In this present scenario, for the first time, we propose a facile and simple wet chemical approach for the fabrication of two‐dimensional (2D) cerium tungstate (CeW2O9;CeW) nanosheets and evaluated as an electrochemical sensor for the detection of nitrite ions. The successful formation of CeW2O9 nanosheets was confirmed by various physicochemical techniques such as X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman, Scanning electron microscope, Transmission electron microscope and Energy dispersive X‐ray studies. The electrochemical properties of the CeW nanosheets were studied by using cyclic voltammograms (CV) and chronoamperometric techniques. As an electrochemical sensor, the CeW nanosheets modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) showed superior electrocatalytic activity in the oxidation of nitrite in terms of higher anodic peak current and lower oxidation potential when compared with unmodified GCE. CeW nanosheets based electrochemical sensor has been fabricated which detect nitrite in wide linear response range, good sensitivity and very low detection limit of 0.02–986 μM, 2.85 μA μM−1 cm−2 and 8 nM, respectively. Moreover, the CeW nanosheets modified GCE exhibited excellent selectivity even in the presence of common metal ions and biologically co‐interfering compounds. For the practical viability of the prepared amperometric sensor has been utilized in various water samples such as tap, lake and drinking water and the obtained recoveries are appreciable.  相似文献

In this work, an economically viable, very low cost, indigenous, ubiquitously available electrochemical sensor based on bimetallic nickel and tungsten nanoparticles modified pencil graphite electrode (NiNP-WNP@PGE) was fabricated for the sensitive and selective detection of bisphenol A (BPA). The NiNP-WNP@PGE sensor was prepared by a facile electrochemical one step co-deposition method. The prepared nanocomposite was morphologically characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electrochemically by cyclic voltammetry (CV), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The proposed sensor displayed high electrocatalytic activity towards electro-oxidation of BPA with one irreversible peak. The fabricated sensor displayed a wide detection window between 0.025 μM and 250 μM with a limit of detection of 0.012 μM. PGE sensor was successfully engaged for the detection of BPA in bottled water, biological, and baby glass samples.  相似文献

Electrochemical determination of nitrite in real water samples is achieved using simple and efficient electrochemical sensor. The sensor is fabricated by electrodeposition of a thin layer of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) sandwiched by drop-casting two thin layers of CNTs and iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4) over a GC electrode surface. Voltammetry determination of nitrite in tap water and wastewater samples in the concentration range (0.5–150 μM) is successfully achieved with detection limits of 22 and 24 nM, respectively. Practical application of the GC/CNT/PEDOT/Fe3O4 sensor is efficiently assessed in real water samples for nitrite determination with acceptable recoveries, excellent anti-interference ability and long-term stability.  相似文献

In this work, the reduced graphene oxide functionalized with poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (PDDA) modified palladium nanoparticles (PDDA‐rGO/Pd) had been facile synthesized and used as the sensing layer for sensitive determination of capsaicin. The prepared composite was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, UV‐visible absorption spectroscopy. The image demonstrated that Pd nanoparticles were uniformly distributed on the graphene surface. The electrochemical properties of the prepared sensor were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the nanocomposite exhibits attractive electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of capsaicin. This attributed to the synergistic action of the excellent properties of Pd nanoparticles and graphene nanosheets. Under optimized conditions, the electrochemical sensor possessed a dynamic linear range from 0.32 μM to 64 μM with a detection limit of 0.10 μM (S/N=3) for capsaicin detection. Moreover, the cost‐effective and simple fabrication procedure, good reproducibility and stability as well as acceptable accuracy for capsaicin determination in actual samples are also the main advantages of this method, which might have broad application in other amide alkaloid detection.  相似文献

PdFe ultrathin nanosheets (NSs) were prepared by one‐step hydrothermal route. PdFe NSs showed superior catalytic activity towards the oxidation of nitrite due to the large surface area of 2 dimensional (2D) nanostructure and the synergetic effect between Pd and Fe. A sensitive and selective electrochemical nitrite sensing platform was designed base on PdFe NSs and the amperometric technique. The limit of detection (LOD) was found to be 0.12 μM (S/N=3), with a linear relationship between nitrite concentration and response current in the range of 1–160 μM. The nitrite sensor was applied to analysis of nitrite in tap water and sausage successfully.  相似文献

A sensitive and simple electrochemical sensor based on nanoporous gold (NPG) was developed for the detection of bisphenol A (BPA). NPG was prepared by the dealloying method. The NPG modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) displayed excellent catalytic activity towards the electrooxidation of BPA. The mechanism of the electrooxidation of BPA on NPG/GCE sensor was inferred. The sensor showed a linear range from 0.1 μM to 50 μM with a detection limit of 12.1 nM BPA. Specially, a simple but effective approach was attempted to renew the used sensor. The application of the sensor for real sample analysis was demonstrated.  相似文献

In this work, the nanosheet‐assembled lindgrenite microflowers (chemical formula: Cu3Mo2O9) were synthesised through a simple process and low‐cost raw materials at room temperature in aqueous solution without using any surface‐active agent. The tightly interlaced nanosheets, like petals, can increase the specific surface area, which can bring about higher electrocatalytic activity and electroanalysis sensitivity. Thus, lindgrenite microflowers were prepared as an electrochemical sensor and successfully applied in the detection of paracetamol through the modified glass carbon electrode. Furthermore, this electrochemical reaction process was simulated at the ab‐initio level to reveal the catalytic mechanism, and the simulation results agreed well with electrochemical experiments. The electrochemical performance of the lindgrenite microflowers modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The linearity of paracetamol ranged from 0.05 to 1200 μM (IT method) and 0.05 to 1000 μM (DPV method), low detection limit (0.01 μM) and high sensitivity (5.11 mA mM?1 cm?2) towards paracetamol. Moreover, this sensor was applied to detect paracetamol in human blood serum samples. The excellent results demonstrated that the prepared electrode not only showed a desirable linear range towards paracetamol but also exhibited practical applicability and reliability towards human serum samples detection.  相似文献

Poly 1,8-Diaminonaphtahlene/cysteine (poly 1,8-DAN/Cys) combined with carbon black (CB) nanoparticles are proposed as an excellent sensor for the detection of nitrite ions. To design the electrocatalyst, a simple approach consisting on drop-casting method was applied to disperse carbon black on the surface of glassy carbon electrode, followed by the immobilization of cysteine on the surface of CB nanoparticles. The electrochemical polymerization of 1,8-Diaminonaphthalene was conducted in acidic medium by using cyclic voltammetry. The prepared hybrid material was denoted poly 1,8-DAN /Cys/CB. Several methods were used to characterize the structural and electrochemical behavior of the reported hybrid material including Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), amperometry and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The prepared electrode displayed an outstanding electroactivity towards nitrite ions reflected by an enhancement in the intensity of the current and a decrease of the charge transfer resistance. Poly 1,8-DAN/Cys/CB displayed an excellent sensing performance towards the detection of nitrite with a very low detection limit of 0.25 µM. Two linear ranges of 1–40 µM and 20–210 µM when using amperometry and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were obtained respectively. This work highlights the simple preparation of a polymeric film rich in amine and thiol groups for nitrite detection.  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor based on poly-ethionine (Poly-ET) film modified glassy carbon electrode was developed for sensitive and simultaneous sensing of dopamine (DA) and paracetamol (PA). The electropolymerization of ethionine monomer was carried out to modify the electrode. The modified electrode was characterized by using scanning electron microscopy, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The Poly-ET/GCE exhibited excellent electrocatalysis towards the sensing of DA and PA. Poly-ET/GCE showed a linear increase of current response with increase concentration of DA and PA ranging from 0.1 μM–60 μM and 0.1 μM–180 μM, respectively. The LODs were found to be 7 nM and 18 nM (S/N=3) for DA and PA, respectively. This electrochemical sensor was successfully utilized for the detection of DA and PA in pharmaceutical samples.  相似文献

A nanocomposite of HKUST‐1 (MOF) and electroreduction graphene oxide (ERGO) is prepared and applied as an electrochemical sensor for the simultaneous determination of paracetamol and dopamine by means of one‐step electrodeposition. The MOF/ERGO composite displays excellent electrochemical catalytic activities towards the paracetamol and dopamine, which is attributed to the synergistic effect of big surface area, porosity and high electrocataytic activity of the MOF and good conductivity of ERGO. The modified electrode could be applied to determine simultaneously paracetamol and dopamine in biochemical samples with wide linear ranges (0.2 μM to 160 μM for paracetamol and 0.2 μM to 300 μM for dopamine) and low detection limits (0.016 μM for paracetamol and 0.013 μM for dopamine). Meanwhile, the proposed sensor still displays high sensitivity, good selectivity and excellent stability.  相似文献

Here, an electrochemical sensor based on CeO2‐SnO2/Pd was prepared and used for highly selective and sensitive determination of nitrite in some real samples. This nanocomposite was characterized by various methods like X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectroscopy, Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The electrochemical behavior of the sensor was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed excellent catalytic property of the nanocomposite as a an electrocatalyst for nitrite oxidation. In the following, the experimental parameters affecting the analytical signal for nitrite were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the limit of detection and sensitivity of the sensor were calculated as 0.10 μM and 652.95 μA.mM?1.cm?2, respectively. Also, the response of the sensor was linear in the range of 0.36 to 2200 μM of nitrite. Finally, some of the inherent features of the sensor such as repeatability, reproducibility and stability were examined after evaluation of the sensor selectivity in the presence of several interfering species.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective hydrazine sensor was developed by β‐cyclodextrin modified palladium nanoparticles decorated reduced graphene oxide (PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO) nanocomposite. The PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO hybrid material was prepared by simple electrochemical method. The hydrophobic cavity of β‐CD ineracts with palladium nanoparticles by hydrophobic interaction and further it is uniformly assembled on the rGO surface through hydrogen bond formation, which is clearly confirmed by FT‐IR, FESEM and TEM. The high electrocatalytic activity of hydrazine oxidation was observed at −0.05 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) on PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO modified electrode; due to the excellent stabilization, high catalytic activity and large surface area of the PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO composite. The PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO fabricated hydrazine sensor exhibited an excellent analytical performance, including high sensitivity (1.95 μA μM−1 cm−2), lower detection limit (28 nM) and a wide linear range (0.05 to 1600 μM). We also demonstrated that the PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO nanocomposite modified electrode is a highly selective and sensitive sensor towards detection of hydrazine among the various interfering species. Hence, the proposed hydrazine sensor is able to determine hydrazine in different water samples.  相似文献

The present work reports a simple and single‐step hydrothermal synthesis of MoSe2?MoO3 composite for highly sensitive and selective electrochemical oxidation of nitrite. FESEM of the MoSe2?MoO3 hybrid revealed the formation of composite as laminated structure of different sizes piled up together as finger‐like MoSe2 bars whilst other physico‐chemical characterizations (XRD, FTIR, UV‐Vis, XPS) confirmed that co‐existence of MoO3 as a major by‐product of hydrothermal synthesis. The as‐fabricated MoSe2?MoO3 composite based nitrite sensor showed remarkable selectivity and reproducibility with <3s of response time, excellent sensitivity and detection limit of 10.84 A M?1 cm?2 (R2=0.996) and 0.1 μM, respectively, in the range of 2.5–80 μM. The obtained sensitivity can be credited to the high surface area obtained from 1T phase MoSe2 and α phase MoO3 as the sensing material. The developed sensor was effectively evaluated for electrochemical recognition of nitrite in the water samples (potable and tap water) gathered from an industrial area. This new and efficient MoSe2?MoO3 based electrode material offers a new frontier for the progress of a novel composites by simple and single‐step approach which can be used for progress of non‐enzymatic and inexpensive electrochemical sensors for a wide range of analytical applications.  相似文献

Brilliant cresyl blue (BCB), one of the phenoxazine dyes, was electropolymerized on the glassy carbon (GC) electrode. The resulting electroactive polymer film could provide more active sites for anodic oxidation of nitrite, based on which a novel nitrite sensor was developed. The optimized fabrication and sensing conditions were investigated. This sensor exhibited high sensitivity, low detection limit and simple operation toward the electrochemical oxidation of nitrite. It was successfully applied to the determination of nitrite in some food samples and the results were consistent with those obtained with the standard spectrophotometric procedure.  相似文献

Commercially available copper foam (CF) was used as a 3D porous electrochemical sensing platform for nonenzymatic glucose detection. CF shows high electrocatalytic activity towards glucose oxidation and can be used directly for glucose electrochemical sensing without any pretreatment. The sensor exhibits high performance towards glucose in 0.1 M NaOH solution with the linear range from 1 μM to 0.5 mM, the sensitivity of 5.85 mA mM?1 cm?2 and the detection limit of 0.5 μM (S/N=3) simultaneously. Furthermore, the sensor shows a high selectivity for glucose against the common interferences and good reliability for glucose detection in human serum samples.  相似文献

A new environmentally friendly Au nanoparticles (Au NPs) synthesis in glycerol by using ultraviolet irradiation and without extra‐added stabilizers is described. The synthesis proposed in this work may impact on the non‐polluting production of noble nanoparticles with simple chemicals normally found in standard laboratories. These Au NPs were used to modify a carbon paste electrode (CPE) without having to separate them from the reaction medium. This green electrode was used as an electrochemical sensor for the nitrite detection in water. At the optimum conditions the green sensor presented a linear response in the 2.0×10?7–1.5×10?5 M concentration range, a good detection sensitivity (0.268 A L mol?1), and a low detection limit of 2.0×10?7 M of nitrite. The proposed modified green CPE was used to determine nitrite in tap water samples.  相似文献

In this study, we report a simple, low‐cost and rapid electrochemical sensor based on the anodically pretreated screen‐printed carbon electrodes (SPCE*) for the determination of pyrogallol in pH 7.0 buffer solutions. Cyclic voltammetric studies show that SPCE* lowers overpotentials and improve electrochemical behaviour of pyrogallol, compared to untreated SPCE. All experimental parameters were optimized to improve voltammetric responses; excellent analytical features were achieved by flow‐injection amperometric methods. A linear calibration plot was obtained for 10‐1000 μM pyrogallol with a slope of 0.0562 μA/μM. The detection limit (S/N = 3) was 0.33 μM. Interferences from some inorganic salts and organic compounds were studied. The assay was applied to the determination of pyrogallol in tap water and lake water, respectively.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode modified with reduced graphene oxide and platinum nanocomposite film was developed simply by electrochemical method for the sensitive and selective detection of nitrite in water. The electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide (GO) efficiently eliminates oxygen‐containing functional groups. Pt nanoparticles were electrochemically and homogeneously deposited on the ErGO surface. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM), Raman spectroscopy, attenuated total reflectance‐fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR‐FTIR), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and cyclic voltammetry (CV) were used to examine the surface morphology and electrocatalytic properties of the Pt‐ErGO nanocomposite film‐modified electrode surface. The fabricated nitrite sensor showed good electrochemical performance with two linear ranges; one from 5 to 100 µM (R2=0.9995) and the other from 100 to 1000 µM (R2=0.9972) and a detection limit of 0.22 µM. The proposed sensor was successfully applied for the detection of nitrite in tap water samples which proves performance of the Pt‐ErGO nanocomposite films.  相似文献
