将蒙脱土的硅酸盐晶层空间作为微反应场所,用微波加热先将钠基蒙脱土转化为镍基蒙脱土,再引入三乙烯四胺配体,使配体与镍离子在蒙脱土层间原位发生配位反应,制得配合物/蒙脱土纳米复合体.XRD结果表明蒙脱土的层间距在引入三乙烯四胺后明显变大.紫外可见漫反射光谱、热分析和元素分析结果表明三乙烯四胺与N i2+离子在蒙脱土层间形成了配合物.  相似文献

近 2 0年来 ,聚合物 /层状无机物纳米复合材料引起了广泛关注 ,与聚合物材料相比 ,该类纳米复合材料在力学、热稳定性、阻燃、气体阻隔等性能方面都有显著增强 .但所报道的绝大部分无机物均采用蒙脱土为代表的层状硅酸盐[1~ 3] ,而以层状双氢氧化物 (Layered double hydroxide,LDH)为基础制备的聚合物 /层状无机物纳米复合材料的报道极少 .LDH是由水镁石结构中的二价阳离子 (M2 + )被三价阳离子 (M3+ )取代而形成的 ,层上产生的剩余正电荷被吸附在层间的阴离子平衡 .与层状硅酸盐相比 ,L DH层间电荷密度高 ,层与层之间相互作用强 ,导…  相似文献

聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备和性能   总被引:51,自引:0,他引:51  
讨论了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/层状硅酸盐(蒙脱土)纳米复合材料的制备技术和新材料的结构与性能特征.天然蒙脱土矿物经有机离子修饰剂处理后,参与PET的缩聚反应.TEM测定证实蒙脱土在PET中的层厚分布为30~50nm.蒙脱土不影响PET的分子量及其分布.利用DSC、WAXD、SALS和偏光显微镜测定了PET/蒙脱土的结晶速率和结晶形态,说明PET/蒙脱土有着很快的结晶速率,不能生成球晶结构,一般只能生成结构不完整的微晶体.PET/蒙脱土在工程塑料和工业纤维领域有潜在的应用前景  相似文献

用FTIR和WAXD法研究了甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)的邻位和对位异氰酸酯基因与蒙脱土表面羟基的修饰反应,在此基础上提出了结构模型;用TDI修饰后的蒙脱土成功制备了插层型聚苯乙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,并用WAXD和TEM进行了表征。实验结果表明,修饰后TDI与蒙脱土表面形成化学键,使蒙脱土的片层间距显著增大,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)在蒙脱土层间由双层平行排列转变为双层脂肪链倾斜方式  相似文献

基于氯硅烷与羟基的反应性,用氯硅烷对蒙脱土进行化学改性,FTIR证实硅烷已接枝到了蒙脱土上,WAXD表明,在极性分散剂中,硅烷成功地插层到了蒙脱土的片层间;而在非极性分散剂中,硅烷插层到蒙脱土片层间的量少,测定了蒙脱土阳离子交换容量(CEC),改性后其CEC值大幅度降低,分散性实验表明,由于改性后的蒙脱土颗粒以及片层间的相互作用力得到极大降低,其在水中和甲苯中的分散性更好.  相似文献

报道了具有聚苯胺伸展链构象的聚苯胺/ 粘土( P An/ M M T) 混杂纳米复合物的合成与表征.用插层聚合的方法将聚苯胺分子链嵌入层状蒙脱土的片层之中,从而得到一种高电导率的聚苯胺/ 层状硅酸盐混杂纳米复合物.通过 X 射线衍射( X R D) ,付立叶红外( F T I R) ,四探针电导率测量以及定性和定量的电子光谱分析等手段对产物进行了表征,结果表明,90 % 以上的聚苯胺的分子链被插入蒙脱土的片层中间.由于聚苯胺分子链在受限的纳米空间生成,聚苯胺以伸展的单分子链构象存在.该构象在苯胺的通常聚合中不可能生成.通过对聚合过程进行吸收光谱监测,发现该聚合是扩散控制过程.  相似文献

从构筑静电自组装聚电解质/有机染料插层蒙脱土光致变色纳米复合膜所必需 的基本纳米构件--有机染料插层蒙脱土光致变色纳米复合物的设计出发,制备了具有光致 变色功能的蒙脱土/阳离子偶氮染料(GTL)均插层纳米复合物现,插人蒙脱土层 间的GTL热稳定性大幅度提高.由于GTL在纳米受限空间的超分子有序结构共轭,使 偶氮基发生了高达91 nm的显著红移.使用该插层纳米复合物构件与阳离子聚电解 质(PDAC)通过静电自组装得到了生长均匀、排列规整有序的光致变色聚电解质/ 阳离子偶氮染料插层蒙脱土纳米复合膜.  相似文献

未经处理及经11 氨基酸处理的蒙脱土由于己内酰胺的引入而发生膨胀.己内酰氨可以在蒙脱土的硅酸盐片层间聚合,形成尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料.经11 氨基酸处理的蒙脱土和尼龙6分子间有很强的化学相互作用.与未经处理的蒙脱土相比,其所构成的纳米复合材料具有很好的力学性能.  相似文献

利用溶液法和熔融法制备聚氧化乙烯(PEO)/蒙脱土纳米嵌入化合物,用XRD、IR和DSC等测试手段对嵌入化合物进行了表征.嵌入的PEO分子同蒙脱土晶层中的Na+生成PEO-Na+络合物,嵌入化合物具有一定的耐溶剂萃取性,PEO分子以单层螺旋构象排列于蒙脱土的晶层中.PEO分子在蒙脱土层间运动受到限制,致使嵌入化合物的结晶熔融峰减弱.  相似文献

用聚合物乳液与蒙脱土的水分散体共混共凝的方法制备混杂材料.在混合过程中乳胶粒与蒙脱土晶层相互穿插,用盐酸絮凝,带正电的共聚物能够嵌入带负电的蒙脱土层间.萃取实验发现在混杂材料中蒙脱土吸附了大量的共聚物,说明蒙脱土晶层与共聚物之间存在静电吸附作用.XRD实验发现在混杂材料中蒙脱土的晶层结构发生了膨胀,并且变得混乱,而在共混物中蒙脱土晶层结构几乎不变.用TEM观察在混杂材料中蒙脱土晶层均匀分散于共聚物基体中,蒙脱土的层间距大于6nm.共聚物嵌入蒙脱土的层间,受到蒙脱土晶层的限制作用,共聚物的Tg发生了变化.交联以后的混杂材料的性能比共聚物有了较大的提高,蒙脱土晶层在共聚物基体中起到很好的补强作用.  相似文献

The present paper deals with experiments in which the angle resolved X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (ARXPS) technique was applied to investigate the phenomenon of migration in polyamide 6 with organically modified montmorillonite (PA6‐OMMT) nanocomposites. This is the first time ARXPS was used, to gain a more detailed insight into the migration process. Curve‐fitting analyses are reported which enable the differentiation between a manual mixture of PA6 with OMMT at room temperature from a nanocomposite structure. The ARXPS technique was applied to annealed samples at 250, 275, and 285°C, for 2 hr, and with three take of angles, α, of 90, 60, and 30°. The depth of the layer investigated is 9 nm in case the sample surface is well defined. By tilting the take‐off angle of the beam‐out electrons one can determine the intensity of the signals at various distances from the surface within the investigated layer. The concentration gradient of the Si signals is observed. The rate of migration is found to be more rapid in the layer closest to the surface. The intensity of the Si signals in the investigated layer is found to be 1.8 to 9.1 times that of the same composite sample at room temperature. This ratio determines the extent of migration. At temperatures higher than 250°C and times of annealing greater than 30 min a decrease in the extent of migration is observed. This decrease is explained by the gradual decomposition of the surfactant and the consequent removal of the polymeric matrix molecules from the migrating exfoliated units, culminating in denuded alumino‐silicate layers. These layers aggregate to noncolloidal microcomposite particles which do not migrate. The concentration of the exfoliated units decreases with consequent decrease in migration. A gradient of decreasing concentration of Si2p signals was observed after various times of annealing, where the gradient becomes more uniform with increase in time. The epoxy–rectorite nanocomposites with different rectorite contents, epoxide equivalent were prepared and its microstructure was studied by positron annihilation and X-ray diffraction (XRD). At low rectorite content (0–2.0%), the free volume size in nanocomposites is nearly the same, but its concentration decreases with increasing content; the exfoliated structure was observed by XRD and interfacial layer formation between rectorite platelets and epoxy matrix was probed by positrons. Comparing with epoxy–montmorillonite, the exfoliated structure and interfacial layers are easier formed in epoxy–rectorite nanocomposites.  相似文献

A nanostructured, porous material was prepared by heterocoagulation of negatively charged montmorillonite with positively charged synthetic spherical hematite particles. The process of heterocoagulation of such particles was monitored by turbidimetric titrations over the pH range 2.5-7.5. On the basis of the results of turbidimetric measurements, a series of solid materials were prepared for further characterization using ESEM, BET, XRD, and FTIR techniques. Environmental scanning electron microscopy detected isolated hematite particles or small hematite aggregates on montmorillonite surfaces (mass ratios 8:1 and 4:1). At a mass ratio of 1:1, exfoliated montmorillonite layers, covering the hematite particles as semi-transparent blankets were seen. A low mass ratio led to compact hematite particle aggregates covering the montmorillonite surfaces. Nitrogen-gas-adsorption isotherms revealed the sorption properties to be gradually dependent upon mass ratios. Pore volume distributions showed that mesopores with diameter of about 10-20 nm were produced in the heterocoagulates with mass ratios of 4:1, 1:1, and 1:8. The sample prepared with a 4:1 mass ratio showed the greatest BET surface area, which decreased slightly upon sample calcination at 500 degrees C. X-ray diffraction measurements were used to investigate layer stacking, by comparing the integral intensities of d(001) reflection. For this purpose, samples with 4:1 mass ratios, prepared both by heterocoagulation and mechanical grinding, were used. It was found that heterocoagulation effectively diminished the stacking of the layers to about 85%; hence, a significant amount of fundamental, 1 nm thick montmorillonite layers was achieved in this sample.  相似文献

Exfoliated polystyrene (PS)/laponite nanocomposites were prepared successfully. The characteristic doo1 diffraction peak of organo-laponite disappeared in the XRD patterns of nanocomposites, indicating that the laponite layers were exfoliated and the ordered crystal structure of laponite was destroyed because of the styrene polymerization. TEM observations showed that the exfoliated laponite primary particles were dispersed randomly in the PS matrix with lateral dimensions from 1 nm to 10 rim. SEM results showed that the PS/laponite nanocomposite particles were almost monodispersed spheres with the size of about 120 rim. Because of the interaction between PS and laponite nanolayers, the nanocomposites exhibited higher thermal stability and glass transition temperature when compared to pure PS.  相似文献

Exfoliated polystyrene (PS)/ZnAl layered double hydroxide (LDH) nanocomposites have been synthesized via emulsion polymerization in the presence of N-lauroyl-glutamate surfactants and long-chain n-hexadecane. The samples were characterized using elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum, X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The XRD and TEM results demonstrate that the exfoliated ZnAl-LDH layers of 50-70 nm width and about 1 nm thickness were well dispersed at molecular level in the PS matrix. And the completely exfoliated PS/LDH nanocomposites can be obtained even at the 10 wt% LDH loading. When the 50% weight loss was selected as a comparison point, the decomposition temperature of exfoliated PS/LDH sample with 5 wt% LDH was ca. 28 degrees C higher than that of pure PS.  相似文献
