0608 and wR = 0.1329 for 2972 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the Cd(Ⅱ) atom displays a distorted pentagonal-bipyramidal geometry coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three different 2,5-pdch ligands, and one water molecule. Interestingly, each two Cd(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by two carbohydrazide groups of the 2,5-pdch ligands to form a dimeric unit, and such dimeric units are further connected by the 2,5-pdch ligand to generate a two-dimensional (4,4)-network.  相似文献

The title compound 2 was synthesized by the reaction of 3-keto-D-xylose with O-C6H4NH2NH2 and characterized by IR, NMR and HRMS, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of orthorhombic system (C21H22N2O5, Mr = 382.41), space group P2 1 2 1 2 1 with α = 10.140(2), b = 10.802(2), c = 17.840(4) A, β = 90°, V = 1954.1(7)A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.300 g/cm^3, F(000) = 808, μ = 0.094 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0354 and wR = 0.0514 for 1924 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). One intermolecular and one intramolecular hydrogen bonds were found. The absolute configuration of this molecule was confirmed by comparison with that of the original material.  相似文献

The new title compound 4-dibenzaldehydeamino-4H-1,2,4-triazole diacetate (C16H18N8O4,Mr = 386.38) has been prepared and its crystal structure was determined by single- crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P21/n with a = 8.1371(17),b = 7.1237(12),c = 16.325 (2)A,β = 100.366(2)°,V = 930.9(3) A^3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.378,F(000) = 404,μ = 0.104 mm^-1,MoKa radiation (λ = 0.71073 ),R = 0.0307 and wR = 0.1196 for 4632 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the molecule is not flat and the crystal structure is stabilized mainly by van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

Thiazine sugar derivative 2 was synthesized and characterized by IR, NMR and H RMS, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic system (C16H24N2O8S2, Mr = 436.49) with space group P21, a = 10.311(2), b = 9.1198(18), c = 11.623(2)A, β = 109.47(3)°, V= 1030.4(4)A^3, Z= 2, Dc = 1.407 g/cm^3, F(000)= 460, μ= 0.303 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0437 and wR = 0.0561 for 1954 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Nine hydrogen bonds were found. The absolute configuration of this molecule was confirmed by comparison with the original material.  相似文献

A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer {[Cd(1,5-nds)(Him)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n (1,5-nds = naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate and Him = imidazole) was synthesized based on the reaction of cadmium oxide and 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid firstly, and then mixed with imidazole in methanol medium. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and TGA, respectively. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 8.5420(10), b = 10.2570(10), c = 13.361(2) A, α = 100.704 (2), β = 100.195(2), γ = 108.873(3)°, C16H20Cd N4O9S2, Mr= 588.91, V = 1.0524(2) nm^3, Dc = 1.858 g/cm^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 592, β^ = 1.294 mm-1, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1007 for 3180 observed reflections (Ⅰ〉 2σ(Ⅰ)). Structural analysis shows that the cadmiun atom is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from three 1,5-nds and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from two imidazoles, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The molecules are linked to form a two-dimensional coordination polymer based on bridging ligands of naphthalene- 1,5-disulfonate anions, the sheets of which are then interacted via hydrogen bonds, leading to a three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ce(BA)3phen]2 (BA = benzoate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), was prepared by the reaction of Ce(NO3)3.6H2O, benzoic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline. The complex was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectra and TG-DTG techniques. The results show that the crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 10.912(2), b = 11.962(3), c = 12.474(3) A, α = 104.889(3), β = 93.523(3), γ = 113.332(3)^o, C66H46Ce2N4O12, Mr = 1366.90, V= 1420.2(6) ,A^3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.598 g/cm^3, μ = 1.652 mm^-1, S = 1.024 and F(000) = 682. The final R = 0.0391 and wR = 0.0947 for 4878 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The structure of the title complex consists of two Ce(C6HsCOO)3(C12H8N2) units, forming a binuclear molecule. Each Ce(Ⅲ) is coordinated by two O atoms of one bidentate chelating carboxylate group, five O atoms of two bidentate bridging and two tridentate chelating-bridging carboxylate groups, and two N atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule to complete a distorted monocapped square antiprism geometry. Its thermogravimetric analysis was determined by TG-DTG techniques.  相似文献

The title complex, [CaCu(C3H2O4)2(H2O)4]n, with a formula of C6H12CaCuO12 and Mr=379.78 has been sy-nthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis, elemental analysis, IR spectra and TG-DTG techniques. The results show that the crystal is Orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a=0.669 21(5) nm, b=1.370 23(5) nm, c=1.322 39(10) nm, V=1.212 59(16) nm3, Dc=2.080 g·cm-3, μ=2.288 mm-1, F(000)=772 and Z=4. The final R=0.054 0 and wR=0.112 8 for 1 189 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The structure of the title complex consists of CaO8 polyhedra and CuO6 elongated octahedra linked together by malonate ligands. The Ca(Ⅱ) cation, on a twofold axis, is coordinated by two water molecules and six malonate O atoms. The Cu(Ⅱ) cation, which lies in a centre of symmetry in an octahedral arrangement, is coordinated by four malonate O atoms and two water molecules. The structure comprises alternating layers along the [101] plane, with the shortest Cu…Cu distance of 0.762 46(6) nm. The whole 3D structure is maintained and stabilized by the presence of hydrogen bonds. Its thermo gravimetric analysis was determined by TG-DTG techniques. CCDC:663184.  相似文献

A new energetic compound based on the tetrazole-1-acetic acid (tza) and potassium(I) salt, K2(tza)2(H2O), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR spectrum. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pna21 with a = 1.11972(17) nm, b = 0.46647(7) nm, c = 2.5158(4) nm, V = 1.3140(3) nm3, K2C6H8N8O5, Mr = 350.40 g·mol-1, Dc = 1.771 g·cm-3, μ(MoKα) = 0.759 mm-1, F(000) = 712, Z = 4, R = 0.023 and wR = 0.0527 for 2961 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The K(I) cation is six-coordinated with four O atoms from three carboxylate groups, one O atom from one H2O molecule and one N atom from tetrazolyl ring, in which each tza is coordinated in a tridentate chelating bridging coordination mode. The thermal decomposition mechanism of the title complex was studied by DSC and TG-DTG techniques. Under nitrogen atmosphere at a heating rate of 10 K·min-1, the thermal decomposition of the complex contains one main exothermic process between 191.7 and 243.8 ℃ in the DSC curve. Its combustion heat was mensurated by oxygen bomb calorimetry. The non-isothermal kinetics parameters were calculated by the Kissinger's method and Ozawa-Doyle's method, respectively. The sensitivity properties of K2(tza)2(H2O) were also determined with standard methods, which was very sensitive to flame.  相似文献

The tetra(o-cyanobenzyl)tin compound has been synthesized by the reaction of cyanobenzyl chloride with tin, and its molecular structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, ^1H NMR and X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for this compound: monoclinic, space group C2/c, Mr = 583.24, a = 1.9629(2), b = 1.05967(13), c = 1.41249(18) nm, β= 118.180(2)^o, V = 2.5898(5) nm^3, Z = 4, Dc =1.496 g/cm^3, μ(MoKa) = 1.015 cm^-1, F(000) = 1176, R = 0.0189, wR = 0.0497 (observed reflections with I 〉 20(I)) and R = 0.0218, wR = 0.0513 (all reflections). The molecular structure adopts a distorted tetrahedral geometry around the tin atom. The Sn'"N weak interaction between the Sn and N atoms of cyano forms an intermolecular H-bonding, and the bond length is 0.3570 nm; the interaction between hydrogen of methylene and benzene ring of benzyl forms C-H…C with its bond length of 0.2817 nm; and the interaction among hydrogen of benzene ring and carbon of cyano forms Ph-H…C bond (0.2897 nm) Of the σ…π interaction. A 3D chain structure is formed by the above weak intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

The title compound 4-(2-bromophenyl)-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-7,7-dimethyl-1-p-tolylquinoline-2,5(1H,6H)-dione 1 (C24H24BrNO2, Mr = 438.35) was synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 27.565(14), b = 10.079(5), c = 15.917(8) A,β = 111.059(9)°, Z = 8, V = 4127(4)A3, Dc = 1.411 g·cm^-3,μ(MoKa) = 2.011 mm^-1, F(000) = 1808, the final R = 0.0417 and wR = 0.1032 for 2393 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the pyridine ring adopts a distorted boat conformation, while another six-membered ring takes a half-chair conformation. In addition, there are non-classical hydrogen bonds of C-H…O and C-H…Br in the structure. The short distance (3.481A) between the adjacent 2-bromophenyl rings indicates the existence of π-π interaction.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the addition reaction of N-(4-cyanopyrazole-3-yl)-3,5-difluorophenyl-imine and diisopropyl phosphate. Its structure was confirmed by means of IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis. The single-crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray crystallography. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 18.9959(14), b = 9.2212(7), c = 22.1108(16)A^°, β= 90.1540(10)°, V = 3873.0(5) A^°^3, Dc = 1.366 g/cm^3, Z = 8, μ = 0.185, F(000) = 1664, and the final R = 0.0503 and wR = 0.1539 for 2996 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The results demonstrate that the dihedral angle between the pyrazole and benzene rings is 105.5°, and there is a full delocalized pyrazole system with sp^2 hydridization of N(3). The crystal structure is stabilized by two intermolecular hydrogen bonds of N(1)-H(1)…O(3) and N(3)-H(3A)…N(4). The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has a moderate antifungal activity.  相似文献

A new lanthanide complex [Sm(C2O4)(H2O)5]nCln·2nH2O has been obtained by hydrothermal synthetic method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a = 7.5438(6), b = 14.3201(11), c = 10.8608(9) , β = 94.565(4)o, V = 1169.55(16) 3, C2H14ClO11Sm, Mr = 399.93, Z = 4, Dc = 2.271 g/cm3, μ = 5.290 cm1, F(000) = 772, the final R = 0.0271 and wR = 0.0632 for 1880 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray crystal analysis reveals that each Sm(III) atom is nine-coordinated by four oxygen atoms from two oxalate ligands and five coordinated water molecules in a distorted tricapped trigonal prism. The chain-like structure of lanthanide oxalate is reported for the first time. The fluorescent property and magnetic behavior of the title compound were investigated. The θ of –14.3(2)° and J of –0.26 cm-1 indicate antiferromagnetic interaction in the molecule.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound(C17H12ClFO5,Mr=350.72) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/c,with a=7.693(1),b=15.767(1),c=12.986(1),β=97.23(1)°,V=1562.6(2)3,Z=4,Dc= 1.491 g/cm3,λ(MoKα)=0.71073,F(000)=720,μ(MoKα)=0.280 mm-1,R=0.0563 and wR=0.1674.A total of 3592 unique reflections were collected,of which 2462 with Ⅰ2σ(Ⅰ) were observed.Five-membered lactone rings and hydroxyl-substituted phenyl rings are approximately coplanar with their dihedral angle of 4.1°.The dihedral angle between two different phenyl rings is 71.3°.To our interest,intramolecular O(1)-H(1)···O(4) hydrogen bonds could be found in each molecule.Intramolecular hydrogen bonds and intermolecular van der Waals force contribute to the stability of the structure.  相似文献

The reaction of Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O with 3,3'-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)-2,2'-dipyridine (L) gave a mononuclear zinc(II) complex: [ZnL2](ClO4)2·2DMF·4H2O, which was structurally characterized by EA, IR, UV, 1H NMR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C54H54Cl2N14O14Zn, Mr = 1259.38) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 20.874(2), b = 14.9953(16), c = 20.462(3) , β = 101.553(2)°, V = 6274.8(13) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.333 g/cm3, F (000) = 2608, μ(MoKα) = 0.548 mm–1, R = 0.0682 and wR = 0.1931 for 4984 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Zn(II) is four-coordinated in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry through four N atoms from four benzimidazole units of two ligands. In the crystal lattice, the [ZnL2]2+ cations are linked to each other by extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds between nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole rings, water and DMF molecules.  相似文献

A new oxovanadium(V) complex with the mixed ligand of 2-oxopropionic acid benzoylhydrazone (C10H10N2O3) and benzoylhydrazine (C7H8N2O), VO(C7H7N2O)(C10H9N2O3), has been synthesized. Its structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/n and cell parameters: a=1.1136(4) nm, b=0.6217(2) nm, c=2.6038(9) nm, β=97.182(6)°, V= 1.7887(11) nm^3, Z=4, F(000)=836, Mr=407.28, Dc= 1.512 g/cm^3,μ (Mo Kα) =0.592 mm^-1, R1 =0.0445, wR2= 0.1203. Vanadium atom is 6-coordinated by carboxyl and carbonyl O atoms and N atom of one tridentate C10H10N2O3 to form two stable five-membered rings with the same edge, and the other coordinated atoms of N and O come from one bidentate benzoylhydrazine C7H8N2O. The title complex has a six-coordinated V center [VO(N2O3)] with a distorted octahedral arrangement. In the crystal lattice, there are hydrogen bonding interactions between two molecules.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 2.5081(17), b = 1.0089(7), c = 2.0909(14) nm, β = 94.267(8)°, V= 5.276(6) nm^3, Z = 4, De= 1.734 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 21.55 cm^-1, F(000) = 2704, R = 0.0398 and Rw = 0.1024. According to structural analysis, the tin atom adopts a distorted five-coordinate trigonal bipyramidal geometry, and the ladder-like structure is shaped by one planar four-membered Sn2O2 ring together with two planar four-membered Sn2OCl rings.  相似文献

The coordination polymer [Zn(HCOO)2(H2O)2]∞ has been synthesized using hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, FTIR spectroscopy and TG-DTG analyses. The coordination polymer crystallizes in monoclinic, P21/c space group with crystal parameters of α=0.8688(1) nm, b= 0.7143(6) nm, c=0.9305(2) nm, β=97.61(5)°, V=0.5724(2) nm^3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=42.50 cm^-1. The polymer features with two kinds of zinc centers: one is hexa-coordinated by four water ligands, two oxygen atoms of two formates and the other is coordinated by six oxygen atoms of six formates. By the formates as space linkers, three-dimensional frameworks were formed. Based on thermal analyses, thermal decomposition mechanisms were predicted that at the first step the polymer lost two coordination water molecules and at the second step lost two formates companied by the formation of some kinds of materials.  相似文献
