系统研究了[C4mim][PF6], [C6mim][PF6], [C6mim][BF4]和[C8mim][BF4]室温离子液体对间氨基苯磺酸、对氨基苯磺酸稀水溶液的萃取平衡. 实验结果表明: 萃取温度和相体积比的变化对分配比影响不大; 水相pH值对萃取平衡有较大的影响, 氨基苯磺酸在离子液体/水体系中的分配比在pH=4.2时达到最大值; 水相中CaCl2或Na2SO4的存在能较大幅度地提高氨基苯磺酸的分配比; 离子液体的阴离子的性质对分配比有显著的影响, 阴离子为[BF4]的离子液体对氨基苯磺酸的萃取能力大于阴离子为[PF6]的离子液体; 咪唑环上烷基链的长度也对萃取效果有一定的影响. 在所研究的离子液体中, [C6mim][BF4]和[C8mim][BF4]对氨基苯磺酸有较好的萃取性能, 且萃取相中的氨基苯磺酸可回收利用, 离子液体也可循环使用.  相似文献

本研究采用1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑离子液体([C8MIM]PF6)建立了水中Hg2+的循环去除方法. 首先使用[C8MIM]PF6萃取水中Hg2+, 随后通过甲酸的还原反应, 去除萃取到[C8MIM]PF6中的Hg2+, 进而实现[C8MIM]PF6的回收与循环使用. 本研究优化了萃取与还原去除条件, 考察了最佳条件下[C8MIM]PF6的循环使用能力. 结果表明, 50 mL水中加入1 mL[C8MIM]PF6同时加入0.2 mL 1-甲基咪唑, 50 ℃、220 r/min震荡2 h, 对Hg2+的萃取效率接近100%. 随后在离子液体中加入4 mL, 40%甲酸溶液, 50 ℃下220 r/min震荡30 min, 可以将[C8MIM]PF6中60%~70%的Hg2+还原去除. 采用这一方式对水中Hg2+进行循环萃取, 在9次萃取中,[C8MIM]PF6对Hg2+的去除效率保持在83%~98%. 因此, 本方法不仅实现[C8MIM]PF6对水中Hg2+的去除, 同时实现了[C8MIM]PF6的回收与循环使用, 避免了[C8MIM]PF6过度使用所带来的环境问题.  相似文献

以1-甲基咪唑为原料, 制备了6个常规离子液体: 1-正丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐及六氟磷酸盐(简称[bmim][BF4]及[bmim][PF6])、1-正己基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐及六氟磷酸盐(简称[hmim][BF4]及[hmim][PF6])、1-正十六烷基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐及六氟磷酸盐(简称[C16mim][BF4]及[C16mim][PF6])和4个功能化离子液体: 1-(2-羟乙基)-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐及六氟磷酸盐(简称[2-hemim][BF4]及[2-hemim][PF6])、1-乙氧羰基甲基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐及六氟磷酸盐(简称[eocmmim][BF4]及[eocmmim][PF6]). 研究了这两类离子液体的一些物理性能, 旨在挖掘离子液体在香料香精化妆品工业中的应用价值. 分别检测了它们与一般溶剂的互溶性, 并测定了它们的表面张力和发泡性能, 实验结果表明, 仅[C16mim][BF4]和[C16mim][PF6]具有发泡性能, 发泡力分别为68和120 mm.  相似文献

室温离子液体由于其极低的蒸汽压、比较好的热稳定性和化学稳定性、良好的分子结构与性能的可设计性等优点,作为一种新型的环境友好溶剂在很多领域有着广泛的应用.对于离子液体的微观结构和微观性能的研究是设计新型离子液体以及扩展离子液体应用的关键.本文通过荧光探针分子香豆素153(C153)的转动动力学和对微观环境敏感的荧光探针分子1, 3-二(1-芘基)丙烷(BPP)的稳态荧光光谱,探测和表征了烷基取代的离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([bmim][PF6])和与其具有相似结构的醚键官能化的离子液体1-甲氧基乙基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([moemim][PF6])的微观结构和微粘度. C153探针分子在离子液体[bmim][PF6]中的转动过程具有快、慢两个组分表明离子液体[bmim][PF6]内部存在松散和紧密的两种结构微区;而C153探针分子在离子液体[moemim][PF6]中的转动动力学只存在一种过程,说明醚键的引入使得[moemim][PF6]内部趋于一种类型的微环境.通过C153探针分子的转动时间研究发现,醚键官能化的离子液体[moemim][PF6]的微粘度小于烷基链取代的离子液体[bmim][PF6],同时通过BPP探针分子的二聚体激基复合物(excimer)与单体(monomer)荧光发射强度的比值(IE/IM)研究也证明这一结果.醚键的引入使得离子液体[moemim][PF6]相对于离子液体[bmim][PF6],侧链的极性更大、柔顺性更好,同时醚键有可能作为氢键的受体与阳离子形成氢键从而削弱离子液体中阴、阳离子间的相互作用,使得离子液体[moemim][PF6]的微观环境比离子液体[bmim][PF6]更为均一,同时具有更小的微粘度.  相似文献

以具有支链结构的溴代仲丁烷作为烷基化试剂, 在微波辐射下采用两步法合成了1-仲丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([s-bmim][PF6])离子液体. 在配比为V(水)∶V(乙醇)∶V(甲苯)=0.16∶2.84∶7的混合溶剂体系中, 培养出晶型完整的长约11 mm的离子液体大单晶体. 通过单晶体X衍射研究了[s-bmim][PF6]的晶体结构. [s-bmim][PF6]属于三斜立方晶系, 空间群为P2(1)/m, 晶胞参数为a=0.9042(4) nm, b=0.8213(3) nm, c=0.9775(4) nm, γ=116.618°(6), Z=2, V=64.909(4) nm3, Dc=1.454 g/cm3, μ=0.265 mm-1, F(000)=292. 在[s-bmim][PF6]晶体结构中, 阴阳离子间的离子键仍然是主要的, 同时还存在氢键和阳离子-阳离子间的非键斥力作用. 研究结果表明, [s-bmim][PF6]的支化烷基结构对其晶体有效堆积、熔点、液程范围以及热分解温度等性质具有重要影响.  相似文献

为了研究不同的酰胺夹醚化合物对萃取镧的性能,本文使用N,N′-二甲基-N,N′-二辛基-4-氧庚二酰胺(DMDOOHA)为萃取剂,以1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体([C4mim+][PF6-])为稀释剂,研究其在水相中萃取La3+的行为,考察了萃取时间,pH,萃取剂的的浓度、及温度对萃取分配比的影响。实验表明,萃取剂在离子液体[C4mim+][PF6-]中对La3+的具有强烈的萃取能力。机理研究表明,在([C4mim+][PF6-]体系中,萃取剂与La3+可能形成3∶1配合物。萃取过程为热力学自发的过程。  相似文献

研究了以1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑、四乙基铵及N-乙基吡啶为阳离子, 配以多种阴离子(H2PO4-, ClO4-, HSO4-, CH3COO-, Cl-, Br-, NO3-, SCN-, BF4-, PF6-)的离子液体对木瓜蛋白酶催化N-苯甲酰-L-精氨酸乙酯(BAEE)水解的活性及热稳定性的影响. 通过分析含离子液体体系中木瓜蛋白酶的水解活性和热力学失活参数, 发现该酶活性及稳定性与离子液体的Kosmotropicity性质无关. 因此, 离子的Hofmeister效应并不适合解释离子液体对木瓜蛋白酶催化特性的影响规律. 当以BF4-为阴离子, 改变阳离子结构时, 仅[BMIm][BF4]可提高酶活性, 其它含官能团的咪唑类离子液体则降低酶活性, 但大部分离子液体明显提高木瓜蛋白酶的热稳定性. 在所研究的离子液体中, 基于PF6-或BF4-阴离子的离子液体可提高木瓜蛋白酶的活性及其热稳定性. 在含[BMIm][PF6]介质中, 木瓜蛋白酶的水解活性最高; 在含[HOEtMIm][BF4]介质中其热稳定性最好.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论方法比较了DBT/DBTO2和[BMIM]+[PF6]-/[BMIM]+[BF4]-的相互作用。对最稳定的[BMIM]+[PF6]-、[BMIM]+[PF6]--DBT、[BMIM]+[PF6]--DBTO2、[BMIM]+[BF4]-、[BMIM]+[BF4]--DBT、[BMIM]+[BF4]--DBTO2进行了NBO和AIM分析。结果表明,DBT和[BMIM]+[PF6]-/[BMIM]+[BF4]-中的咪唑环彼此相互平行,NBO和AIM分析表明它们之间发生了π-π相互作用。H1'和H9'形成的F…H氢键有利于π-π堆积作用的形成。DBTO2倾向于趋近C2-H2和甲基基团形成O…H相互作用;DBTO2优先吸附在[BMIM]+[PF6]-/[BMIM]+[BF4]-。在模拟油中,[BMIM]+[PF6]-和[BMIM]+[BF4]-离子液体对DBTO2的萃取能力大于DBT,其原因是可能是DBTO2具有较大的极性和O…H与F…H的氢键作用。  相似文献

用中和法合成了氨基酸离子液体1-甲基-3-乙基咪唑缬氨酸盐([CB2Bmim][Val]). 在298.15±0.01 K下, 利用恒温溶解反应热量计测定了不同含水量的[CB2Bmim][Val]溶解成不同质量摩尔浓度溶液的溶解焓, ΔBsolBHBmB (w), 借助标准加入法(SAM)和Archer方法得到了无水离子液体[CB2Bmim][Val]的标准摩尔溶解焓, . 利用RB-II型精密转动弹热量计测定了该离子液体的燃烧热, 计算了其标准摩尔燃烧焓 和标准摩尔生成焓 |并结合该离子液体的标准摩尔溶解焓和乙基咪唑阳离子[CB2Bmim]在水溶液中的标准摩尔生成焓, 计算了[Val]P离子在水溶液中的标准摩尔生成焓. 利用RD496-III型热导式微量热量计测定了不同质量摩尔浓度[CB2Bmim][Val]水溶液的稀释焓, 根据扩展的Debye-Hückel方程计算得到的相对表观摩尔焓PφPL和根据Pitzer离子相互作用模型的计算值在实验误差范围内很好一致.  相似文献

在298.15 K下,利用等温环境溶解反应热量计,测定了离子液体[Cnmim][H2PO4] (n= 3, 4, 5, 6) (1-烷基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸盐)在水中不同浓度的摩尔溶解热(ΔsolHm),根据Pitzer电解质溶液理论计算得到了标准摩尔溶解焓(ΔsolHm0)和Pitzer焓参数:βMX(0)L, βMX(1)L,和CϕL,并计算了表观相对摩尔焓。通过推导讨论,得到了离子液体[Cnmim][H2PO4](n= 3, 4, 5, 6)同系物每摩尔亚甲基对标准摩尔溶解焓的贡献。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献

N-Heterocyclic carbene-palladacyclic complexes 3 were successfully achieved in a one-pot procedure under mild conditions. An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献
