手性联吡啶衍生物的不对称合成

以含有不同取代基的吡啶为起始原料，α-氨基酸为手性源，设计并合成了新型的含有手性中心的联吡啶衍生物,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR和HR MS(ESI)表征。     

新型四苯乙烯衍生物的合成

以4-溴二苯甲酮为起始原料, 利用McMurry等反应构筑分子骨架,设计并合成了3个新型四苯乙烯衍生物,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, EI-MS和元素分析表征。     

连翘脂素去甲基衍生物的合成

以连翘苷为原料,依次经水解反应、氯化铝/吡啶催化的去甲基化反应和差向异构化反应,合成了两个连翘脂素去甲基衍生物（1和2）,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, 2D NMR(COSY, NOESY, HSQC, HMBC), IR和MS(ESI)确证。经结构解析对比,1和2与连翘苷的大鼠体内次级代谢产物一致。     

Wittig/Michael串联反应高效合成含有磷叶立德的吲哚并喹唑啉酮衍生物

以吲哚并[2,1-b]喹唑啉-6,12-二酮（色胺酮）及三苯基膦乙酸乙酯（酯基磷叶立德）为原料,在二氯甲烷中反应2 h,经Wittig/Michael串联反应,以高达99%的收率一步合成了15个含有吲哚并喹唑啉骨架的磷叶立德衍生物。其代表产物的结构经X-ray单晶衍射进行确证,化合物结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, ³¹P NMR, ¹⁹F NMR和HR-MS（ESI-TOF）表征。     

新型腔肠素衍生物的合成

以2-氨基吡嗪为原料,经5步反应(两次NBS溴代反应,两次Suzuki 交叉偶联反应和HCl作用下的缩合反应),合成了6个新型的C⁸-位芳杂环取代的腔肠素衍生物,其结构经¹H NMR和¹³C NMR表征。     

碘催化的2,2,2-三氟-1-(1H-吲哚-3-基)-乙醇与取代苯胺的傅-克苄基化反应

首次报道了分子碘I₂催化的吲哚衍生物与取代苯胺的傅-克苄基化反应, 合成了8个新型的3-取代吲哚的苯胺类衍生物,收率６５%～９８%,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR和HR-ESI-MS表征。     

12,52-二羟基-15,55-二甲基-14,16,34,36,54,56,74,76-八硝基-2,4,6,8-四氧桥连-1,3,5,7（1,3）-杯[4]芳烃的合成

以1,5-二氟-2,4-二硝基苯和3,4,5-三甲氧基甲苯为起始原料,经环化、甲基化、硝化和去甲基化反应，合成了一种新型杯芳烃衍生物，其结构经¹H NMR，¹³C NMR，¹⁵N NMR和元素分析表征。      

新型川芎嗪衍生物的合成

以川芎嗪为原料，经氧化、Boekelheide重排、水解和氧化反应合成了中间体3,5,6-三甲基吡嗪-2-甲醛（4）; 4与取代N-4-哌啶酮发生缩合反应合成了9个新型的川芎嗪衍生物，其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR和MS（ESI）表征。     

吡咯酰胺催化合成吡唑啉酮衍生物

探究了绿色高效合成医药价值较高的吡唑啉酮衍生物的方法,即：以吡咯酰胺催化吡唑啉酮与硝基烯进行Michael反应,高收率地合成了系列吡唑啉酮衍生物,其结构经¹H NMR和¹³C NMR确证。并考察了催化剂及其用量、溶剂和温度对反应的影响。结果表明;在室温下,CH₂Cl₂体系中,在10 mmol%催化剂E存在下,吡唑啉酮与硝基烯烃能有效进行Michael反应,收率80%~91%。     

新型含嘧啶的苯氧乙酸酯类衍生物的合成

以对羟基苯甲醛和一氯乙酸为起始原料,经羟醛缩合、关环及酯化等反应合成了6个含有嘧啶杂环的新型苯氧乙酸酯类衍生物,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, IR和HR-ESI-MS表征。     

利用手持技术改进测定乙醇分子结构实验

利用压强传感器代替排水集气法,改进测定乙醇分子结构实验的仪器装置,并探索最佳反应条件。另外,设计两个空白实验,结合压强变化曲线对实验误差进行相关讨论。     

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. 非那雄胺合成工艺改进

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。     

Calculation of enthalpies of hydrogenation of hydrocarbons

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.

Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles.
