1 INTRODUCTION There has been considerable interest of copper(II) -hydroxylate complexes in the structural chemistry and biochemistry. There are two structural types in copper(II) -hydroxylate com- plexes: mononuclear[1~6] and dinuclear structure[7~9]. Treatment of the acyclic zwitterionic pentacoordinate silicate F(3)MeSiCH(2)NMe(2)H with 1 molar equiv of Me(3)SiOC(6)H(4)OSiMe(3), Me(3)SiOCH(2)C(O)OSiMe(3), Me(3)SiOC(Ph)=NOSiMe(3), or Me(3)SiOC(O)C(O)OSiMe(3) (solvent CH(3)CN, room temperature) yielded the respective monocyclic zwitterionic pentacoordinate silicates (11a), (12a), (13a), and (14a), along with 2 molar equiv of Me(3)SiF. The derivatives 11b-14b with a 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinio substituent instead of the dimethylammonio group were prepared analogously, starting from F(3)MeSiCH(2)NR(2)H (NR(2)H = 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinio). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies showed that the Si-coordination polyhedra of 11a.1.5CH(3)CN, 12a-14a, and 11b-14b are distorted trigonal bipyramids, the axial positions being occupied by the fluorine atom and one of the two oxygen atoms (12a/12b, carboxylate oxygen atom; 13a/13b, carbon-linked oxygen atom). These results are in agreement with the NMR data ((1)H, (13)C, (19)F, (29)Si) obtained for these compounds in solution. The chiral (C(1) symmetry) zwitterions 11a-14a and 11b-14b exist as pairs of (A)- and (C)-enantiomers in solution. VT (1)H NMR studies with 11b-14b in CH(3)CN in the temperature range 25-85 degrees C gave no indications for an enantiomerization process [(A)/(C)-enantiomerization] at the silicon atom.  相似文献

本文合成了含水杨醛缩对硝基苯甲酰腙(简写为H2L)的钒酰配合物VOL(CH3OH)(CH3O)(1,C16H16N3O7V,Mr=413.26)和钴配合物[CoL(C5H5N)3]NO3C5H5N(2,C34H29N8O7Co,Mr=720.58)。配合物1属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,a=7.3253(3),b=18.8237(9),c=12.9014(5)?b=91.672(1),V=1778.2(1)3,Z=4,F(000)=848,m(MoKa)=0.603mm1,R=0.0470,wR=0.1312。配合物2属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,a=11.4196(8),b=17.157(1),c=17.081(1)?b=96.8233(9),V=3323.0(4)3,Z=4,F(000)=1488,m(MoKa)=0.578mm1,R=0.0455,wR=0.1311。在配合物1中,钒(V)原子由周围的酰氧基原子、配体L2的3个配位原子,去质子化甲醇的甲氧基原子和配位甲醇的氧原子配位,形成畸变的VO(ONO)(O)(O)八面体配位构型。晶体内每2个分子间通过氢键作用缔合成中心对称的分子对,OH…N氢键键长为2.861(4)?键角163.20。晶体中存在着弱p-p共轭作用。在配合物2中,钴(Ⅲ)原子由1个L2的3个配位原子和3个配位吡啶分子的3个氮原子配位,呈N4O2八面体配位构型。  相似文献

This complex was Shown to contain two Fe(Ⅲ ) and one Mn( Ⅱ ) at the apices of an approximately equilateral triangle with a μ3-O bridge. The Mn (Ⅱ)atom and one Fe (Ⅲ )atom are each octahedrally coordinated by six oxygen atoms,while the other Fe atom coordinated by five oxygen atoms to form a square pyramid. The μ3-O is in the centre of the Fe2Mn triangle with the Fe(1)-O, Fe(2)-O and Mn-O distances of 1. 89(1), 1. 90(1) ,and 1. 91(1) A ,respectively. The IR spectrum was also studied.  相似文献

The title complex {[(n-C8H17)2Sn(O2CCH2CS2NC4H8O)]2O}2 has been synthesized by the reaction of (morpholinylthiocarbamoylthio)acetic acid with the di-n-octyltin oxide in 1∶1 molar ratio. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The crystal and molecular structure of complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic system with space group P1 and unit cell dimensions: a=1.201 5(9) nm, b=1.481 8(11) nm, c=1.894 1(14) nm, α=72.485(10)°, β=88.586(10)°, γ=66.893(9)°, and Z=1, μ=1.034 mm-1, V=2.941(4) nm3, Dc=1.295 g·cm-3, F(000)=1 196, R1=0.058 8, wR2=0.155 8. The complex is a centrosymmetric structure with a four-membered central endo-cyclic Sn2O2 unit in which two bridged oxygen atoms both connect with an exo-cyclic tin atom. The endo-cyclic tin atoms and the exo-cyclic tin atom are all five-coordinate and have coordination geometry of distorted trigonal bipyramid with an additional weak coordination carboxylate oxygen. Four carboxylate ligands are divided into two types. And two of them are monodentate and connecting to each of exo-cyclic tin atoms by using one oxygen atom, whereas the others bridge to each pair of exo-and endo-cyclic tin atoms utilizing one oxygen atom. Complex VO(C10H9NO3)(C13H10NO2)(C10H9NO2-3=N-salicylidene-L-alaninate, C13H10NO-2=N-phenylbenzohydroxamate) was synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR, UV, 1H NMR spectroscopies, cyclic voltammetry and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallized in a monoclinic system with space group P21 and crystal cell parameters a=0.9720(1) nm, b=1.8274(2) nm, c=1.2542(1) nm, β=104.868(9)°, V=2.1532(4) nm3, Mr=470.34, Z=2. The two oxygen atoms and the one nitrogen atom of the tridentate Schiff base ligand and the one oxime oxygen atom of the hydroxamate ligand coordinate to the vanadium atom, forming an equatorial plane, the two axial positions are respectively occupied by the oxygen atom of the oxovanadium and the carbonyl oxygen atom of the hydroxamate and the vanadium atom exhibits a distorted octahedral VO(ONO)(OO) coordination sphere. The 1H NMR spectrum suggests that the two isomers, endo and exo in a molar ratio of 1/1.7, coexist in the solution of the title complex in CDCl3. There exists a quasi-reversible one-electron redox reaction corresponding to VⅤ/VⅥ couple in the three non-aqueous solvents, and the redox potential E1/2 of the title complex substantially shifts in the direction of the positive voltage increase in the order: CH2Cl2<CH3CN<DMF.  相似文献

A novel complex of [NiL(OOCNH2C2H3SClO3)]·H2O was obtained unexpectedly by the reaction of [Ni(rac-L)](ClO4)2 with l-cysteine (L=5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetra- azacyclotetradecane), and characterized by EA, IR, ESI-MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a=9.211(12), b=14.942(19), c=19.002(2), Mr=563.80, V=2615.3(6)3 , Z=4, Dc=1.432 g/cm3 , F(000)=1204, μ=0.966 mm-1 , the final R=0.0565 and wR=0.1515. The central nickel(Ⅱ) ion displays a distorted six-coordinate octahedral coordination geometry by coordination with four nitrogen atoms of L, and one oxygen and one nitrogen atoms of l-cysteine. The sulfur atom of l-cysteine instead of oxygen atom links directly with the chlorine atom of perchlorate. The title complex is the first example of perchlorate salt involving the sulfur atom.  相似文献

Phenylmercury derivatives of 3-hydroxy-2-acetyl(benzoyl)benzo[b]thiophene and 3-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-carbaldehyde N-aryl- and N-alkylimines, to which a keto enamine structure with strong intramolecular coordination of the mercury atom and the carbonyl oxygen atom was assigned on the basis of the electronic and vibrational spectra, were synthesized. <正> Compound Na3 [V2O3 (nta )2 ]·5H2O (1) (ntaH3 = N (CH2CO2H)3) has been prepared by reduction of a mixture of (NH4)2[VO(O2)2Cl] and H3(nta) in H2O with Na2S2O4. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with Mr = 685. 2, a = 11. 050(6), b=12. 179(4), c=9. 792 (3)A,α=111.71(2),β= 98. 23(3), γ= 89. 36(2)°, Z=2, V = 1210. 5A3,λ(MoKa) = 0. 71069 A, F(000) = 694 and DC = 1. 880g/cm3. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least squares to final R and Rw values of 0. 055 and 0. 065, respectively.The structure of the anion can be considered as two [VO(nta)] fragments connected by one μ2-O atom. 以三氧化二锑和巯基乙酸在水溶液中反应合成了配合物HSb(SCH2COO)2,并通过元素分析、红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射进行了表征,利用单晶X射线四圆衍射法测定了晶体结构,结果表明该配合物晶体属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.40005(8)nm,b=1.19121(8)nm,c=1.23588(8)nm,β=126.822(1)°,V=1.6499(2)nm^3,Dc=2.439g·cm^-3,Z=8,R1=0.0250。并对X射线粉末衍射数据进行了指标化,其结果与单晶数据吻合。  相似文献

The title complex [Zn(μ-O2CCH=CHCO2)(C3H4N2)(H2O)]n was prepared by the reaction of zinc carbonate with maleic acid and imidazole in an aqueous-alcohol solution at 333 K, and its crystal structure has been solved by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Pc with a = 5.3858(7), b = 22.685(3), c =7.6782(1) A, β = 92.261(2)°, V = 937.4(2) A3, Z = 1, C14H16N4O10Zn2, Mr= 531.05, Dc= 1.882g/cm3,μ = 2.623 mm-1, F(000) = 532, the final R = 0.0372 and wR = 0.0930 for 1926 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The central zinc atom is five-coordinated in a distorted square pyramidal environment to three oxygen atoms of two different maleate ligands, a nitrogen atom of the imidazole ligand and an oxygen atom of water. In the complex two carboxylate groups of the maleate ligands have two coordination modes. One acts as a bidentate chelate ligand and the other a monoatomic monodentate ligand to bridge two zinc centers. As a result, 1-D infinite polymeric coordination water OH groups and carboxylate oxygen atoms to construct a 2-D layered polymer,and the layer structure is stabilized by π-π stacking of the imidozel ligands.  相似文献

A novel compound [Cu2(EDTA)(Py)2(H2O)2]·2H2O was synthesized by the reaction of CuSO4(5H2O with H4EDTA in pyridine/water (V/V = 1/4) solvent, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 1.26974(6), b = 0.67949(3), c = 1.48548(3) nm, β = 91.454(2)o, V = 1.28122(9) nm3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.673 g/cm3, Mr = 645.56, F(000) = 664, μ(MoKα) = 1.729 mm-1, the final R = 0.0353 and wR = 0.0832 for 1920 observed reflections (I > 2((I)). The compound is a centrosymmetric binuclear molecule with bridged EDTA group. Each Cu(II) atom is linked to two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom of EDTA, one oxygen atom of water and one nitrogen atom of pyridine to form a distorted square pyramidal environment. There exist face-to-face π-π stacking interactions between pyridine rings from neighboring molecule with the interplanar distance of 0.3670 nm and hydrogen bonding between EDTA and water molecules.  相似文献
