在甲醛存在下,高锰酸钾与尿酸能够发生化学发光反应,产生很强的化学发光。据此采用流动注射技术,建立了一种利用高锰酸钾甲醛尿酸化学发光体系测定尿酸的化学发光分析法。方法的检出限为6×10-6 g/L;相对标准偏差为1. 8% (4. 0×10-4 g/L尿酸,n=11 );线性范围为2. 0×10-5 ~5. 0×10-3g/L。本法用于人体尿液中尿酸的测定,结果令人满意。并探讨了反应机理。  相似文献

研究发现在碱性条件下 ,扑热息痛对鲁米诺 -铁氰化钾体系发光反应具有强烈的抑制作用 ,据此建立了流动注射化学发光测定痕量扑热息痛的新方法。扑热息痛浓度在 4 .0× 1 0 - 5~1 .0× 1 0 - 3g L范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系 ;检出限 ( 3σ)为 2 .4× 1 0 - 6 g L。相对标准偏差 (C =8.0× 1 0 - 4 g L ,n =1 1 )为 2 .3 %。方法用于片剂中扑热息痛含量测定 ,结果与标准方法一致。讨论了此体系发光机理  相似文献

在甲醛存在下 ,高锰酸钾在酸性溶液中可以氧化碘离子 ,产生很强的化学发光。根据这一发现 ,采用流动注射技术 ,建立了利用高锰酸钾 -甲醛 -碘化学发光体系测定碘的化学发光分析法。方法的检出限为 1 .8× 1 0 -8g/m L,相对标准偏差为 1 .3% (1 .0× 1 0 -6g/m L ,n=1 1 ) ,线性范围为 1 .0× 1 0 -7~ 8.0× 1 0 -6g/m L。方法已用于食品中碘含量的测定。  相似文献

利用NO2-在酸性介质中氧化亚铁氰化钾为铁氰化钾,然后在碱性条件下和钙黄绿素化学发光反应相偶合,结合离子色谱分离和流动注射技术间接测定了NO2-。结果发现当钙黄绿素浓度为1.0×10-4mol/L,亚铁氰化钾浓度为2.0×10-4mol/L时,NO2-在1.0×10-5~1.0×10-7g/L范围内,化学发光强度与NO2-浓度成良好的线性关系(R=0.9958),检出限(3σ)为5.1×10-8g/L,对质量浓度为1.0×10-6g/LNO2-溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.4%。将该方法用于蒸馏水和自来水中NO2-的测定,加标回收率分别为94.2%和107.1%。  相似文献

根据某些氨基酸和蛋白质在碱性条件下具有能显著增强鲁米诺-铁氰化钾体系化学发光信号的特性,对毛细管电泳-化学发光法直接分离测定生物分子的可行性进行了研究.电泳所用缓冲溶液为2.5 mmol/L、含2.0 mmol/L鲁米诺的硼砂缓冲溶液;氧化试剂为2.0×10-4 mol/L铁氰化钾.在优化条件下,L-精氨酸和胃蛋白酶可直接实现分离,其检出限(S/N=3)分别为1.3×10-4 mol/L和7.1×10-7 mol/L.通过对市售的3种L-精氨酸标准样品进行分离分析研究,证明该方法可应用于L-精氨酸标准样品的纯度分析.  相似文献

在碱性条件下, 铁氰化钾与鲁米诺产生化学发光, 富马酸酮替芬对该发光有显著的增强作用。基于此,结合流动注射技术, 建立了测定富马酸酮替芬的新方法。该方法具有较高的灵敏度, 检出限为5.7×10-9 g/mL(IUPAC), 线性范围为1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6 g/mL, 对1.0×10-7 g/mL富马酸酮替芬平行测定11次, 其相对标准偏差为2.6%。该方法已成功用于片剂中富马酸酮替芬的测定。  相似文献

提出了 Ru(bipy) 2 +3 - CO2 -3 - SO2 -3 - KCl O3 体系化学发光法测定溶液中亚硫酸盐的方法。SO2 -3 浓度与化学发光强度在 1 .0× 1 0 - 7~ 1 .0× 1 0 - 4mol/L 范围内成正比 ,检出限为 8.76× 1 0 - 8mol/L,对 1 .0× 1 0 - 4mol/L SO2 - 3 溶液 6次测定的相对标准偏差为 2 .9%。该法用三乙醇胺作为吸收液 ,成功地用于测定空气中二氧化硫的含量 ,结果满意。  相似文献

研究了双嘧达莫在铁氰化钾-鲁米诺化学发光反应体系中的后化学发光反应, 并在研究其反应的动力学性质、化学发光光谱、荧光光谱以及一些相关问题的基础上, 探讨了反应机理; 合成了双嘧达莫的分子印迹聚合物, 以此聚合物为分子识别物质, 利用铁氰化钾-鲁米诺-双嘧达莫后化学发光体系, 建立了测定双嘧达莫的高选择性分子印迹-后化学发光分析方法. 所建方法的线性范围为1.0×10-8-1.0×10-6 g/mL(r=0.999 2), 检出限为3×10-9 g/mL, 相对标准偏差为2.7%(1.0×10-7 g/mL双嘧达莫, n=11).  相似文献

An efficient approach to the synthesis of highly congested di, penta and hexacyclic pyrazoles as well as imidazole fragment containing novel heterocyclic molecule has been developed through a carbanion induced transformation of suitably functionalized 2H-pyran-2-ones, benzo[h]chromene and thiochromeno[4,3-b]pyrans. A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

An efficient tandem approach for the selective synthesis of 4,5-dihydroimidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalines 6ag and imidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalines 7ah by the reaction of 2-imidazolyl anilines 4ac with aryl aldehydes 5ak under mild reaction conditions is described. N-Heterocyclic carbene-palladacyclic complexes 3 were successfully achieved in a one-pot procedure under mild conditions. The Diels-Alder reactivity of 1,2-heteroborines (H4C4B(H)X, X?=?NH, PH, AsH; O, S, Se) has been computationally explored by means of Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations. The influence of the HB?=?X fragment on the reactivity of the system has been quantitatively analyzed in detail by means of the so-called Activation Strain Model (ASM) of reactivity. It is found that the interaction between these species and the dienophile is significantly stronger than that computed for their all-carbon isoelectronic counterpart, benzene. In addition, the strain energy plays a key role in the observed reactivity trends. The role of the aromaticity strength of these heteroarenes on the reactivity is also assessed.  相似文献

A variety of N-aryl and N-alkyl carbazolones were conveniently achieved in good to high yields via Pd2(dba)3-mediated intramolecular coupling of N-substituted α-iodo enaminones under microwave irradiation. The Pd(0)-catalyzed cyclization was found to proceed favorably with the more electron-deficient phenyl ring during the reactions involving unsymmetrical N,N-diaryl α-iodo enaminones. Both substituted 2,4,5,6-tetrahydrocyclopenta[c]pyrazoles and 2,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrazoles have been synthesized by the 3+2 intramolecular dipolar cycloaddition of nitrilimines to alkynes. An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献
