从萝摩科植物海枫藤[Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li.]的藤茎中分离得到四个C21甾体去氧糖苷(1)~(4). 通过化学降解和波谱技术, 确定它们的化学结构依次为: 12-O-桂皮酰基-20-O-乙酰基(20S)-孕甾烷-6-烯-3β,5α,8β,12β,14β, 17β,20-庚醇 3-O-甲基-6-去氧-β-D-阿洛吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(1), 12-O-桂皮酰基-20-O-乙酰基(20S)-孕甾烷-6-烯-3β,5α,8β,12β,14β,17β,20-庚醇3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→4)-3-O-甲基-6-去氧-β-D-阿洛吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(2), 12-O-桂皮酰基-20-O-乙酰基(20S)-孕甾烷-6- 烯-3β,5α,8β,12β,14β,17β,20-庚醇3-O-β-D-黄夹吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(3), 12-O-烟酰基-肉珊瑚苷元3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→4)-3-O-甲基-6-去氧-β-D-阿洛吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基- (1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(4). 其中1和2为新化合物, 分别命名为haifengtenoside A, haifengtenoside B, 3和4分别为已知化合物mucronatoside H 和 hainaneosides A, 系首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

通过硅胶柱色谱、大孔树脂、反相柱层析及半制备型高效液相色谱等方法,从两头尖根茎中分离得到3种化合物,根据理化性质和光谱分析(ESI-MS、^1HNMR、^13CNMR、HMBC、HMQC、TOCSY、DEFT)鉴定其结构分别为:3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→4)]-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基齐墩果酸28-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D.吡喃葡萄糖酯(I)、3-O-α-L吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→3)-O-α-L吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基齐墩果酸28-α-L吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯㈣和3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→9)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基齐墩果酸28-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯(Ⅲ),其中化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ为新化合物,分别命名为多被银莲花皂苷14(Rad-deanoside 14),多被银莲花皂苷15(Raddeanoside 15)。化合物Ⅲ为已知化合物常春藤皂苷B。  相似文献

A new unusual minor triterpenoid saponin, platycoside O (1), was isolated from the 75% EtOH extract obtained from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum, together with four known saponins: platycoside M-3 (2), platycoside J (3), platycoside F (4) and platycoside B (5). The structure of 1 was determined as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2β,3β,16α,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-24-methoxyl, 24-oxo-28-oic acid 28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidence.  相似文献

A new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponin, named platycoside N (1), together with six known saponins, was isolated from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum. On the basis of acid hydrolysis, comprehensive spectroscopic data analyses and comparison with the spectral data of the known compounds, its structure was elucidated as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2β,3β,16α,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-O-β-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside. Three new steroidal glycosides, cyanoauriculosides F, G and H (1-3), were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum auriculatum (Asclepiadaceae) along with two known steroidal derivatives. A new steroidal glycoside (1), (25R)-14α, 17α-hydroxyspirost-5-en-3β-yl 3-O-α-L-rhamnpyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-β-D-glucopyranoside, together with three known steroidal glycosides, (25R)-3β-hydroxyspirost-5-en-1β-yl-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-α-L-arabinopyranoside (2), Cixi-ophiopogon B (3) and Cixi-ophiopogon A (4), were obtained from the tuberous roots of Ophiopogon japonicus (Liliaceae). Compound 2 was isolated from the Ophiopogon genus for the first time. Their structures were identified on the basis of extensive mass and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic analysis.  相似文献

首次对复伞银莲花(AnemonetetrasepalaRoyle)全草的化学成分进行研究,从其甲醇提取物中分离出8个三萜皂甙。其中1为新化合物,命名为复伞银莲花甙(Tetrasepaloside)。根据各种波谱分析并结合化学降解将其鉴定为23-O-(2',3'-缩丙酮)-α-呋喃核糖基-常春藤配基-28-O-α-吡喃鼠李糖(1→4)-β-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-吡喃葡萄糖甙;其它7个已知化合物分别鉴定为齐墩果酸-3-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖(1→2)-α-L吡喃阿伯糖甙(2)、HN-SaponinF(3)、白头翁皂甙C(4)、木通皂甙D(5)、红毛七皂甙D(6)、刺五加皂甙A1(7)和红毛七皂甙F(8)。  相似文献

从日本续断根部的乙醇提取物中分得一个新的三萜皂苷。经过测定,它为:3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖9常春藤苷元-28-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷)。结果表明,采用一维SEMDY,旋转坐标NOE差谱和选择性远程DEPT核磁共振新技术相结合的方法测定糖链结构不需要对化合物进行化学降解或衍生化,方法简便、快速,测定结果可靠,每个糖基的信号可以分辨和明确归属。  相似文献

A new spirostanol steroidal saponin,named maireioside A(1),together with three known steroidal saponins,hypoglaucin G(2), parisaponin I(3),and diosgenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),were isolated from the rhizomes of Paris mairei.The structure elucidation was accomplished by 1D and 2D NMR methods,HR-ESI-MS, and hydrolysis.  相似文献
