A novel coordination polymer of {[Co(4,4′-bipy)(ambdc)(H2O)2](4,4′-bipy)(DMF)}n has been synthesized using 5-aminoisophthalic acid (H2ambdc), 4,4′-bipyridine(4,4′-bipy) and metal salts. A novel La(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅱ)heterometallic coordination polymer {[LaCu2(NTA)2(4,4'-bpy)(H2O)3]NO3 5H2O}n,where H3NTA denotes nitrilotriacetic acid and 4,4'-bpy denotes 4,4'-bipyridine,was synthesized and characterized by IR spectrum,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction.The complex crystallizes in the triclnic space group PT with cell parameters a=1.33710(10)nm,b=1.44530(10)nm,c=1.0949(2)nm,α=71.905(7),β=74.327(7),γ=64.427(9),V=1.7912(4)nm3 and Z=2.It consists of heterometallic units,in which each La(Ⅲ)ion is coordinated in a distorted mono-capped square antiprism by three oxygen atoms from water molecules and six carboxyl oxygen atoms from five NTA3-ions,and each Cu(Ⅱ)ion is coordinated by one nitrogen atom from 4,4'-bpy and one nitrogen atom,three oxygen atoms from NTA3-.In the title complex,La(Ⅲ)ions and Cu(Ⅱ)ions are connected by the heterometallic bridging of NTA3-,constructing a two-dimensional network structure along the [110].And it is extended into an infinite three-dimensional network struc  相似文献

The structure was solved by direct methods and Fourier synthesis and refined by block-diagonal and full matrix Least-squares method to a .final R of 0.027 for 3916 independent observable reflections I>3 (I). The ten donor oxygen atoms are coordinated to centre metal ion Th(IV) forming a irregular coordination polyhedron. The three nitrate groups and the OBM anion are all bidentate ligands and the average bond lengths of Th-O(NO3) and Th-O(DBM) are 2.60A and 2.37A, respectively. The crystal structure of [Cd(BDA)(phen)2(H2O)](H2O)2 (1) (BDA=6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-dimethoxy-1,1′-binaphthylene-4,4′-disulfonate, phen=1,10-phenanthroline)consists of a cadmium center whose coordination environment can be best described as a slightly distorted octahedron defined four nitrogen atoms from two phen ligands and two oxygen atoms differently from BDA ligand and water. A new complex, {[Cu(phen)3](SO4)(H3PCA)2(8H2O)}, was synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The complex is composed of copper cations, sulfate anions, 1,10-phenanthroline, protocatechuic acid and lattice water molecules. The structure of H3PCA, SO42- and waters comprises packing of anionic three-dimensional network by hydrogen bonds with cavities. The complex can be considered as a model of host/guest supramolecule. The three-dimensional hydrogen-bonding network is the host species. The Cu(phen)32+ cations, guest species, occupied the cavities of the host. And the results demonstrate that the form of protocatechuic acid at pH< 1 should be free ligand. CCDC: 191733.  相似文献

合成了3种新的超分子配合物[Cd(H2biim)(2,2'-bipy)(NO3)2] (1), [Cu(H2biim)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)](NO3)2 (2)和[Zn(H2biim)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)](NO3)2 (3) (H2biim=双咪唑; 2,2'-bipy=2,2'-联吡啶), 并通过X射线单晶衍射测定了其结构. 配合物1~3均为单斜晶系, 属于P2(1)/c空间群, 在1中, Cd(II)为六配位, 它与双咪唑的2个氮原子, 联吡啶的2个氮原子和2个硝酸根的2个氧原子配位. 在2和3中, Cu(II)和Zn(II)均为五配位的, 它们与双咪唑的2个氮原子、2,2'-联吡啶的两个氮原子和一个水分子配位. 1~3的对称单元均通过双咪唑、硝酸根和水之间形成的氢键R21(7), R21(4) 和R44(18)构筑了1D链状超分子.  相似文献

A mononuclear manganese complex [Mn(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)4]·(m-phth) (2,2'-bipy=2,2'-bipyridine, m-phth=isophthalate) has been synthesized by hydrothermal methods. The crystal structure was determined by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group Pnna with a=0.766 8(8) nm, b =2.050 2(2)0.027 0, R=0.028 0 and wR=0.075 5. In the crystal the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from 2,2'-bipyradine and four oxygen atoms from water molecules, completing an octahedral coordination geometry. The isophthalate molecules are included in the lattice and connected to Mn(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)4 by hydrogen bonding interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. The title complex crystallizes in monoelinic with space group C2/c, a=2.730 8(16) nm, b=1.272 3(5) nm, c=0.674 5(3) nm,β=96.73(2)°, V=2.327(2) nm3, Z=4, R=0.022 2, wR=0.057.The 5-nitrosalicylate anions doubly bridge the Cd(Ⅱ) atoms to form one-dimensional polymeric chain with therepeated eight-membered ring units (Cd-O-C-O)2. One novel complex [Co(p-MBA)2(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]·(H2O) has been synthesized by the reaction of p-methylbenzoic acid with 2,2'-bipyridine in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P-1 with a=0.70479(14), b=1.1211(2), c=1.6718(3) nm, α=103.806(3), β=90.795(3), γ=104.207(3)°, V=1.2399(4) nm3, Mr=512.41, Dc=1.373 g/cm3, Z=2, F(000)=532, μ=0.733 mm-1, R=0.0432 and wR=0.0957. The crystal structural analysis shows that the cobalt atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two p-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine,forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex is also reported.  相似文献

A new trinuclear nickel complex,[Ni3(pdc)3(2,2'-bipy)3(H2O)2]·2H2O(H2pdc = pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic acid,2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction methods.Crystal data for this complex:monoclinic,space group P21/n,a = 21.206(4),b = 10.002(2),c = 28.066(6),β = 108.18(3)°,C51H41N9Ni3O16,Mr = 1212.06,V = 5.656(2) nm3,Dc = 1.423 g·cm-3,μ(MoKα) = 1.062 mm-1,Z = 4,F(000) = 2488,GOOF = 1.034,the final R = 0.0543 and wR = 0.1237 for 6149 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ).In the complex,three nickel(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by the pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic acid groups,and all nickel(Ⅱ) ions are seven-coordinated by nitrogen atoms of 2,2'-bipyridine and pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic acid and oxygen atoms from pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic and water to adopt a severely distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry.The emission and excitation peaks of the complex in ethanol solutions are located at 336 and 316 nm,respectively.  相似文献

The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 9.21(3), b = 10.17(3), c = 10.77(3) (A), α = 77.017(16), β = 89.80(8), γ = 68.46(7)°, V = 911(5) (A)3, Z = 2, (D/s)max = 0.001, Mr = 473.94, Dc = 1.728 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.365 mm-1, F(000) = 486, the final R = 0.0246 and wR = 0.0628 for 3809 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The mononuclear crystal structure extends into a two-dimensional net- work via hydrogen-bonding interactions and a three-dimensional framework is further formed by means of π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Three new Ni(BDC)/2,2'-bipy compounds, Ni2(BDC)(HBDC)2(2,2'-bipy)2 (2), Ni3(BDC)3(2,2'-bipy)2 (3), and Ni(BDC)(2,2-bipy)2.2H2O (5), in addition to the previously reported Ni(BDC)(2,2'-bipy).0.75H2BDC (1) and Ni(BDC)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O) (4) [BDC = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate; 2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine], have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions. A systematic investigation of the effect of the reaction temperature and pH resulted in a series of compounds with different compositions and dimensionality. The diverse product slate illustrates the marked sensitivity of the structural chemistry of polycarboxylate aromatic ligands to synthesis conditions. Compound 1, which has a channel structure containing guest H2BDC molecules, is formed at the lowest pH. The guest H2BDC molecules are connected by hydrogen bonds and form extended chains. At a slightly higher pH, a dimeric molecular compound 2 is formed with a lower number of protonated carboxylate groups per nickel atom and per BDC ligand. Reactions at higher temperature and the same pH lead to the transformation of 1 and 2 into the two-dimensional, layered trinuclear compound 3. As the pH is increased, a one-dimensional polymer 4 is formed with a water molecule coordinated to Ni2+. Bis-monodentate and bischelating BDC ligands alternate along the chain to give a crankshaft rather than a regular zigzag arrangement. A further increase of the pH leads to the one-dimensional chain compound 5, which has two chelating 2,2'-bipy ligands. A new nickel(Ⅱ) coordination complex [Ni(2,2'-bipy)2(ClC6H4COO)(H2O)](ClO4) was synthesized by self-assembly reaction of m-chlorobenzoic acid, 2,2'-bipy and Ni(ClO4)2(6H2O. The crystal of the title compound belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 0.77764(14), b = 2.6572(5), c = 1.3637(2) nm, β = 96.456(3)°, V = 2.8000(9) nm3, Dc = 1.528 g/cm3, Z = 4, Mr = 644.10, μ(MoKα) = 0.937 mm-1, F(000) =1320, R = 0.0549 and wR = 0.1164. Structure analysis shows that the nickel(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two bipys as well as two oxygen atoms from m-chlorobenzoic acid and water, respectively, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Hydrothermal reactions of 5-sulfoisophthalic acid (HO(3)SC(6)H(3)-1,3-(CO(2)H)(2), H(3)L) with M(II) carbonate (or oxide) and 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bipy) (or 2,2'-bipyridine, 2,2'-bipy) resulted in three new metal carboxylate-sulfonate hybrids, namely, [CdL(H-4,4'-bipy)] (1) and [Cd(3)L(2)(2,2-bipy)(4)(H(2)O)(2)].2H(2)O (2) with layered structures and [ZnL(H-4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)].2H(2)O (3), whose structure features a one-dimensional double chain. The cadmium(II) ion in complex 1 is seven-coordinated by five carboxylate oxygen atoms and one sulfonate oxygen atom from four ligands and a unidentate 4,4'-bipyridine. The interconnection of the cadmium(II) ions through bridging carboxylate-sulfonate ligands resulted in the formation of a <002> double layer with the bipyridyl rings orientated toward the interlayer space. Complex 2 has a different layered structure. Cd(1) is seven-coordinated by two bidentate chelating carboxylate groups from two ligands, a bidentate chelating 2,2'-bipy and an aqua ligand, and Cd(2) is octahedrally coordinated by two bidentate chelating 2,2'-bipy's, a sulfonate oxygen, and an aqua ligand. The coordination geometry around Cd(3) is similar to that of Cd(1) with the aqua ligand being replaced by an oxygen atom from the sulfonate group. The carboxylate-sulfonate ligand acts as pentadentate ligand, bridging with three cadmium(II) ions. The bridging of cadmium(II) ions through the carboxylate-sulfonate ligands resulted in the formation of <006> and <003> layers; the 2,2'-bipy molecules and [Cd(2)(2,2'-bipy)(2)(H(2)O)] cations are orientated to the interlayer space. Complex 3 features a 1D metal carboxylate-sulfonate double chain along the diagonal of the a- and b-axes. The zinc(II) ion is octahedrally coordinated by four carboxylate O atoms from three ligands, a unidentate 4,4'-bipy, and an aqua ligand. Each pair of zinc(II) ions is bridged by two carboxylate groups from two ligands to form a dimer, and such dimeric units are interconnected by bridging ligands to form a double chain. The sulfonate group of the carboxylate sulfonate ligand remains noncoordinated and forms a number of hydrogen bonds with aqua ligands as well as lattice water molecules.  相似文献
