采用两步法将不同尺寸的silicalite-1分子筛纳米晶种通过自组装合成了一系列有序介孔silicalite-1分子筛.首先将强碱性的silicalite-1前驱体分别加热不同时间得到纳米晶种,然后在类似合成SBA-15的强酸性条件下组装成有序的介孔材料.合成条件的剧烈变化阻止了分子筛晶种的继续长大,并在三嵌段共聚物模板的诱导下组装成有序介孔材料.这种"自下而上"的方法制备有序介孔分子筛同时包含微孔和介孔.氮气吸脱附结果表明所制备的介孔分子筛材料均表现了很大的比表面积(730 m2/g以上).  相似文献

表面含磷酸的介孔分子筛P-SBA-15的合成及其性能评价   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
采用后合成法,将磷酸固载在纯硅介孔分子筛SBA-15表面上。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、氮气吸附 脱咐法(BET)分析方法表征催化剂的物理性能。结果表明,催化剂P-SBA-15在高温焙烧后保持了稳定的介孔分子筛SBA-15结构,该催化剂的比表面积和孔径分别为605.45m2/g和5.576nm(磷硅摩尔比5%)。选用十一碳烯酸与异丙醇的酯化反应对催化剂P-SBA-15的催化反应性能进行评价,同时与其他几种微孔沸石分子筛催化剂催化性能相比表明,磷酸改性的介孔分子筛P SBA 15是合成十一烯酸异丙酯较为理想的固体酸催化剂,考察了催化剂的稳定性。  相似文献

以P123 嵌段共聚物为模板剂, 3-三甲基丙基氯化铵三甲氧基硅烷(TMAPS)为修饰剂, 酸性条件下一步法直接合成了有机季铵基团功能修饰的SBA-15, 并通过XRD、TEM、N2吸附-脱附、Raman 光谱等对功能化样品的结构和性质进行了表征, 对一步法合成TMAPS 修饰的SBA-15 的可能反应机理进行了探讨. 修饰后的SBA-15 仍然保持了二维六方特征介孔结构, 随着TMAPS负载量的增大, SBA-15 孔道有序度下降, 孔径、孔容和比表面积也随之下降. 有机季铵基团在SBA-15 孔道表面均匀分散, 可与HAuCl4通过快速离子交换制备Au 颗粒高度分散的Au-SBA-15.  相似文献

以硅酸钠、硝酸铈铵为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,通过水热法合成铈掺杂的介孔分子筛CeMCM-41.分别采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)和N2吸附-脱附等技术对产物的晶相、结构、形貌、比表面积和孔径进行表征.同时研究硅铈物质的量比对合成材料结构性能的影响.实验结果表明:水热条件下成功合成出铈掺杂的MCM-41介孔分子筛,其比表面积为480.5~1 295.2m2/g,平均孔径在2.70~6.29 nm之间.随着稀土元素铈的掺杂量的增加,CeMCM-41介孔分子筛的比表面积和孔体积变小,介孔有序性变差.  相似文献

采用MOR纳米晶和正硅酸四乙酯为硅源,P123三嵌段共聚物为模板剂水热合成MOR/SBA-15复合分子筛催化剂。采用XRD、SEM、TEM和EDX等手段对催化剂进行了表征,在固定床反应器中评价二甲醚制乙醇催化性能。结果表明,通过控制合适的MOR纳米晶种及MOR纳米晶种在SBA-15水热合成体系中的添加量,可以成功地将MOR纳米晶作为SBA-15的结构单元嫁接到SBA-15的介孔骨架中,水热合成的MOR/SBA-15复合分子筛催化剂同时具有MOR和SBA-15的XRD特征衍射峰,相比于SBA-15,其比表面积和总孔体积由756 m2·g~(-1),1.07 cm3·g~(-1)降低至628 m2·g~(-1),0.85 cm3·g~(-1),平均孔径由8.1 nm提高到9.3nm,Cu修饰的MOR/SBA-15复合分子筛催化剂同时具有Cu MOR羰基化和Cu SBA-15加氢的双功能催化性能,其催化剂评价结果显示二甲醚转化率为43.6%左右,乙醇选择性为95.3%,Cu MOR/SBA-15复合分子筛催化剂实现了二甲醚到乙醇的一步转化。  相似文献

合成了一系列具有不同孔结构与性质的有序介孔二氧化硅材料SBA-15、MCM-41、SBA-16、KIT-6,同时通过改变水热温度制备了不同孔径大小的SBA-15,并利用小角X射线散射、透射电镜、扫描电镜和氮气吸附-脱附等手段,对其介孔结构进行了表征.以正丁醛为探针分子,考察了其对有机醛的吸附,并与Y-沸石的吸附性能做了对比.结果表明,材料的介孔比表面积与其对正丁醛的吸附量成正比,吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,属于单层吸附,具有最大介孔比表面积的MCM-41对正丁醛的吸附量最大(484 mg·g-1).最后将SBA-15添加到卷烟滤嘴中,实验结果表明,SBA-15能显著降低卷烟烟气中巴豆醛的释放量.  相似文献

在强酸性条件下沿“S X-I ”路线合成了具有立方结构(空间点群为Pm3n)的含Sn介孔分子筛SBA-1,并通过多种手段对其进行表征:XRD显示合成的介孔材料具有良好有序的立方结构,N2吸脱附测得样品有大的孔径(≈2nm)和比表面积(>1100m2g-1),UV-vis和FT-IR证明杂原子Sn替代S i进入分子筛骨架,并且以高分散四面体配位形式存在于分子筛骨架中,SEM则确定合成出来的材料为球形颗粒,粒径在2-4μm之间.  相似文献

A novel copolymer with fluorescence properties in mesoporous silica SBA-15 was prepared via a combination of surface-initiated reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) polymerization and "click" chemistry.A sufficient amount of peroxide groups were introduced into mesoporous silica SBA-15 channel pores and were further used to initiate the RAFT polymerization of styrene and 4-vinylbenzyl azide,resulting in SBA-15 supported polystyrene-co-poly(4-vinylbenzyl azide) copolymer(PS-co-PVBA/SBA-15) hybrid material.The samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),thermogravimetry analysis(TGA),N_2 adsorption-desorption isotherms and X-ray diffraction(XRD),respectively.The results show that the styrene and 4-vinylbenzyl azide had copolymerized inside mesoporous silica SBA-15.Subsequently,Npropargyl-carbazole(PC) was connected to PS-co-PVBA/SBA-15 hybrid material via "click" reaction,resulting in PS-co-PVBC/SBA-15 with carbazole side groups hybrid material.The fluorescence spectrum is dominated by a broad band from 350 nm to 400 nm in narrow region and the maximum peak is 362 nm,indicating the characteristic absorption of the carbazole group of PS-co-PVBC/SBA-15 hybrid material.  相似文献

在酸性溶液中利用溶胶凝胶-pH值控制两步法直接合成FexOy/SBA-15介孔分子筛,同时利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、小角度X射线衍射(Low-angle XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及振动样品磁强计(VSM)对制备的各种SBA-15介孔分子筛进行结构以及性能的测试、表征。结果显示FexOy均匀地分散在SBA-15的骨架中,而且会对SBA-15介孔分子筛起钉轧作用。而后着重研究了FexOy的加入对SBA-15介孔分子筛的热稳定性、催化特性以及磁学性能的影响。FexOy的引入可以增加制备的SBA-15介孔分子筛的热稳定性;FexOy的引入可以改善SBA-15介孔分子筛的催化活性,得到了开口的、石墨化程度较好的纳米碳管。FexOy的引入使SBA-15介孔分子筛具有明显的铁磁性。  相似文献

A biocatalyst was synthesized by immobilizing human carbonic anhydrase onto gold nanoparticles assembled over amine/thiol-functionalized mesoporous SBA-15. The physicochemical properties of the functionalized mesoporous SBA-15 were obtained by XRD, BET, FE SEM, HR TEM, EDS, and zeta potential analysis. The biocatalytic performance was studied for para-nitrophenyl acetate (p-NPA) hydrolysis. The kinetic parameters K(m) were found to be 22.35 and 27.75 mM, and K(cat)/K(m) values were 1514.09 and 1612.25 M(-1) s(-1) for HCA immobilized on gold nanoparticles assembled on amine/thiol-functionalized mesoporous SBA-15 (HCA/Au/APTES/SBA-15 and HCA/Au/MPTES/SBA-15), respectively. These HCA/Au/APTES/SBA-15 and HCA/Au/MPTES/SBA-15 were investigated for biocatalytic hydration of CO(2) and its precipitation as CaCO(3). The amount of CaCO(3) precipitated over HCA/Au/MPTES/SBA-15 was nearly the same as that precipitated over free HCA. Storage stability and reusability studies suggested that HCA/Au/MPTES/SBA-15 retained its activity even after 20 days storage at 25 °C and 20 recycling runs. The present results demonstrate that HCA/Au/MPTES/SBA-15 and HCA/Au/APTES/SBA-15 are highly efficient potential nanobiocatalysts for industrial-scale CO(2) sequestration.  相似文献

通过直接合成方法制备了2个二级胺功能化的SBA-15型有机-无机杂化碱性介孔材料. 粉末X射线衍射分析、氮气吸附-脱附和透射电镜表征表明, 合成的材料保持了SBA-15的有序介孔孔道结构, 而热重、红外光谱和元素分析表明有机功能团被成功引入. 在对硝基苯甲醛和丙酮的羟醛缩合反应中, 相对于一级胺功能化的材料, 二级胺功能化的SBA-15展示了极大改进的催化活性, 这可能是由于具有更大空间位阻效应的有机功能团的引入导致了碱性胺中心催化活性增强.  相似文献

Synthesis of carboxyl-modified rod-like SBA-15 by rapid co-condensation   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Carboxyl-modified SBA-15 rod-like mesoporous materials have been synthesized by a facile rapid co-condensation of tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and 2-cyanoethyltriethoxysilane (CTES), followed by hydrolysis of cyanide groups in sulfuric acid. The concentration of carboxylic groups was varied by changing the silica source ratio of CTES/TEOS from 0.05 to 0.3. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the uniform ordered mesoporous structure and rod-like morphology of SBA-15 have been preserved even at the high concentration of carboxylic groups employed. Characterization by Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), solid-state NMR investigation indicated that carboxylic groups have been successfully grafted onto the surface of SBA-15 through siloxane bonds [(O(3))SiCH(2)CH(2)COOH. The negative charges of the modified SBA-15 materials were enhanced by the presence of the carboxylic groups on the surface. The capacity of lysozyme adsorption of the modified SBA-15 materials were found to be significantly improved as compared with pure silica SBA-15. The maximum amount of lysozyme adsorption on carboxyl-modified was increased with the pH of solution increased from 5.5 to 9.0.  相似文献

A magnetic nanoparticle conjugated mesoporous nanocatalyst (Fe(3)O(4)@mesoporous SBA-15) with a high surface area has been synthesized by chemical conjugation of magnetite (Fe(3)O(4)) nanoparticles with functionalized mesoporous SBA-15. Functionalized mesoporous SBA-15 containing surface carboxyl and amino groups was synthesized via the thiol-ene click reaction of cysteine hydrochloride and vinyl functionalized SBA-15. The catalytic activity of the robust, safe and magnetically recoverable Fe(3)O(4)@mesoporous SBA-15 nanocatalyst was evaluated in the Biginelli reaction under mild conditions for the synthesis of a diverse range of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones. The separation and reuse of the Fe(3)O(4)@mesoporous SBA-15 nanocatalyst were simple, effective and economical.  相似文献

水热法合成了介孔分子筛SBA-15,分别用硅烷偶联剂KH-151,KH-560和KH-570对SBA-15进行了改性,将不同类型的改性介孔分子筛(M-SBA-15)作为"微反应器",把含MMA的甲苯溶液载入到"微反应器"中,通过溶液聚合法使得MMA在孔道内部形成聚合物.通过XRD,FTIR,N2吸附/脱附,GPC,1H-NMR,TG和DSC测试手段对M-SBA-15和PMMA/M-SBA-15复合材料以及孔道内PMMA进行了分析测试.研究表明,改性介孔分子筛仍保留了有序介孔材料的基本特性,M-SBA-15和相应的复合材料的比表面积、孔径以及孔容降低,表明PMMA载入到介孔分子筛的孔道中.与传统的溶液聚合所得的PMMA相比,介孔孔道内所得的PMMA的分子链的间规立构度有所提高,其分子量约为传统溶液聚合的十几倍,初始热稳定性明显提高,玻璃化转变温度提高9~11℃.此外,KH-151改性SBA-15载入最多的PMMA,所得的PMMA的分子量和玻璃化转变温度最高.  相似文献

Brominated epoxy resin (BER) composites containing various amounts of SBA-15 and SBA-16 types mesoporous silicas were prepared through the thermal curing with 3-methyl-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, and their morphologies, dielectric constants (κ), thermal properties and mechanical properties were studied. The investigation suggested that the dielectric constant could be reduced from 4.09 of the pure thermosetting BER to 3.74 and 3.7 by incorporating 3 wt.% SBA-15 and SBA-16, respectively. The reduction of the dielectric constant is attributed to the incorporation of the air voids (κ = 1) stored within the mesoporous silica materials, the air volume existing in the gaps on the interfaces between the mesoporous silica and the BER matrix, and the free volume created by introducing large-sized domains. The BER/mesoporous silica composites also present stable dielectric constants across the wide frequency range. An improvement of thermal stability of the BER is achieved by incorporation of the mesoporous silica materials. The enhanced interfacial interaction between the surface-modified mesoporous silica and the BER matrix has also led to an improvement of the toughness.  相似文献

A facile one-step method was proposed for the successful synthesis of Ag-nanoparticle-loaded mesoporous silica SBA-15 composites, where silver ions and their corresponding reductant aniline were added in the traditional synthetic system of mesoporous silica SBA-15 containing P123 as the surfactant and TEOS as the silica source. Mesoporous silica SBA-15 and Ag nanoparticles were spontaneously formed with Ag nanoparticles embedded in channels and even implanted in frameworks of mesoporous silica SBA-15. A tentative formation process was then proposed according to experimental observations. Furthermore, catalytic activities of Ag-nanoparticle-loaded silica SBA-15 composites toward the reduction of 4-nitrophenol in the presence of NaBH(4) and the reduction of H(2)O(2) were also investigated.  相似文献
