A convenient synthetic protocol for the synthesis of novel chromenopyrimidine derivatives based on angular scaffold has been developed from the readily available enaminonitrile precursor 1 . The skeleton of chromenopyrimidines has been decorated with different moieties in order to approach compounds with improved antioxidant and antimicrobial activities. Compound 1 was reacted with Ac2O to yield benzochromenopyrimidine 6 that gave chloropyrimidine 7 via chlorination reaction. The reaction of chloropyrimidine 7 with different amines afforded a series of benzochromenopyrimidines 9 – 12 . The hydrazine 11 and hydrazide 13 derivatives showed excellent antioxidant activity in addition to the potent antimicrobial activity revealed by aminopyrimidines 10 and 16 . Computational docking studies indicated the potential recognition of compound 13 towards antioxidant binding site. Dual evaluations of the antimicrobial affinity of compound 16 indicated its promising activity as antimicrobial lead.  相似文献

Capillary isoelectric focusing (CIEF) with cationic electrophoretic mobilization induced via replacing the catholyte with the anolyte or a solution of another acid or amino acid was investigated by computer simulation for a wide range pH gradient bracketed between two amphoteric spacers and short electrode vials with a higher id than the capillary. Dynamic simulations provide insight into the complexity of the mobilizing process in a hitherto inaccessible way. The electrophoretic mobilizing process begins with the penetration of the mobilizing compound through the entire capillary, is followed by a gradual or steplike decrease of pH, and ends in an environment with a non-homogenous solution of the mobilizer. Analytes do not necessarily pass the point of detection in the order of decreasing pI values. Cationic mobilization encompasses an inherent zone dispersing and refocusing process toward the capillary end. This behavior is rather strong with phosphoric acid and citric acid, moderate with aspartic acid, glutamic acid (GLU), formic acid, and acetic acid and less pronounced in the absence of the cathodic spacer. The data reveal that optical detectors should not be placed before 90% of capillary length. Aspartic acid, GLU, formic acid, and acetic acid provide an environment with a continuously decreasing pH that explains their successful use in optimized two-step CIEF protocols.  相似文献

The racemization of d ‐aspartic acid to l ‐aspartic acid has been successfully performed with a coupled enzyme system at 90 °C and a pH of about 4.0 by the assay of high‐performance liquid chromatography. This coupled enzymatic racemization is a successive two‐step reaction first induced by d ‐amino acid oxidase and a subsequent coupled reaction by an aminotransferase clonezyme with the help of coenzyme pyridoxal 5′‐phosphate and cosubstrate l ‐glutamate. Due to the very high temperature, part of the l ‐aspartic acid is produced by the thermal effect. In fact the thermal racemization for aspartic acid can proceed from either d ‐ or l ‐aspartic acid via an intermediate fumaric acid and leads to the formation of d ,l ‐malic acid. The formation of α‐oxalacetic acid formed irreversibly from d ‐aspartic acid with d ‐amino acid oxidase can induce a side reaction to l ‐alanine. The thermal effect may also be responsible for the production of d ‐, and l ‐alanine.  相似文献

The iodination of aromatic compounds by a mixture of peroxyacetic acid and iodine in an acetic acid solution has been studied with a special interest concerning effects of acidity, temperature and the nature of peroxy acid. The addition of sulfuric acid catalyst to the reaction system increased the yield of the corresponding iodinated compound with benzene, halobenzene and benzoic acid, while it decreased the yield with alkylbenzenes. The benzenes having electron-releasing groups and naphthalene are iodinated more satisfactorily with lower temperature and without sulphuric acid catalyst. The use of peroxybenzoic acid instead of peroxyacetic acid gives an unsatisfactory result, which suggests that acetyl hypoiodite is an attacking species.  相似文献

Frontal polymerization of deep eutectic solvents (DESs) made with acrylic or methacrylic acid as the monomer and hydrogen bond donor was studied. Fronts with acrylic acid and choline chloride propagated more uniformly than with pure acrylic acid, so an exploration into how the DES affected frontal polymerization was performed. The hydrogen bond acceptor of the DES was replaced by several analogs to determine the effect on the DES front behavior. The analogs used were talc, DMSO, lauric acid, and stearic acid, which acted as a heat sink, inert diluent, hydrogen bonding diluent, and inert phase change material, respectively. None of the methacrylic acid‐analog systems were able to sustain a front. While the acrylic acid‐analog systems did sustain a front (with the exception of stearic acid), none of the fronts replicated the acrylic acid DES behavior. The acrylic acid–talc sample behaved more violently—like pure acrylic acid polymerization—than the acrylic acid DES, and the DMSO and lauric acid samples produced slower fronts than that of the acrylic acid DES. The dissolution kinetics of surface-pretreated and weathered calcite was investigated in dilute acid using a channel flow cell with microdisk detection. Two pretreatments were studied, polymaleic acid and phosphoric acid. Treatment with polymaleic acid was shown to significantly passivate calcite but to a lesser extent than the phosphoric acid and the former coating was found to be less effective for protection of calcite from acid attack. However, treatment of calcite with phosphoric acid resulted in the passivation of calcite from acid attack which strongly inhibited dissolution, an effect that was enhanced even further after exposure to the environment.  相似文献

The photohaemolytic potentials of the quinolones oxolinic acid, pipemidic acid, rosoxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin and M-193324 (synthesis intermediary) were evaluated and compared with the photohaemolysis induced by nalidixic acid. Quinolones with a piperazine group in position 7 (pipemidic acid, norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin) did not induce photohaemolysis. However, oxolinic acid, rosoxacin and M-193324 produced a concentration- and oxygen-dependent photohaemolysis. Ascorbic acid, histidine and thiourea inhibited the photohaemolysis induced by oxolinic acid, rosoxacin and M-193324, suggesting a photodynamic mechanism similar to that found with nalidixic acid. In addition, deuterium oxide increased the photohaemolysis induced by photohaemolytic quinolones, indicating that this process is mediated by singlet oxygen.  相似文献

With the elaboration of high-yielding, high-titer syntheses of 3-dehydroshikimic acid from glucose using recombinant Escherichia coli, oxidation of this hydroaromatic becomes a potential route for synthesis of gallic acid. Conversion of 3-dehydroshikimic acid into gallic acid likely proceeds via initial enolization of an alpha-hydroxycarbonyl and oxidation of the resulting enediol. 3-Dehydroshikimate enolization in water was catalyzed by inorganic phosphate while Zn(2+) was used to catalyze enolization in acetic acid. Enediol oxidation employed Cu(2+) as either the stoichiometric oxidant or as a catalyst in the presence of a cooxidant. Gallic acid was produced in a yield of 36% when 3-dehydroshikimic acid in phosphate-buffered water reacted for 35 h with H2O2 and catalytic amounts of CuSO(4). 3-Dehydroshikimate-containing, phosphate-buffered culture supernatants reacted with stoichiometric amounts of CuCO(3)Cu(OH)(2) and Cu(x)(H(3-x)(PO4)(2) to give gallic acid in yields of 51% in 5 h and 43% in 12 h, respectively. Solutions of 3-dehydroshikimic acid in acetic acid reacted with stoichiometric amounts of Cu(OAc)(2) to afford a 74% yield of gallic acid in 36 h. Acetic acid solutions of 3-dehydroshikimic acid could also be oxidized by air using catalytic quantities of Cu(OAc)(2). ZnO accelerated these oxidations leading to a 67% yield of gallic acid in 4 h when an acetic acid solution of 3-dehydroshikimic acid was reacted with O(2) and a catalytic amount of Cu(OAc)(2).  相似文献

Abstract

Interpretation of flue gas acid dewpoints in terms of sulfuric acid concentrations has relied heavily upon Mullers1 work. A more recent work by additional authors indicates disagreement with Muller's curves. This work involves the study of the acid dewpoint-acid concentration relationship using a commercially available acid dewpoint meter. The study involves generating a steady-state, high temperature, sulfuric acid gas stream using a newly designed acid generation system. By using an absorption reference method, dewpoint as a function of acid concentration and moisture are compared with previous authors. The relationship established is then used along with the previous works to interpret some actual flue gas dewpoints to simultaneous flue gas acid measurements.  相似文献

An improved two-step process for converting carbohydrate biomass to acetic acid under hydrothermal conditions is proposed. The first step consists of the production of lactic acid from carbohydrate biomass, and the second step consists of conversion of the lactic acid obtained in the first step to acetic acid using CuO as an oxidant. The results indicated that CuO as an oxidant in the second step can significantly improve the production of high-purity acetic acid from lactic acid, and the maximum yield of acetic acid was 61%, with a purity of 90%. The yield of acetic acid obtained using the improved two-step hydrothermal process from carbohydrate biomass, such as glucose, cellulose and starch, was greater than that obtained using traditional two-step process with H2O2 orO2. In addition, a proposed pathway for the production of acetic acid from lactic acid in the second step with CuO was also discussed. The present study provides a useful two-step process for the production of acetic acid from carbohydrate biomass.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and accurate spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of sorbic acid in various food samples based on the oxidation of sorbic acid by iron(III) at 100 degrees C to malonaldehyde, which then reacts with 2-thiobarbituric acid to form a reddish brown product. The optimum experimental conditions for colour development have been assessed. Absorbance measurements were made at 529 nm in the presence of 0.4% m/V citric acid. The calibration graph was linear for 0-6 micrograms ml-1 of sorbic acid with a slope of 0.131 A micrograms-1 ml. The recoveries of sorbic acid at concentrations of 164-557 micrograms ml-1 ranged from 96 to 103%. The relative standard deviations of ten replicate determinations of sorbic acid in a synthetic cream soda sample spiked with 573 micrograms ml-1 of sorbic acid and in an onion juice sample containing 82 micrograms ml-1 of sorbic acid were 1.6 and 1.9%, respectively. Interferences from several common food additives can be minimised by extracting sorbic acid with diethyl ether and then back-extracting the acid with sodium hydrogen carbonate. The method has been applied successfully to the determination of sorbic acid in a wide range of food samples including beverages, cake, cake mate, garlic bread sprinkle, onion juice, oyster flavoured sauce and grenadine syrup.  相似文献

Summary.  A set of four regioisomeric dipyrrinone propionic acids has been synthesized and their hepatic metabolism examined in rats: xanthobilirubinic acid and pseudo-xanthobilirubinic acid each with a propionic acid on a pyrrole ring; exo-ψ-xanthobilirubinic acid and endo-ψ-xanthobilirubinic acid, each with a propionic acid transposed to a lactam ring. After intravenous injection all four isomers were excreted to some degree in unchanged form in bile in normal rats. Xanthobilirubinic acid, the structurally closest dipyrrinone to bilirubin, and exo-ψ-xanthobilirubinic acid were excreted almost entirely in unchanged form. However, a small fraction of xanthobilirubinic acid acyl glucuronide was also detected. More extensive acyl glucuronidation was observed for pseudo-xanthobilirubinic acid, and endo-ψ-xanthobilirubinic acid underwent slow metabolism to unidentified more polar products that did not seem to be glucuronides.  相似文献

Summary A specific and sensitive reverse-phase HPLC method for the quantitative determination of ascorbic acid and antioxidant synergists (1-tartaric acid, citric acid, lactic acid as lithium lactate and EDTA) in fatty pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food has been developed. Two extraction procedures were used; treatment with hot water, and extraction with water from a hexane dilution of the product. No significant differences between the two procedures were found (p<0.05), except for ascorbic acid. Quantitative determinations were performed using a C-18 column and sulfuric acid (pH 1.95) mobile phase. With detection, at 210 nm, lactic acid overlapped with ascorbic acid, but the former could be readily identified by TLC. Ascorbic acid was detected at 254 nm, when lactic acid (as lithium lactate) did not interfere in the analysis. Mean recoveries for tartaric, citric and lactic acids were in the range 96–101%.  相似文献

以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)与硫酸铁螯合反应生成的螯合物为碳前驱体,以浓硫酸为磺化试剂,制备新型碳基固体酸催化剂。采用红外(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、吡啶红外、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)、能谱仪(EDS)对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,该催化剂同时具有Brønsted和Lewis酸位点,是具有双酸位的碳基固体酸催化剂。将其应用到油酸与甲醇的酯化反应制备生物柴油体系中,考察了不同反应条件对油酸转化率的影响。在反应温度为70℃,反应时间为6h,油酸与甲醇物质的量比为1:10,催化剂用量为油酸质量7.5%条件下,油酸的转化率可达到96.8%。此外,对该催化剂的稳定性进行研究发现该催化剂有着良好的重复使用性和疏水性。  相似文献

Three major active components of the traditional Chinese medicinal herb Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, 3,4-dihydroxyphenyllactic acid, salvianolic acid B, and protocatechualdehyde, are separated and purified from a crude water extract in one step by isocratic hydrogen bond adsorption chromatography on cross-linked 12% agarose (Superose 12 HR 10/30). Separation is achieved by stepwise elution with mobile phases composed of mixtures of ethanol and acetic acid: 0-50 mL, 5% ethanol, 5% acetic acid; 50-100 mL, 20% ethanol, 20% acetic acid; and 100-200 mL, 30% ethanol, 30% acetic acid. The 3,4-dihydroxyphenyllactic acid is obtained with a purity of 97.3% and with a recovery of 88.1%. The corresponding figures for protocatechualdehyde are a purity of 99.4% with a recovery of 90.7%, and for salvianolic acid B a purity of 90.4% with a recovery of 50.3%, respectively. At a sample load of 40 mg crude extract dissolved in 0.5 mL mobile phase (corresponding to a load of 1.6 mg/mL gel), a 3,4-dihydroxyphenyllactic acid purity of approximately 94% with a recovery of 80.2% is obtained.  相似文献

A highly fluorescent 1-pyrenylmethyloxycarbonyl amino acid (Pmoc-amino acid) is obtained in moderate yield by the reaction of (1-pyrenylmethyl)-4-nitrophenylcarbonate with an amino acid in the presence of sodium carbonate. The condensation of Pmoc-amino acid with an amino acid gives Pmoc-peptide in the presence of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminepropyl)carbodiimide and 1-hydroxyben-zotriazole. The amino acid is recovered from an H2O-dioxane (2:3) solution of Pmoc-amino acid by irradiation through a Pyrex filter with a medium pressure Hg lamp or at 340 nm. Although the quantum yield of the photolysis is rather low (ca 0.01), the photolysis proceeds fast and efficiently due to the large absorption coefficient of Pmoc-amino acid at around 340 nm. Thus, the use of Pmoc-amino acid as a “caged” amino acid is promising.  相似文献

A peroxo niobic acid sol was prepared by peptization of the niobic acid precipitate (Nb2O5.nH2O) with a H2O2 aqueous solution. Crystallized Nb2O5 nanoparticles and niobic acid nanoparticles were obtained by heating the peroxo niobic acid sol. When peroxo niobic acid sol prepared by peptization of the niobic acid precipitate ([NH3]=0.3 mol/l) was heated at 348 K for 1 week, Nb2O5 nanoparticles with a diameter of 4.5 nm and a S(BET) of 275 m2/g were obtained. When peroxo niobic acid sol prepared by peptization of the niobic acid precipitate ([NH3]=1 mol/l) was heated at 348 K for 1 week, niobic acid nanoparticles with a diameter of less than 2 nm were obtained. The pore structure and degree of crystallinity of the nanoparticles prepared by heating the peroxo niobic acid sol greatly depended on the concentration of the ammonia solution used for preparing the niobic acid precipitate.  相似文献
