利用EDTANa2作为矿化剂, 在近中性条件下于室温合成了厚壁(约3 nm)蠕虫介孔分子筛. 在反应物配比为n(CTAB):n(TEOS):n(EDTANa2):n(H2O)=(0.05~0.2):(0.1~2):(0.1~0.5):(100~500)范围内都能得到介孔二氧化硅. 以XRD、N2吸附、FTIR、SEM和TEM详细考察了体系配比和温度对介孔二氧化硅结构和形貌的影响, 发现CTAB用量越大, 介孔d值相应增大. 温度对介孔二氧化硅的结构和形貌有很大的影响, 温度在2~15 ℃范围内都能生成孔径分布较规则的介孔, 介孔材料的形貌随温度的升高由空心管变成小颗粒聚集体; 合成的介孔分子筛中的模板剂可以通过乙醇萃取的方式除去. 提出了介孔的生成遵从(S+-E-)0-I0中性模板机理.  相似文献

以季铵盐型阳离子Gemini表面活性剂[C16H33(CH3)2N+(CH2)6N+(CH3)2C16H33]•2Br−(GEM16-6-16)为模板剂, 改变n(Ti)/n(Si)比值, 合成了系列Ti-Si介孔分子筛. X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征结果表明, 在n(Ti)/n(Si)≤0.20时, 分子筛为高度有序六方介孔; 当 n(Ti)/n(Si)为 0.30时, 介孔转晶为立方相; 当n(Ti)/n(Si)为0.50时, 介孔转晶为层状相; n(Ti)/n(Si)为1.0时, 材料失去有序孔道结构. FT-IR分析表明, 在分子筛骨架间形成了Ti—O—Si键, 而且Ti—O—Si键的数目随n(Ti)/n(Si)的增加而增加, 达到一定饱和值后基本保持不变. 乙醇和丁醇对纯硅基介孔分子筛孔结构转晶控制作用呈现六方相→立方相→层状相递变规律, 因而钛酸正丁酯水解生成的丁醇对Ti-Si介孔分子筛转晶具有一定的控制作用.  相似文献

通过在3-氨基苯酚与甲醛聚合成球的过程中引入模板剂二氧化硅纳米颗粒,随后碳化、腐蚀除硅,制备得到了具有良好介孔结构的碳纳米球.通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、N_2等温吸脱附(BET)等表征手段对样品形貌和结构进行了分析,表明介孔碳球分散性良好、比表面积较大(~294m~2/g)、孔径分布均匀(~3.8nm).以该介孔碳球为载体,负载金属钯纳米颗粒,得到了金属颗粒分散均匀、粒径小(~2nm)的Pd/介孔碳球复合材料.应用于催化碘苯和苯硼酸的Suzuki偶联反应中,具有良好的催化活性.反应5min,碘苯的转化率达99.06%,催化剂循环使用7次,碘苯转化率未见明显下降.  相似文献

利用廉价的硅酸盐为二氧化硅前驱体,以非离子和阳离子表面活性剂为混合模板剂合成微米级的介孔二氧化硅。控制非离子和阳离子表面活性剂的量可以得到分散性较好的介孔二氧化硅球,其平均颗粒直径为2.5μm,平均孔径为3.25nm,比表面为1379m^2/g,孔体积高达1.12cm^3/g。实验讨论了两种表面活性剂的比例对介孔二氧化硅形貌和介相结构的影响,并用混合模板机理解释了不同形貌形成的原因。  相似文献

以低浓度的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为结构导向剂,在碱性条件下通过水热法合成了具有立方结构的含钇Y MCM 48介孔分子筛材料。XRD测试表明当Y/Si<0.05时可以获得典型的长程有序介孔立方结构相,随Y/Si比的增加,晶胞参数的增大和红外吸收光谱(FTIR)的变化为Y进入介孔分子筛骨架中提供了有力证据。N2吸附-脱附实验给出这种立方介孔材料的BET表面积为1180m2·g-1,BJH平均孔径为3.4nm。紫外 可见漫反射光谱(UV vis)证明钇以一种六配位的形式存在。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)进一步证明钇以三价形式存在于立方介孔分子筛骨架中。  相似文献

在强酸性条件下沿“S X-I ”路线合成了具有立方结构(空间点群为Pm3n)的含Sn介孔分子筛SBA-1,并通过多种手段对其进行表征:XRD显示合成的介孔材料具有良好有序的立方结构,N2吸脱附测得样品有大的孔径(≈2nm)和比表面积(>1100m2g-1),UV-vis和FT-IR证明杂原子Sn替代S i进入分子筛骨架,并且以高分散四面体配位形式存在于分子筛骨架中,SEM则确定合成出来的材料为球形颗粒,粒径在2-4μm之间.  相似文献

用三种不同的方法将巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)引入二氧化硅网络中, 合成了粒径为50-200 nm的巯丙基功能化的介孔纳米二氧化硅, 并利用透射电子显微镜, 热重分析等手段对其形貌与性能进行了表征. 在巯丙基官能团的作用下介孔纳米二氧化硅的形貌发生了重大改变, 由非常规则的六角形变为纳米棒. 控制反应时间可以调节介孔纳米二氧化硅的粒径大小, 用三乙醇胺代替氢氧化钠可以合成直径在100 nm以下的功能化介孔二氧化硅粒子. 为了保护巯基官能团, 选用了酸醇提取法去除模板. 另外, 对介孔二氧化硅粒子的形成机制也进行了探讨.  相似文献

通过双模板方法合成了一种管壁具有球形介孔的单手螺旋二氧化硅纳米管.其中,手性两亲性小分子的自组装体控制纳米管的形貌,三嵌段共聚物F127控制管壁中介孔结构和孔径.并借助透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、多通道物理吸附与孔径分布仪和X-射线多晶衍射分析方法对样品进行了表征.结果表明,此材料的比表面积高达799m2/g,孔径大约是5.7nm.  相似文献

以酚醛树脂低聚物为前驱物, 利用双模板法制备了具有介孔/大孔双孔结构的碳材料. 其中以二氧化硅蛋白石为大孔模板, 以嵌段共聚物自组装结构为介孔模板. 对样品进行了扫描电子显微镜(SEM), 透射电子显微镜(TEM), X射线衍射(XRD)和氮气吸附-脱附实验表征. 结果表明所制备的双孔碳材料大孔直径约为230 nm, 介孔直径10 nm.  相似文献

本文用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作为试剂,通过软模板法合成介孔二氧化硅,利用在合成过程中,由伪莫尔转动所引起的微粒内部的大量缺陷,通过溶剂抽提,形成了具有空腔结构的介孔二氧化硅纳米微球.采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附等手段对产物的形貌和结构进行了详细的表征.并以溴甲酚绿作为目标物,通过改变压强和温度,调节溴甲酚绿进入空心SiO2微球中的不同部位,对所制备的空腔介孔二氧化硅微球进行染料的装载和释放试验.结果显示该微球腔壁具有可渗透性和缓释性,而且在负压蒸发溶剂的情况下可以得到较高的药物负载量和极大地提高缓释性能.  相似文献

A redox species was extracted from water (50 x 10(-6) dm3) into a single micro-oil-droplet (30 x 10(-12) dm3) in contact with a microelectrode using microcapillary injection and manipulation techniques. Further, an in situ microanalysis of the solute in a single oil droplet was demonstrated by differential pulse voltammetry. The redox species of 10(-16) mol concentrated in the droplet could be quantitatively analyzed independently of the distribution coefficient of the solute between the oil and water phases. The potential of this technique was considered in terms of the preconcentration and separation as well as a microanalysis and an ultratrace analysis.  相似文献

Adsorption effects of poly(hydroxybutyric acid) (PHB) depolymerase from Ralstonia pickettii T1 on various polymer single crystals were studied using a catalytically inactive mutant of PHB depolymerase by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and frictional force microscopy (FFM). Six types of polymer single crystals, poly[(R)-3-hydroxybutyric acid] (P(3HB)), poly[(R)-3-hydroxybutyric acid-co-6 mol% (R)-3-hydroxyvaleric acid] (P(3HB-co-6 mol% 3HV)), poly[(R)-3-hydroxybutyric acid-co-8 mol% (R)-3-hydroxyhexanoic acid] (P(3HB-co-8 mol% 3HH)), poly(l-lactic acid) (PLLA), poly(d-lactic acid) (PDLA), and polyethylene (PE), were prepared to examine the influence of an ester bond and stereoregularity of a polymer on the enzymatic adsorption. The numbers of PHB depolymerase enzymes adsorbed on P(3HB) and P(3HB-co-6 mol% 3HV) single crystals were determined as 171 and 183 enzymes/μm2 by AFM, respectively. AFM observation revealed that the concentration of PHB depolymerase enzymes adsorbed onto PLLA and PDLA single crystals is much higher compared to those on a P(3HB) single crystal, whereas the concentration of enzyme adsorbed onto PE and P(3HB-co-8 mol% 3HH) single crystals is much less. In addition, the single crystals of each polymer were characterized by TEM and FFM before and after enzymatic treatment by mutant for 1 h at 37 °C. The surface properties of P(3HB), P(3HB-co-6 mol% 3HV), and P(3HB-co-8 mol% 3HH) single crystals were changed by the enzymatic adsorption, whereas the internal structures were not affected. On the basis of these results, the properties of the binding domain of PHB depolymerase to polymer chain-folding surfaces have been discussed.  相似文献

Four iridium(III)-containing coordination polymers 1-4 using Ir(ppy)(2)(H(2)dcbpy)PF(6) (L-H(2), ppy = 2-phenylpyridine, H(2)dcbpy = 4,4'-dicarboxy-2,2'-bipyridine) as the bridging ligand, [ZnL(2)]·3DMF·5H(2)O (1), [CdL(2)(H(2)O)(2)]·3DMF·6H(2)O (2), [CoL(2)(H(2)O)(2)]·2DMF·8H(2)O (3) and [NiL(2)(H(2)O)(2)]·3DMF·6H(2)O (4), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The emissions from 1-4 are ascribed to a metal-to-ligand charge transfer transition (MLCT). The absolute emission quantum yields for 1-4 in single crystals were measured in air to be 0.274, 0.193, 0.001 and 0.002, respectively. The noteworthy oxygen-sensing properties of 1-4 as well as L-H(2) in a single crystal were also evaluated. The Stern-Volmer quenching constant, K(SV) values, of 1-4 and L-H(2) can be deduced to be 0.834, 2.820, 1.328, 1.111 and 2.476, respectively. The results show promising K(SV) values (e.g.2) that are competitive or even larger than those of many known Ir-complexes. Moreover, the short response time (e.g. compound 2) and recovery times toward oxygen of 1-4 have been measured in their single crystal forms. The reversibility experiments for 1-4 were carried out for seven repeated cycles. As a result, >75% recovery of intensity for 1 and 2 on each cycle demonstrates a high degree of reproducibility during the sensing process. It should be noted that iridium(III)-containing coordination polymers with high emission intensity and notable oxygen sensing properties are obscure, especially in the single crystal form. This, in combination with its fine reversibility, leads to success in single crystal oxygen recognition based on photoluminescence imaging. The detection limit could be 0.50% for gaseous oxygen. Moreover, the temperature effect of compound 2 in a single crystal upon application as an oxygen sensor was expected.  相似文献

We demonstrate the syntheses of single crystalline Cu nanobelt and Ag belt-like materials via CTAC-assisted (CTAC, cetyltrimethylammonium chloride) galvanic reductions. The single crystalline face-centered cubic phase Cu nanobelt was prepared by reacting CuCl2(aq) with Al(s) in an aqueous solution of CTAC and HNO3. The Cu nanobelt exhibited a high-quality ribbon-like nanostructure with a thickness less than 15 nm, a width of 30-150 nm, and a length up to 10 microm. The belt-like Ag, with a thickness less than 10 nm, a width of 30-100 nm, a length up to 5 microm, and a novel single crystalline 4H structure, was prepared by reacting AgNO3(aq) and Cu(s) in an aqueous solution of CTAC.  相似文献

We report polymorph-tuned synthesis of α- and β-Bi(2)O(3) nanowires and their single nanowire micro-Raman study. The single crystalline Bi(2)O(3) nanowires in different phases (α and β) were selectively synthesized by adjusting the heating temperature of Bi precursor in a vapor transport process. No catalyst was employed. Furthermore, at an identical precursor evaporation temperature, α- and β- phase Bi(2)O(3) nanowires were simultaneously synthesized along the temperature gradient at a substrate. The growth direction of α-Bi(2)O(3) nanowires was revealed by polarized Raman single nanowire spectra. For thin β-Bi(2)O(3) nanowires with a very small diameter, the polarized Raman single nanowire spectrum was strongly influenced by the shape effect.  相似文献

Base-promoted cyclization of tert-butyl [2-(benzylideneamino)phenyl]acetate (13a) and subsequent C3-alkylation with allyl bromide affords 3-allyl-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid, tert-butyl ester (15b) in high yield as a single diastereomer. This result is contrary to prior publications that describe failed cyclization of an analogous ethyl ester (ethyl [2-(4-methoxybenzylideneamino)phenyl]acetate) under strongly basic conditions. N-Acylation, olefin dihydroxylation, and tert-butyl ester cleavage affords the spirocyclic lactone 18 as a pair of diastereomers. Isolation and characterization of individual diastereomers 18a and 18b are described.  相似文献

用半经验AM1方法研究了C_(70)与臭氧环加成反应的反应机理。采用Berny梯度 法优化得到反应的过滤度,并进行了振动分析确诊。计算结果表明:臭氧在C_(70) 6-6单、双键上的环加成反应均为复杂反应,由三步组成:第一步是O_3分子与C_ (70)的6-6单、双键发生1,3-偶极环加成反应,生成分子臭氧化物(即中间体I), 6-6双键加成为放热反应,6-6单键加成为吸热反应,活化势垒分别为84.7和181. 2 kJ·mol~(-1);第二步是中间体I的加成,C-C键断裂,生成两性离子中间体II 的放热反应,其势垒分别为61.3和13.3 kJ·mol~(-1);第三步是中间体II脱去一 个Q_2分子生成具有环氧结构的C_(70)O,均为放热反应,活化势垒分别为169.3和 101.2 kJ·mol~(-1);第三步是中间体I脱去一个O_2分子生成具有环氧结构的C_ (70)O,均为放热反应,活化势垒分别为169.3和101.2 kJ·mol~(-1),从反应机理 和动力学角度解释了6-6双键加成优于6-6双键加成优于6-6双键加成优于6-6单键 加成的原因。O_3分子与C_(70)6-6双键的加成反应是协同且同步进行的,与6-6单 键的加成反应是协同但不同步的过程。  相似文献

Potentially bioactive 3-(anilinoarylmethylene)-2-oxindoles as Hesperadin analogoues have been synthesized via a two-step procedure: (a) an Ugi-4MCR and (b) reaction of the Ugi adduct with aniline in the presence of a palladium catalyst via domino Heck/Buchwald reaction. In all cases, a single isomer with the Z-configuration was obtained in good to high yields.  相似文献

All pH-oscillators reported to date function only under open (flow reactor) conditions. We describe an approach to generating pH-oscillations in a closed system by starting from an open system pH-oscillator, finding semibatch conditions under which it oscillates with an inflow of a single reactant to an otherwise closed reactor containing the remaining components, and replacing this inflow with a layer of silica gel impregnated with the key reactant. We present data showing the successful application of this technique to the BrO(3)(-)-Mn(2+)-SO(3)(2-), IO(3)(-)-Fe(CN)(6)(4-)-SO(3)(2-), and BrO(3)(-)-Fe(CN)(6)(4-)-SO(3)(2-) systems. In all three cases, sulfite ion is the species that is replenished via dissolution from the gel layer.  相似文献
